We just got back from staying in 108. Maui parkshore was a great place to stay, and if I could have it my way, we would always stay there when in Maui. The facility is perfectly located whether you have kids or not. The BBQs, pool, ang grounds are cleaned daily. Where else can you BBQ while watching a sunset over the pacific, in paradise. The property manager does an excellent job, and was very helpful.

This is our 3rd time staying at the Maui Parkshore but first time with the new management of Lisa Sue and we can’t express enough how lovely and amazing she is! The property is beautifully kept. The pool is always clean and a great size for the number of units in the building. The BBQ area is always spick and span and a great place to meet others staying here . We felt very welcome as a family with 2 young kids (3 and 5 years). We found everyone here to be so friendly and kind! Great location right across from Kamaole III. Beautiful large lanai’s on every unit. We plan to come back here for many years to come! Photo is view from lanai of unit 204.
Awesome place.Great location and very well kept and clean property.The property manager Lisa Sue is amazing.She responds very quickly to any requests and is always around the property if you need anything.Would not hesitate to come back or recommend.
Had a pleasant 2 week stay with my family over the holidays. I can vouch that the facility is clean, pool is refreshing and the new grounds manager is friendly. Will be checking on availability of condos at this location for our next trip to Maui.

Lovely place to stay. We will be back. Lisa Sue the on site managers is super welcoming, friendly and responsive. The grounds are very clean and beautiful. Great location! Beach across the street. Walkable to anything you need; food, restaurants, groceries, rentals. BBQ and pool area very nice and cleaned daily.
Been staying at Maui Parkshore for 15 years. New resident manager, property is spic and span clean. Property manager (Lisa) greeted us in 2 min with help and kindness. Can’t wait to return….
This place is so great! Good location, right across the street from the beach, affordable, quiet grounds, the property management team is FANTASTIC!! The grounds are SO SO CLEAN!!! They work really hard to keep this place nice and clean!! We have rented here several times over the last 6 years and couldn’t be happier!!
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent! Close to a lot of amenities as well as the beach. Highly recommend!
The new, temporary onsite manager is amazing. Very helpful and kind. His name is Chris. Definitely not what the previous manager acted like, from what we heard. Definitely makes vacation nicer.

It's a great place across the street from Kamaole Beach 3. Great amenities in the condo. I would have given 5 stars but the hot water system broke down for the whole building. I haven't had a hot shower in 6 days now. Very, very frustrating.
Rented unit 409 Nice beachfront view. Thats all though. Reserved for 8 nights at $625 a night! showed up and it was dirty, they only give u 4 rolls of toilet paper. With 4 people staying. Then it's your responsibility for more. The pool is cleaner then your room. Not worth the money, when you have to purchase all your own stuff and clean your own place before you can stay there. Better off staying at a hotel for this price!!! You should never have to buy your own toilet paper when paying $625.
Great location. Parking spaces are pretty small with most ppl renting/having suvs and vans. Very strict about cut off times in the grill and pool area. Manager/maintenance came by and asked if he could turn the lights off while we were finishing loading up the food. Grills automatically turn off at 9. The clock was also ahead so we were being kicked out at 850pm.
Make sure your unit has ac units in the rooms. Not all do.

A great location, street is a little noisy, but nothing compares to the absolutely horrible "on-site resident property manager" Johnny B. How he got the job is a mystery. He is unprofessional, has zero people skills, and loves to harass families. I don't even know what he does other than clean the pool and walk very slowly around the property, pretending to be important. One year, he threatened to call the police on a little boy and his father swimming in the pool by themselves. Who does that?!
Very close access to the beach and decent views to the south over a local and ocean.
Building manager (John B.) has nothing to do other than harass guests staying in the condos. I had a quiet Bluetooth speaker at the pool and a man unknown to me stated “No music aloud in public areas” this was a huge surprise to me as the music was quiet enough that people on the other side of the pool stated they could not hear the music.
John also told the owner we were renting from that there was a towel hanging on the banister of our apartment. The towel was on the banister for no more than 5 minutes.This man does not respect the guests in the condo complex, if at all available stay elsewhere.
We rented unit 105 & 312 for about a week. Beach access was great, just cross the street and the park and beach was there. The pool area seems nice but the crazy rules and very rude manager makes it impossible to have a good time, no toys, no music, no noise, etc.
Unit 105: No good view but easy to access from the loading zone, No AC in the unit and old fans not working properly makes it very very hot in the unit at all times, there was a portable AC in the master but for owner use only, it would be nice to have access to that AC or better working fans. The place needed a better cleaning before arrival it was dusty and there cockroaches in the unit, not a big fan. Washer and dryer don't really work.
Unit 312: great view, you can watch the sunset every day from the unit. Unit needed a better cleaning as well, very dusty and cockroaches even inside the bathroom, we had to buy spray and traps and wash everything before every use, that was very inconvenient, the washer and dryer don't really work. If the unit had better fans it would be okay with no AC, but no AC and the old fans don't really help with the heat.
Overall: okay units but I wouldn't stay here again, no ac, old fans, no fun at the pool, cockroaches and rude manager makes a no place to return.
