I specifically reviewed and chose to stay 3 nights in this marvellously modern and stylishly hip hotel which is centrally located at the Strand, and really accessible in central London. Really glad for my choice of ME London hotel, although I have to make my own way to join up with my Tour group to explore Britain and Ireland later. The internal Reception 10 Storey atrium is stunning, with a very hip and happening cool vibe of swanky and futuristic decor, with image projections on their wall. The contemporary look and juxtaposition from dark and black corridors, leading into a bright and white room is impressive sensory experience. My Superior ME City View room on the 6th Floor was quiet and offered a luxurious room size of 30 sqm which is a real treat in central London where space is premium. I enjoyed huge comfortable bed, pillow and well sound-proof room (which house-keeping did an excellent job to keep clean and turn-down service) which offer restful sleep. Humongous shower room was spacious with 2 Bali style shower-heads. 2 wash basins and separate toilet. Importantly, all staff are extremely friendly and provide effusive welcome by showing me personally to my room and I especially thank Ivan and Sruthi for their warm welcome and hospitality. Ivan is truly an asset to the Hotel, with genuine hospitality and service with a smile. 6 min walking distance to Charming Covent Garden which is a shopping and food paradise, and Convent Garden station connects you to rest of London. ME London Hotel's location in West End makes it convenient to catch musicals. Love the enviromentally friendly glass bottles of water, and large refillable pump bottles of Bigelow toiletries. Highly recommended, and I would most certainly stay here again.

My husband and I have stayed in many wonderful hotels throughout the world over the last 30 years. We booked one night at ME in The Strand in London. We were bowled over by the speed and efficiency of the GUEST SERVICE. Check in was super fast, ordering drinks and getting a table on the roof terrace was remarkably quick, and later back in our room we had a very quick, friendly and efficient service from OMKAR, who arrived with our Room Service order of food and wine. The food was delicious, and OMKAR is clearly a dedicated and ambitious young man, whose capabilities, we suspect, extend well beyond Room Service. I hope that his employers recognise his abilities, and give him the opportunity to show his full potential in the future, and truly shine. From what we have seen he deserves it.
Made to feel so welcome on our arrival and the hotel is within walking distance of many West End attractions. The hotel also has a roof top restaurant with a balcony with views across the Thames
Absolutely fabulous hotel. Rooms are beautiful and smartly designed. Very modern with casting to TV, Nespresso coffee machines and beautiful toiletries. Staff were all kind, friendly and welcoming. The roof top bar is amazing with fabulous views over London. Highly recommend!!!

Very nice hotel, posh inside, concierge and check in staff were very good especially a chap called gladstone, very nice rooms and breakfast areas, the shower however was poor, it was almost like a trickle which wasn’t good, there were a few marks on the walls in the room

A very nice hotel, good facilities for a work conference, good food, good service, toilets are a bit weird, like entering a hall of mirrors, but it has an incredible rooftop bar with views of London. Radio Rooftop Bar.
Rooms with a balcony are rare but this was an excellent addition
The doors won’t open with the key they have and had to go back and forth 3 times and ultimately they had to replace the lock late in the night making it a bad experience.
Excellent location to visit all the sites. Nice clean rooms and good amenities. Staff are pleasant and friendly, very helpful concierge. The hotel aesthetic is modern with dim lighting in hallways to maintain the calming mood.
The sheets were not clean with stains on them.
They gave me a handicapped room which had a terrible bathroom. At breakfast the lady was sullen and made me wait so long for just a coffee that I left...I forgot a small makeup case, to date no news from the hotel!!!
Unique building and rooms. Bar was closed for a private event when we arrived which was a bit frustrating.
Fantastic hotel in a great location. Magnificent attention from Susana, Spanish, at reception. The room is spacious and impeccable and has a good bathroom. Highlight the great breakfast on the top floor with beautiful views of the city. The neighborhood to walk around is very pleasant. Absolutely recommended.
