The Iberostar Punta Cana is a part of the other Iberostar Suites found in the Punta Cana Resort. This is a great resort for couples wanting a quiet and relaxing getaway in Punta Cana. While some of the rooms are a bit outdated, they are regularly maintained and restocked. The staff are amazing. They never fail in ensuring you're getting the best out of your stay. The beach area is large enough that it wasn't necessary to reserve loungers. OK food items. There is entertainment held every night, which varies depending on what show you watch. Overall, this is a great destination.

We stayed at the Iberostar Punta Cana, to celebrate our wedding anniversary, poorly maintained rooms, smelling of mold, we asked to change but they all have the same closed room smell, in need of urgent maintenance, room cleaning left something to be desired, bad food, few food options fruit, almost no meat except beef ribs, apart from the beaches and swimming pools guests go early, they put towels on the chairs and have coffee and lunch and when you arrive there is no place, which I think is very terrible, the drinks served on the beach bad watery beer!! What saved our trip was the FREILA concierge who served us very well, always worried about us, doing everything she could to ensure we had a pleasant stay and repair our dissatisfaction!! To her rating 10000 Iberostar Punta Cana needs to improve a lot and urgently!!

We had an incredible experience the week we stayed at the Iberostar Punta Cana! Very cozy accommodation and several extra services. The pool and access to the beach are very beautiful and the service is wonderful! Our concierge Freila del Club was super helpful and attentive, helping us with everything we needed. We highly recommend the accommodation!!
