Excellent hotel, very comfortable and perfect attention from the staff.

The hotel is on the beach, the room has a sea view.
There are only 2 restaurants and they don't have a variety of food apart from the fact that they add a lot of onion to the stews.
They have few beds and you can't leave your things on them because the guards come and take them away.
The only redeeming feature is the specialty restaurant *Bogart*, very good service and food, but it requires reservation and you have to have a minimum number of nights booked at the hotel to be given the pass.
The hotel infrastructure is good, they lack some maintenance but in general it is good, also the attention of the waiters, all very helpful, their buffet food is good, what any hotel for its price and category would offer you, also the hotel points towards the beach and has very good accessibility, which makes it very comfortable
But very bad choice of lifeguards, freeloaders and harassers, one of them touched my 15-year-old niece, and he acted stupid, I think they should do an exam on their lifeguards to confirm that they are not mentally ill, so as not to make more scandal and putting people through a bad time, we had to let it go, but with grief, a lot of people are his lifesavers, I hope one day life will return the bad thing he did to my niece and I don't want to imagine How many more little girls, my niece did not remain silent, but be very careful with the "lifeguards" who are there to provide "service"
The activities are too much fun with the instructor Fernándo, mainly aquaerobics

Good service, the staff is very kind and friendly, from the restaurant, the buffet meals are richer than I expected.
At the entrance you can book a photo session, the photographers are experienced, it is worth trying, recommended (the session is free but the photos have an additional cost, they are digital)
Regarding the hotel facilities there were no problems, only that they did not respect the double room and gave us a king size bed, the breakfast like in all hotels was nothing extraordinary, the staff was friendly. But the bad thing is the insistence to offer you memberships!!!! They approached us twice and they didn't understand that we weren't interested, by having to ask them to leave us alone they were wasting our time, instead of taking advantage of it.
If you want to stay in a noise hotel at all hours this hotel is for you. The rooms are shabby. Upon possession our room was very dusty and little red bugs were crawling on the furniture. The sliding door required a Herculean effort to open and close. The rooms have no refrigerators. Our thermostat was erratic. Checking in moves at a snails pace. No Wi-Fi in the room. I wouldn’t stay there again for free.

Very good attention to the best experiences in Ixtapa, the super affordable cost and the food, especially the dinners were wonderful, a family plan where we all enjoyed, the entertainment as well as the activities, really recreational
The hotel, food, location and service in general were very good.
But there was one detail, my daughter forgot her airpods in the room. I called reporting the forgetfulness and sending them a screenshot with their location and marked the hotel, since they argued that if they had stayed in the room the staff would report everything, but even with the proof that I sent them they did not resolve anything for me. ☹️
Personally, I think they should improve. The super unsafe floors do not comply with safety measures, everyone slips, every so often my children fell when they came out of the pools. There was never internet in our room, we spoke to the reception and they always told us that the Systems team would come the next day and it never showed up in the 4 days we stayed. The rooms are old and the sliding door that leads to the balcony did not close. Remember that it is a Family Hotel and it must be perfect to avoid accidents, especially with children. What if the Restaurants, Bars and Entertainment Staff are very Friendly
