Clean, friendly, great views, amazing pool, they have penguins near the lobby 😍😍. Rooms were clean. Food is delicious.
Checked in yesterday, but so far we are loving it!! Beautiful rooms. Great pools. Friendly staff. And the grounds are AMAZING. We went snorkeling on the beach and saw a turtle within 10 minutes. Great start to the trip!
This hotel is too upscale uppidy for my taste however the location in itself is what your paying for. Some NOT all of the employees are racist which sucks because what is that really about?? I don't & won't ever understand which is extremely unnecessary making my rating the rate I gave it. During this time having to experience & go through the trauma of the wildfire disaster here in Lahaina I wouldn't have expected to have to face the treatment that was given from this multi millionaire dollar company.

Did not stay here. Hertz has a location for rental cars which is open only in the morning. Felt uncomfortable leaving the vehicle with the Hyatt valet when returning the car.
The complete staff was awesome. Such a beautiful place. My wife and I, well as my 5 other family members had a fantastic trip. Would return in a heartbeat.
Great stay, staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed - only exception was valet. There was a lady there that was not kind towards us.
The views were incredible, food was great RJ was at the poolside bar and took EXCELLENT care of us. Wow, can't thank him enough. Same goes to MC at the Japonesa. Big shout-out to him as well.

It was the best spot on the hotel strip! Service was phenomenal! Would recommend it to anyone!
Perfect location, right on a beautiful beach. You can wake up and walk a couple of miles on the sand, see whales from your room, eat at fantastic restaurants, and even walk the property to enjoy parrots and penguins. Easy walk to shopping at Whaler's Village or golf across the street. We will absolutely be returning.
