Las Hadas by Brisas Vacations

4.7 - 13437 Reviews
Manzanillo, Mexico

Built in 1974 by a Bolivian king, the Las Hadas was the first resort in Manzanillo. This legendary hotel is famed for its spectacular Mediterranean/Arabian architecture, and white turrets and cobblestone pathways. Perfect for the discriminating traveler, Las Hadas by Brisas features an excellent adjacent golf course and detail to service that is second to none.

Location: Directly on the beach, 15 minutes to downtown, 30 from the airport.

Our Opnion

A truly unique resort featuring interiors of white stucco with domes, spirals and arches. The beach area is nice and calm for swimming while the pool area looks a little dated. The Las Hadas is located on a hill side so there are a lot of stairs and slopes which may prove tricky for those with mobility problems. The seafood restaurant is excellent. Entertainment team is not the most organized but they do offer fun, different theme nights each week. The Club rooms are closest to the beach while some of the standard rooms are on the hillside with a bit of a walk to the beach.

Nice hotel in Manzanillo, Mexico with outstanding scenic views.

Beer is no longer from the model group.

I want to congratulate the Fairies Hotel! By Brisas ala Mesera Janet and Mr. Pedro, excellent service, very friendly, very comfortable rooms, the food not to mention, the beach very clean, the pool very nice, I am sure I will return, I recommend it!!!!

An excellent place with a lot of history, shame about the hotel administration,

We arrived and they had changed everything for us, we had booked for an all-inclusive, and in the end they had only given us a “European” plan that was only the room, they wanted to charge us 30,000 pesos for a single room, the truth is that they did not solve anything for us and They told us that if we wanted to leave there, they were not going to give us a single peso back even knowing that it was their mistake, the furniture was very damaged, broken, the bathrooms were very dirty, the truth is it is the worst hotel you can go to. arrive in Manzanillo.

The hotel in general is good, it is already showing its age and needs maintenance, if you come with your family, for practicality I think there are other options, but as a couple or with friends it is still a very good option

Hotel has the most wonderful views in Manzanillo. The staff at the buffet El Palmar, Janeth and Pedro, were extreme friendly and made us feel welcomed. Excellent service from both.

I give it a 4 because it is a very nice hotel, the staff is very friendly, especially a man who drives the carts in which they transport us, the few food options that I was able to consume are very delicious. I don't give it a 5 because restaurants don't consider a variety of vegetarian options, much less vegan ones, and I think they should consider that there is a diversity of tastes. In the flat tacos they don't even have quesadillas, only meat and seafood. Every day of my stay I had to eat the same thing, due to the lack of variety of vegetarian options. The pool is not heated, but it is not that cold, especially in this month of March.

Dirty, old and expensive. In addition to hiding information, it is supposed to be all inclusive, but as you realize, you can only eat in certain restaurants depending on the number of nights you spend.

The bathrooms in the common areas are dirty, the food is bad, terrible. In the rooms, the shower and the bathroom, horrible, horrible!

For the price it's not worth it, I would have preferred the city express

Terrible service! From the entrance to the Lobby, the receptionist Brenda, serves you in very bad taste, and with no cordiality.
Very restricted hotel, very old rooms, and the food is not that good. I honestly don't recommend it.

All-inclusive package, Restaurant Los Delfines, a la carte service, 3 courses, included, delicious dinner restaurant, unbeatable buffet, clean facilities, good pool, totally recommended

I went recently and I loved it the best today the one I've been to

Too many stairs for seniors. There is no elevator to go up to the Terral for example. And to go up to Legazpi it is also only by stairs. It is very heavy for people who use a cane. And the bed we had was more submerged than anything. It's a shame. We try to enjoy it as much as possible despite these details.

Excellent service kindness tranquility

The water in the pool is not heated, the beach is excellent and very nice and quiet, the kayak is recommended and the pool entertainers have very good service as well as the waiters and drivers who are in charge of taking you to your room, the best service in principle finally

The maids are very rude! They are telling you that check out is at 12, but it is not their responsibility and it is only 11am.
You cannot use a wheelchair or stroller, the stairs are very tedious.
