The animation was the best of the hotel (Spicy, milky, Bombay, Marcia, Way, Storm, Lenny). The reception 10 points along with the hostess girls without forgetting to mention Catherine. The beach is a paradise. I always want to return.

Spectacular attention and service
The entertainment team was very good, highlighting the attention and predisposition of Sexy Black, Tormenta, Mayrelis and Marcia. As for the hotel service in general, it is very good, the food is excellent and there is a lot of variety for all tastes.
From the waiter service, the good attention of Ana, Víctor and Celestino stood out.
Marino is an excellent person and is always attentive to our needs.

Hotel not designed to come with family, it is impossible to get reservations in restaurants that “sell” specials. The same day we were checking in we wanted to make a reservation at one of the special restaurants they offer. And all the reservations were already taken!! And since there are 7 of us as a family, it is impossible to get a place. Of course, someone approached “offering” the possibility of getting places, which didn't sound good to me. So don't come with expectations of having varied cuisine, everything is arranged in advance. To come and nothing more. I would not go back
