While the Las Brisas is a great resort it is not your full all inclusive. Your meals and drinks are included but there are no watersports or activities. The food here is excellent and lunch and dinner are all a la carte. This resort is quite large, so be prepared to walk and do some stairs. The rooms are very nice, all with ocean views and big balconies. Unbeatable location with exclusive beach.

Without a doubt the best hotel in Ixtapa, totally family atmosphere, beautiful landscapes, wonderful sunsets, I highly recommend it, greetings

I really recommend it a lot

Just returned from a week at Las Brisas. We chose the all inclusive plan and i had many questions going in after reading reviews. Alcohol - there is limited choice of beer - either light or dark - but my husband didn't care. just keep 'em coming! Great wine choices. We do not drink hard alcohol so i cannot comment on that. I included the handout they give you when you check in as it answered all my questions before we went. Beach food was the best we found through the resort. We ate lunch there daily. they brought the food and drinks to you. great guacamole! The breakfast buffet was also great. They had a made to order egg/omlette station where i ate daily. The water is filtered throughout the hotel except for the taps in the bathroom. The dinner buffet got VERY old after a few days but remember, it's a buffet, so you are getting buffet quality dinner food. The rooms were spacious but agree there are repairs to be made. For example, our bathroom door wouldn't stay open so we had to put a towel on the floor to keep it open so it wasn't so hot. The balcony chairs /table were wood so very damaged and worn from heat and humidity. Lampshades had some holes. The caulking in the bathroom needed a redo. Pool was very relaxing and yes missing tiles but I didn't care. Plenty of chairs there. Lunch restaurant is also at the pool. And yes, the pool is a good 5-7 walk. From the beach to the pool, even longer. The 1 restaurant that was delicious, Las Brisas II is extra; not in the plan but we went there twice because it was so excellent. Beach was STUNNING and we spent most of our time there. Lobby bar was also fun - servers knew my order daily! no food in the lobby bar, however, that wouldn't have been nice. Special shout out to Sergio at the beach, Victor the lifeguard and Esenio at the front desk! Another pro tip - if you are there during turtle season, ask the lifeguards for your own turtle release! Last pro tip - guac not on the beach menu but as for it! ALL TIPS included with your stay but we tipped beach server extra because that is a tough job!

I will not recommend this place to anyone. The first impression was terrible about the room. The bed was nasty and had a lot of stains. Later at night, a bug was on my daughter's plate. The food was awful. The next morning, I asked for the remaining days because my daughter got food poisoning, so unfortunately, we ended up leaving that morning. I asked for the 3 extra days we had left, but they didn't want to refund me, so for one night, I paid close to. $2,000.00

Excellent for vacationing with the family, it has several swimming pools, the food in the restaurant is exquisite, good service from the waiters, the beach is very clean and the waiters also provide good service.

We bought an all-inclusive package but it does not include the service bar in the room, something very basic, the food is very delicious, the beach is beautiful, the snack bar on the beach fascinated me. I hope you like walking because you have to walk a lot to get to each part of the hotel.

The facilities were good, comfortable and well attended. But, for the high cost of the buffet it is an atrocity, no seafood, the service on the beach regarding food has fallen too much in recent years and is very basic, very few food options and ugly. For the cost of all-inclusive it falls short and the food in general is bad. Everything else is good. I would not recommend it, I will look for more travel options for vacation.

Very good hotel to go and enjoy the beautiful beach of Ixtapa

It has nothing to do with the all-inclusive hotels that I have visited before, the “all-inclusive” that it offers has low quality products and really does not include EVERYTHING, the service is terrible, which invites you not to return, despite being a hotel Very large it does not have variety, mainly in food and activities, they do not take advantage of the spaces and on the contrary it becomes monotonous and boring. As for the cleaning of the rooms, they don't even clean them well, of the 4/5 days I've been staying there were days when they didn't even make the bed (they didn't shake off the crumbs from the previous day), I requested room service and it never arrived What can we say about having the number of towels according to the guests, as there are no people who answer at night or answer you at reception or send you to the exasperating music, a real shame and courage to have paid so much money to receive a $3 service. There are more and better options, check before throwing away your money on a hotel that is not worth it ☹️

Every peso is well invested. Everything is great. You will not regret coming to REST

An incredible experience due to the attention of all the staff who are very friendly, the food is delicious, the hotel is beautiful and with the best view an unforgettable experience. The best of all was my photo session with photographer Julio Ríos, follow him on Instagram @don_juuliioo I leave you one of his wonderful creations.

Very nice clean and economical

Legorreta's architecture and the view are worth it.

The hotel is worth it, if architecture is impressive.

This hotel offers an unforgettable experience that combines luxury, relaxation, and breathtaking views. Perched on the edge of the sea, it boasts the most stunning vistas imaginable, with every room offering a panoramic outlook over the azure waters. The private beach is a hidden gem, providing a secluded haven where guests can unwind in peace and serenity.

While the price tag may be considered steep compared to neighboring hotels, the unparalleled beauty and exclusivity of this property make it worth every penny. The attention to detail and top-notch service ensure that guests feel pampered from the moment they arrive.

Moreover, the hotel's amenities go above and beyond to enhance the guest experience. From infinity pools overlooking the sea to gourmet dining options and luxurious spa treatments, every aspect of the stay is designed to exceed expectations.

For those seeking a truly indulgent retreat with unparalleled views and access to a pristine private beach, this hotel is the ultimate destination. While it may come with a higher price tag, the memories created and the experiences enjoyed here are priceless, making it a worthwhile investment in luxury and relaxation.

A very nice hotel!!

Excellent place!!!

If you are looking for a place to rest and connect with nature, this is the right place.
It has impressive architecture and at a good price, the food is varied and of very good quality as well as the drinks.
Their rooms are acceptable but could be better, the staff's attention is very good but they pay more attention to foreigners than to nationals, I liked it so much that we extended our stay.
Unfortunately they do not respect their rules since there were people smoking (tobacco and weed) when in the policies they tell you that you will be charged a fine which is not the case, they warned the collaborators turning a "blind eye" saying that for sure He is a guest and he can't do anything about it, but there are people who bother us and we choose this hotel to really rest, what a disappointment, we still have two days left to enjoy this place.

Excellent, very large place, old construction, a lot of vegetation with a beach, but it does not have ramps, a person with a wheelchair, staff or knee or ankle problems cannot come, there are many stairs. Excellent service

Excellent place, quiet and relaxed.
it has everything
