Spent time at the resort as part of a cruise excursión. Their location is incredibly beatiful.
This resort has breath taking views, the rooms are truly exceptional. The resort amenities are limited, with a small beach. The focus would be spending time in your room & enjoying the peace & serenity.
The drive in to resort from the main road needs work to be honest but once you arrive at the resort, it’s worth it. It is pricey though so be warned. Food was delicious.
Food and views great. Service a little rude cause we weren't staying there, just went by boat for lunch on recommendations.

This place isn't just breathtaking; it's where the horizon stretches its arms just for you and the views are so stunning, you'll wonder if Mother Nature herself is on the design team. Worth every penny? Absolutely. You'll feel like you've entered a secret level in life where everything is upgraded to 'wow'. If luxury had a middle name, it would be "Jade Mountain." A very bumpy road to get there but it leads to paradise.
All sanctuaries have a personal butler... no choice. They are lovely and so helpful. They book tours, deliver food to your sanctuary, answer any question and even go to the shop for you.
Jade Mountain has just been voted 3rd best luxury hotel in the world. It truly deserves this accolade.

Jade Mountain....what can one NOT say about this place?! My wife and I went for our honeymoon after 6 months of marriage. I found this resort through many reviews and research. Money was not an issue for us, we just wanted a place we would never forget. This resort is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed and likely ever will!
The staff, the location, the generosity and oh did I forget the food and activities! We reserved their "Moon" suite and upon arrival were upgraded to the "Galaxy" suite which is the top of the line suite with 2000 sq/ft of room. A beautiful space with a near 900 sq/ft infinity pool. We were greeted every step of the way. We arrived in luxury flying in via an optional helicopter ride to and from the airport. We were told is one of the sole private helipads on the island of St. Lucia. When I booked I paid for 6 nights and got a free night stay out of the deal. 7 luxurious days!
We booked the all inclusive Total Romance package which included all meals, beverages and various activities such as sailing, snorkeling, massages, biking, scuba diving....I was so glad we went with this experience. The staff made it so simple for us to arrange everything. Imagine having a personal butler for an entire week trying to make everything super simple for you!
The food was an incredible 5-star rated chef foodie lovers delight! 3 wonderful locations to dine in and savor the tastes of eastern Caribbean cuisine. We stayed over new years and the buffet style spread was so incredible. A fusion of Caribbean and Indian styles which blew away our taste buds!
I recommend anyone looking for an escape to visit here and take in the culture and the peace of mind. I've never stared up at the stars and seen so many. The views are breathtaking! The staff are so incredibly friendly! I have nothing but countless gratitude for what our experience was like and how beautiful of a time we had that we will never forget!
