The Krystal Cancun is a great hotel located in the heart of the resort strip. This resort is absolutely massive. Despite its size, it still has a great layout. The people in this resort put great detail into how it's laid out. While the main public areas of the resort are amazing, the rooms do require a bit more attention, as there have been reported issues with regards to some of the fixtures. This resort offers different forms of entertainment every night, so you'll never have a dull evening. Great food options to choose from and the staff are amazing here. They make sure that you are getting the most out of your stay.
The location of the resort is great. However, for those wanting peace and quiet during their stay might want to look elsewhere. This place is located in the heart of the party strip in Cancun. The resort itself isn't necessarily bustling as much as most, but the activity and noise from outside does have a tendency to carry through late hours. However, for those wanting to be in the center of the action, this is the place to stay.

Just had the most incredible meal at this restaurant in Krystal Cancun! The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend it if you're in the area! 😄 Server Silvestre was amazing and made our experience the best! He is super friendly and kind! Made jokes and made us feel at home. He is a highlight of our trip!
Not a good hotel - I asked for a late checkout but they didn’t allow me. I stayed there for 5 days and this is the treatment they gave me while leaving, I was sick for the last two days and I only asked for a couple of hours late check out but they said I will have to pay for the whole day. Not expected from a hotel like Krystal. Also the hot water tap was not working - the water came out very slowly. Overall bad experience at Krystal ☹️
Absolutely terrible service, if you’re booking from
Overseas do not trust these vendors, they will say anything to get you here & will promise better rooms and upgrades. I promise you nothing will happen once you’re here ! Do not ever take the early flight, your room won’t even be ready. We were promised ocean view and a balcony to end up with a room on the 1st floor and HOURS after we landed .. worked with Nora & Thefe & Carlos just kept giving the run around ! This is prob my 20th vacation and the worst one yet
Very few cons I can think of, says a lot about this hotel because it was more than exceptional. What I liked the most was the location to everything. Probably has the best beach area imo. I would recommend staying here
