Our Opnion

One of the more luxurious options for those wanting to stay in the heart of Cancun. Le Blanc is a smaller scale resort that offers comparable service and luxury to that of any other major resort along the Cancun strip. Great lay-out and the rooms are fantastic here. The food is better in quality than what most other restaurants would provide. Make sure to check out the spa while you're here. It's such a great experience for great value! Amazing staff that do not fail to deliver. Overall, an amazing resort!

Had a PHENOMENAL experience. The spa was fabulous, I immediately felt so recharged after going. The pools, the views, the service. All of it was GREAT! The details this place takes is
Refreshing, letting you choose the soap and prepping your tub for your choice of bath salts. All of it was fabulous. Cannot wait to go back!

A very nice all inclusive in cancun. The staff to guest ratio is bonkers.

I enjoyed their Japanese and French restaurants for dinner.

Vegan sunscreen was available with the towels.

Try the hydrotherapy. The cold plunge isn’t as cold as I’m used to but a nice circuit with staff providing water, towels and all around very hospitable service.

Enjoyed their activities, well equipped gym and everything else that was offered.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The food at all the restaurants, French, Italian, and Japanese, was excellent. Enjoying a cocktail while looking out at the Caribbean Sea from the infinity pool was something else, and even the passage of time felt like something else.

The reason I deducted a star is because my check-in was an hour late and there was no apology. I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 pm and it would have been fine if I could check in at 3:00 pm on time, but I was advised to check in after 4:00 pm.
I took a suite room for about 4200 USD per night. It's a small detail, but I'm paying 200 USD per hour. Is it something a first-class hotel does to keep you waiting even though you are paying a not-so-cheap amount of money and not even a single apology? I watched with sadness as other guests checked in and entered their rooms. This is the first time I have been treated like this at a luxury hotel.
It was also unpleasant to receive a membership offer while waiting for the room to be cleaned.

From the welcome and constant attention for our personal butlers, Hugo and Antonio, to the non stop pool service of Yessica (one of the hardest working employees on the property), as well as our bartender Ivan (making magnificent margaritas) and the F & B director Jorge who micromanages all details of the bar and restaurant service

Also shout out to restaurant manager at Lumiere, Stephane, perfectly managed service and complete professional as well as Miguel - wonderful manager at Bella and server Miguel for the world's best tiramisu

Amazing experience

The international concierge Jaeha Kim was very helpful during our stay at the resort.

Horrible experience with the worst customer service and management. Our water was out in our room for well over 5 hours yesterday. They gave us no information about if and how it would be resolved and no plan B for what we’d do if it wasn’t resolved. They said they couldn’t move us rooms because there were “none” left available even though online it showed several were still open. I had to stand in the lobby for 2 hours making a scene for the manager to even offer anything to make it right, at which point they gave us a 50 minute massage (even though we already had spa reservations for the following day). Was clearly intended to get me out of the lobby. They kept saying it was out of their control but the response WAS in their control. They should’ve either moved us to another room or called another property and arranged for us to be placed in a comparable room. Took over five hours for the water to turn back on and when it did, it was orange and smelled so we still couldn’t use one of our sinks. Today, we go down to the pool and sit in a normal chair. Stayed there for one hour and staff came over and kicked us out because it was allegedly reserved for members, even though there were no signs indicating it was reserved. Humiliating to be kicked out after already sitting there for an hour. We’d already ordered drinks and had a server! Incomprehensible why no one told us? By the time someone informed us, there were no seats left because everyone came down at 7 AM, left their towels on the chair, and then left for hours on end. I asked why no one was monitoring that situation so that other guests could use the pool seats and they said they’d start now. We then had to go to the beach and hunt for chairs, which we had to set up ourselves. Waited a half hour to speak to management and finally someone came down. When I wasn’t able to get any information yesterday about the water, it took me leaving a google review for someone who could rectify the situation to come talk to me. Her primary concern seemed to be the google review, not our experience! She then said she’s sorry today for my “perception” of the experience, which was incredibly condescending. I’d didn’t perceive losing water for over 5 hours and getting kicked out of the pool, I experienced it. Their solution was to start monitoring the pool for people holding seats (should’ve been taking place all morning), and making an “exception” to get us pool seats tomorrow. Refusing to compensate us other than the free massage we didn’t want. The staff here are wonderful and work so hard and it’s not a reflection of them. It’s the condescending management who throw their hands up and suggest nothing can be done. Please spend your hard-earned money elsewhere if you actually want to enjoy your vacation and have livable, functional facilities.

Edit: one more thing. My partner and I (both women) booked this as an anniversary package to celebrate two years together. Despite clarifying we are both women, they left a card for us saying “Mr. And Mrs.” And management repeatedly referred to my partner as “my friend” even after multiple clarifications. Has made us feel really uncomfortable. Other guests have also made uncomfortable and inappropriate comments, with one even asking “how we can afford” a place like this, as if two young gay women shouldn’t be able to afford a place this expensive.

AMAZING. AMAZING. AMAZING.
From the beginning, reception service was excellent and welcoming. Felt like we were at home. This resort was immaculately clean. We had a honeymoon ocean view room and we highly recommend it - view was amazing every day, especially in the morning with the sunrise. Huge kudos to Jeha, our concierge, from helping us book the restaurants, spa services, and giving us a tour of the facility. Jeha was friendly and professional, and honestly her help throughout our stay made our stay even more great. Property was BEAUTIFUL. Words can't describe it. Spa services were also excellent - including the hydrotherapy sessions. Pools were well kept.
Food was also amazing!!! We loved every bite of it, and all the restaurants we have been to.
Overall, highly recommend and we will be back next year :)

I visited again after 1 year and 4 months. The first time I visited, my wife was sick and couldn't enjoy it, but this time she enjoyed it to the fullest. It's an all-inclusive, so of course you can enjoy all your meals and drinks for free, and you can drink as much alcohol as you want.
It's great because I'm an adult and don't have children. I had a very happy time because there were no accidents. If you make a reservation, we will help you with all meal and spa reservations, so please ask. I think it would be nice if you could enjoy it comfortably. It's a bit disappointing that the location is far from our country, but since they say a direct flight will be launched in August, it seems like the inconvenience will be reduced. Have a happy time at LeBlanc!

This is our second time coming back to this resort. We love it here!

My husband and I just spent three days at the Le Blanc Cancun, and gets 3 stars overall from us; here’s why:

Property: 5/5 THE BEST part about the Le Blanc is the property. Clean, beautiful, and smells amazing. The views are incredible and the beach and pool areas are spectacular.
** only complaint about the property is that for the three days we were there, we were not ever able to get a spot at the main pool. Chairs are completely “reserved” by 8 am (in February!). There should be a better system to ensure everyone gets an opportunity to use the pool.

Room: 4/5 We got an upgrade from lagoon view to partial ocean view which was so nice! The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the room itself is spacious. The shower/toilet area is much too small, though! Also disappointing to not have a balcony.

Service: 3/5 The welcome service is amazing, with coconut milk, a flower, and a warm shoulder wrap provided at check-in! Our butlers, Eder and Saul were so, so kind and attentive and went out of their way to make our anniversary special. That was awesome, and they deserve 5 stars!! BUT, restaurant staff didn’t acknowledge our anniversary even though it was noted on our room and our reservation, which was a little disappointing.
**2 stars taken off because as we were literally walking out the door the morning of checkout, there was an attempt to “sell” us a discount for our next stay. This felt very icky in both the timing and the way it was presented. My husband and I hated this so, so much.

Food: 2/5 The WORST part about the stay was the food. The room service food is atrocious, frankly. It is so, so bad. The blanc lunch and breakfast buffets are essentially a continental buffet you’d find at a much lower scale hotel chain. Yama and Bella were both delicious, though! The saving grace of the meals for us, but we went to bed hungry all three nights of our stay.

TLDR; food isn’t great, but service is. If you’re looking for AI so you can drink and have beautiful views, this is the place. Otherwise, maybe look elsewhere!

This hotel is quoted as an all inclusive 5 diamond resort in Cancun. I visited Le Blanc, seen a beautiful presidential suite but did not stay here. The hotel is beautiful and the beach is their backyard. I would love to stay here but it’s quite pricey. Staff was very pleasant and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Cancún in February is definitely the business 💕

Le Blanc Cancun exceeded all expectations! Despite being non-members, we were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. The array of restaurants offered delicious cuisine with impeccable service. At the pool, we were pampered with attentive staff ensuring we never went thirsty or hungry, while securing prime spots effortlessly.

But what truly made our stay unforgettable was our butler, Eduardo. His warmth and attentiveness elevated our experience to another level. Eduardo anticipated our every need and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We're already planning our return trip, knowing that Eduardo and the entire Le Blanc team will make it nothing short of extraordinary. Five stars without hesitation!

Scammers. Avoid Palace Resorts at all cost

My expansive Designer Purses were stolen by the concierge when i reached home I found them missing from my bag. This is the first time it has ever happened to me.

We had a great stay at Le Blanc in Cancun in 2023. Fantastic service, delicious food, and beautiful views. Special thanks to our butlers Joel and Marco for making sure that every day was perfectly planned. Many thanks as well to Fernando for breakfast delivered to our room with a smile, Diaz and Carlos for making us feel at home at Lumiere restaurant, Christian for arranging pics, Alejandra at the concierge desk for greeting us with a smile, and all the rest of the staff who were unfailingly helpful and polite. Can't wait to go back!

MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER.

I have been going to the Le Blanc Cabo for several years now and decided to try the Cancun location since it has been 7 years since I last visited Le Blanc Cancun. I was here for my 40th birthday with a Le Blanc member and we had 10 guests in our group.

Check in-
- Check in was very slow and they only have 3-4 employees working the front desk.
- Before we even checked into our room I complained to the manager how terrible and slow the service was and was told they would be improving our experience...

Dining -
- Limited options for breakfast/lunch. The buffet area is very small with limited seating. We usually have to wait 15-20 mins to be seated for our group since moving chairs/tables takes that long....
- We decided to check out Terraza for lunch and it took 20 mins for our table to be ready. They had 1 table that was broken and it took a team for them to figure it out even though the restaurant was pretty empty.. they definitely know how to work harder and not smarter here
- Breakfast buffet was nothing to rave about. LE BLANC CABO is WAY better and has a LOT more food options/open seating and faster service.
- Do NOT do room service. The food is super bland. Ordered eggs and it did not come with ketchup/salt or pepper...
- If you order tea it takes about 45 mins for them to bring it out to you and that's with multiple reminders.
- Yama, the only thing worth trying is the bao buns and vegetable spring rolls. The soups at this resort are super bland - curry udon was terrible.
- Bella, ordered 2 Minestrone soup's which they forgot to bring out. Reminded the server multiple times for a glass a wine, 1 person in our group did not even get their dish. When we reminded the server they said they would bring it out and was told 30 mins later that they forgot to put in the order and was just putting it in.
- Blanc Steak - if you order steak the medium rare is well done. We ordered another one rare and that was even more cooked than the medium rare...
- K'akau coffee shop is so small and again very slow service here too

Room-
- Rooms are mediocre. The bathroom is so tiny that you feel like you are Europe. We had a constant wind noise coming from our room and had another friend that complained about the same thing so we had to use a bunch of tissues to block the air seeping in.
- If you like humidity and for your clothes to feel damp this is the place!! Even when the AC super low it felt super humid.
- Before we even checked into our room I complained to the manager how terrible and slow the service was and was told they would be improving our experience...

Pool-
- Every chair will be taken by people reserving the seats super early in the morning so if you plan to use a chair GO BEFORE 7AM to reserve your spot.

SERVICE IS SO BAD AND SLOW.

I have never been at any hotel that worked slower than Le Blanc Cancun. I do know where they missed the mark. Other people in the room last visited here 3 years ago and did not experience the lack of service like we did.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! I was so sad to have my closest friends celebrate me for my birthday and take time away from their young children just to experience 1 star service. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO LE BLANC CABO.

STAY AWAY FROM LE BLANC CANCUN!!! I will never be staying at this resort again! Does not matter if you are a member or not. THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!

Second visit, and it was just as good as remembered! Beautiful property, amazing food, and service is incredible. The spa area with hydrotherapy is a must-visit. What an experience! We got resort credit while traveling through costco travel, and so my 80 minute massage ended up costing $127 total, including taxes and fees. A STEAL for a resort spa. All food was high quality and delicious, even the simple buffet was next level, but the Burrata at Bella and the beef cheeks at Lumiere were both simply divine. And the blue cheese croissant at the lunch buffet has changed my life.

All inclusive, and they make sure you are well taken care of. Their staff works tirelessly to make sure you have a drink, you have the food, you have whatever you need to make you happy. (However, a little on the expensive side, but I will say you are really paying for service. And the service is fantastic.) Grounds are nice, spa is fantastic, restaurants are good. Would recommend highly. They do a fantastic job training their staff and it shows. I would suggest making your dinner reservations in advance (just pick a different of the hotels restaurants each night and you will be fine). We never left the hotel property during our stay on Cancun.
