Our Opnion

A great getaway for both families and couples. The resort offers the usual all-inclusive amenities. There have been reports regarding a slight problem with the Wi-Fi. However, unless you're staying in this resort for business purposes, this isn't necessarily a huge issue. Great a la carte options, especially the European and Japanese restaurants.

It was an amazing resort, the food was great and the service at the a la carte, the service from Reeshell Thompson went above and beyond, the beach is pristine and the weather was perfect, Can't wait to go back.

I loved the hotel, the location, the food and above all the attitude of the entertainment team, highlighting Josué and his energy that belongs to this team.

I thank the animation team, incredible stay at the hotel, we had a lot of fun with Josué.

The hotel is very good, I love everything, it's great, the hotel staff in general are all very friendly and very willing to help tourists, the entertainment group does a lot of activities and Josue is a very kind and friendly person.

Martini helped us with reservations and information, very friendly. We will return

Excellent experience to go with children. The foam party was very fun. Great water park. The friendliness of the staff is the best. The natural juices from the wave pool are my favorites

Ariadne, an entertainment girl who is always in a good mood, does her job with joy and dedication, giving the best guest service I have ever seen in my life.

The resort is lovely and fairly well maintained with friendly staff. There is plenty of delicious fresh food to eat everywhere spanning the length of the resort from the beach, to the pools, to the regular buffet, and on to the on-site shopping center, in addition to the à la carte restaurants. Aside from the mind-blowing food I ate at the French à la carte, daily tacos on beach and the lunch extravaganza at the pools presents you with fresh and authentic Mexican food.
The place is a bit of a maze so it is a good idea to download the Iberostar app when you arrive, it will allow you to see what is available, how to get places, and also let you book your à la carte restaurants without having to wait in the endless lines, and you don’t need to use data because the entire resort has excellent wifi. Housekeeping has been amazing, the bigger the tip you leave the more fancy they get. I love me some fresh picked flowers. The resort grounds are home to a flock of gorgeous pink flamingos, peacocks and peahensd of course the coatis (super cute rodents that want your food and booze - but don’t because it can make them sick… or drunk I guess lol). And finally, fresh potable water and ice are available everywhere, including on each floor of the hotel rooms.

Some downsides are the entire resort is one looooooooooong line ride, everything you do you need to stand in line for 10 minutes, drinks could be longer, so pack your patience! The concierge folks are a little disorganized and presented me with my welcome package in the middle of day 4 of 7; I wouldn’t have cared much except that I could have used the discounts on the clothes I purchased at the shopping center on day 3. I admit to being super annoyed when the front desk refused a $50 USD bill that they themselves gave me the day before, saying the bill was old and worthless, but I can bring it to my bank when I get home or give it as a final tip to housekeeping; I am sure that I just encountered a null. My room card stops working randomly each day requiring me to stand in lines at the front desk to get into my room at the end of each day, but this could be because it is too close to my phone or something. No one seems to know and it is harmless enough (unless you have blisters on your feet that kill with all the back and forth because sometimes the card won’t work even after they reset it), but after eating and drinking 10,000 calories perhaps it’s the universe giving me some sass. I understand from the bride and groom I was here to see get married that there were hiccups and issues with them not honouring elements of their wedding contract, like price, decoration, and payment schedule. So brides and grooms be aware that contracts do not mean the same thing in Mexico than Canada at least.

Overall, it was great. I’ve been to better resorts for the price but variety is the spice of life. Make sure to be aware of when spring break is to avoid gaggles of painfully un-self aware entitled teenagers and 20 somethings.

I fell in love with the animals and natural beauty of the resort that I would definitely be back one day . Reeshel Thompson was the best concierge who assisted me in almost everything .

The hotel was wonderful , we had a great time thanks to Reeshel who was always there helping us .

Here at bingo we had such a lot of fun, with the entertainment staff, josue and Jireh are so warm and help us with the game so one of our kids can learn how to play bingo, they were so good with the service and we spend a really good night.

IF YOU ARRIVE AT IBEROSTAR BEACH ASK FOR MARTINI, WE STAYED FOR 6 NIGHTS THE BEST CONCIERGE, INVITED US TO VISIT MAYA FOR A SALES PRESENTATION THAT REALLY LASTED 90 MINUTES AS PROMISED THEY GAVE US 5 CATAMARAN COUPONS WHICH WOWWWW WAS SPECTACULAR 👌 AND MOST OF ALL THAT IN THE HOTEL IS A SUPER GOOD EXCURSION. Absolutely perfect holiday - the food was fantastic, the staff was more than friendly, the service was fantastic, the rooms were absolutely sufficient and the beds comfortable, the entire complex was absolutely well maintained and the wildlife there was present and fascinating every day. If you don't like it there, I can't help you anymore...

    Good restaurants, and good service

Amazing food and service, the workers are all super nice and there is always something to do.

Uriel and Ariadne have super fun parties with good drinks.

    Amazing engagement!! Uriel was great!!!

Iberostar is fantastic! Sergio, Jireh, and the entire Iberostar staff is wonderful. They were so engaging and enthusiastic. They made the trip so fun!

My recent getaway at the Iberostar Paraiso Beach resort in Mexico was one to remember with my girlfriend. From the start, Laura and Alan at the front desk were very welcoming with their friendly vibes.

Throughout our stay, we got to enjoy some seriously cool stuff. Jorge hosted this awesome tasting session where we learned a ton and had a blast. Omar and Marcelo were super helpful in getting us tickets to the Dolce show, which turned out to be a highlight of one of our evenings – they really know how to put on a great performance.

Chilling at the Star Prestige Beach Area was made even better thanks to Ventura and Angel, who made sure we had everything we needed. And can't forget about Hugo and Demetrio – those guys know their cocktails!

Lidia's omelettes at breakfast were the best way to start the day! She was friendly and the omelettes were delicious!

Overall, the vibe at Iberostar Paraiso Beach is just awesome. The staff are super cool, and the place is just perfect for kicking back and relaxing. The ocean was amazingly blue with a white sand beach! We'll definitely be coming back for another round of good times.
