Was alright but the administration needs to work on giving what they present; however, staff is very friendly.

I just returned from staying 2 nights at this resort , thankfully it was only 2 nights . Majority of the staff were horrible , poor customer service. The room was not clean at all, water was not hot. I was surprise to be at a resort with bad food , some of the food not cooked properly other salty. I went with my daughter and i can tell you is very little things for kids to do besides the pool which was not clean. It was a bad experience was expecting more than this. They gave me a hard time to reserve a restaurant stating that i needed to wait for a cancellation because people staying 3 nights or more get priority. Overall i thank the few staff that were nice the rest
Make you feel as if you are bothering them and are rude. I read reviews before going but agency i booked from convinced me otherwise. Please believe the reviews this hotel is not 4 stars Atleast i would not rate it 4 stars .

By far the worse experience ever. I will not recommend this hotel at all. Staff very unpleasant. They don’t let you sleep. They treat you like they are doing you a favor. No entertainment. Difficult to make dinner reservations. They treat you very bad if you don’t have the vip. This property should be closed. They serve you at the buffet like if it was a jail. Very uncomfortable to move around. Rooms are horrible. The water stinks. I had no hot water and the ac was not working. Don’t go here safe your vacation and your family!!!!!!

Great resort. Fun activities and shows. Food was great and lots of choices. Lots to eat and drink, all inclusive. Beautiful grounds, beach not crowded. The staff is very nice. Best drinks at the casino. The staff there is awesome.

Excellent hotel. Before arrival they are already aware of your needs and are at your disposal. They respond quickly to any concerns. I definitely recommend it.

Luxury Hotel with villas, penthouse, suits, with their own pool, the property is big, still some areas in construction, great food, drinks, excellent service, rooms are large with kitchen, all inclusive available, golf cars available for guests, VIP , Casino, stores, cafeteria, chef service available, great place.

I was dreading coming after reading previous negative reviews. The dated rooms are correct so the next day they put in an updated newly renovated room. After that I enjoyed my stay. The food was adequate and plentiful at the buffet. The ala carte restaurants were difficult to get You had to line up at 9 am like cattle to reserve for a max of 3 nights out of 7. Only to find out the restaurant you wanted was either sold out or closed. The staff were only friendly and attentive if the tips kept flowing. So in hand I hand dozens of one dollar bills to give throughout the day ensuring I got a smile and courteous service, and it worked. The cabanas on the beach were a highlight but you had to grab one by 8 a.m. to secure a bed for the day. All and all my 7 day vacation was pretty good and so was the weather. If you leave your 5 star expectations at home you will have a wonderful stay.

P.S. I actually paid a lot for this vacation only to find out that I had to pay $20 U.S. for a room safe for my valuables and Wi-Fi is not free. This is 2024 people. Get with it.

It was my first and last time at this hotel and it was a bad experience. The food should have more variety and different things, THE FOOD HAD FLIES IN THE FOOD🤮, The room had little cockroaches, they left us without electricity for 2 hours, the cleaning was terrible🤨 plus the girl was rude apart from the fact that they came at 7 and 8 in the morning🙄 and they opened the door, old rooms that should be remodeled. The entertainment should have different activities since one gets bored, they don't have a nightclub, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE HOTEL TO ANYONE.😖👎🏻

Everything you could want- AI, Beach access, Restaurants, Buffet, Pools, Bars, Spa plus roaming Peacocks. Rooms have coffee (real mugs), minifridge with 7up,Pepsi,water and beer.

I didn't like it, to give you good service you have to have a membership. and if it doesn't have it, you're not worth it.

The worst mistake I made, they don't comply with what they offer. I wouldn't even return for free

Thanks to everyone else for their reviews.

Given so so many unresolved disappointing experiences
And the resort's position that we can't count on reliable internet even if we pay extra for access
And the taxes, fees including VIP pass for two(2) over a 6 night stay is ~$1800
Then we decided to forfeit our ~$400 reservation
And spend $1000s elsewhere.

I hope the reviewers find this reinforces their messages to the resort management.

This is an all inclusive resort

I can only recommend this hotel, everyone is very nice and friendly, every wish is fulfilled, the sea is also great, the food is great

Have a nice stay (if you don't like the sea)!

Good structure, good drinks and good food.
Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended for those who don't like the sea.
Very nice pools.
Good Dominican music.
Good value for money.

What we didn't like ·
Too many areas for so-called VIPs. The areas should be better divided between rich and poor to avoid crossing prohibited areas.
The beach is almost non-existent and completely abandoned, cannibalized to create cemented areas in favor of aspiring VIPs.
The room needed renovation, quite small and with old furniture.
The bathroom was absolutely tiny and ancient, even the shower was problematic. Too much humidity.
Strangely wet floor both day and night.

Have a good place (if you don't enjoy the sea)!
Good structure, good drinks and good food.
Personal amiable and serviceable. Recommended for those who do not enjoy the sea.
Very good swimming pools. Good Dominican music.
Good value for money.
What we didn't taste ·
Selected areas for VIP calls. The areas should be better divided between people and people to avoid crossing prohibited areas.
The beach is non-existent and has been completely abandoned, abandoned to create concrete areas for VIP aspirants.
The house needs a reform, small enough and with old furniture.
The bathroom was absolutely small and old, even the drain was problematic.
Demasiada humedad. Extra-mojaded leather both day and night.

Worst hotel I've been to, do not listen to any other reviews of this hotel. No hot water, rooms are ridiculously loud and our balcony was facing the buffet only 10 ft from where people eat and 5ft from a main walkway people are using all night no sound proofing at all

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The only two major concerns was no room service for food. They did have a place that you could get a burger and hotdogs salad until 4am. If yo don't eat beef or pork like myself, you are left out. We could not get a Reservation for 42 people in any of the many Restaurants that was available. The food was delicious. Everything else was wonderfu

Very friendly and very safe. Serenity Beach is currently closed but I heard from a staff member that it is coming back. Stayed in CVE 38 which is the closest villa to Serenity, so it would have been awesome if it was open. Still a great trip.
