Very nice and excellent service

Very nice hotel but many problems with room cards

Generally good hotel... the staff are very helpful. Of course the hallways on the floors are dirty and run down, but that's a minor issue. It is important that the rooms are quite tidy and clean and there are no creepy crawlies. That's good for Cuba. We spent 3 nights there during a tour and it was ok.
You shouldn't expect luxury.
I wouldn't recommend the hotel for relaxation, but in principle yes.

Good for a tour with a few days on site.
Lobby and breakfast good. Hallways dirty and underground.
Rooms are good and overall the bad reviews are exaggerated.
Pool was in use and maintained.
Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights...everything was ok.

I stayed in 4 hotels during my vacation in Cuba and I have to say this hotel was the best of them all. The food was decent, the drinks good and the service pleasant.

Recently my sister, my nephew and my brother-in-law had the opportunity to enjoy such a beautiful hotel, everything seemed very calm since we spoke several times on wattsap but unfortunately there are always people who like to make others feel bad. Julio, the head of security and the receptionist Yaima lack education and good service, they have to go through a more intensive course to learn to work with international clients because even though we are Cubans, the service is paid in dollars and the client is always right and every service has its schedule. Lack of respect otherwise everything is fine

In general sense the hotel is quite acceptable. It's a shame that one of the security managers named Julio and the receptionist Yaima made us feel so bad with very unprofessional attitudes and lack of ethics and respect. All the other employees were very kind. thank you

Pleasant location because the seaside is not far away.
But taxi necessary to go to the city center. So to take into account in your budget
235 e per night for 2 I find it expensive for the presentations offered.
Swimming pool not maintained and not heated
Very good bedding.
Poor quality bathroom.
- Leaky bathtub
- no cap for taking a bath.
- Outdated shower head.
Breakfast really not of good quality.
A lot of details leave something to be desired...
(Room carpet and dilapidated, aging equipment such as elevators, etc.)
Warm, smiling staff and always a kind word for each customer.

It is possible that there is not enough material, but it would be necessary to carry out work in the establishment...

Even though the internet is problematic, at least it works.

Okay for one night
eat good
A bit far from the center

This a a decent hotel when staying in Havana. The rooms are OK, and service is good. The location is a bit far from the city center though.
There isn’t too much to do in the neighborhood; a ten minute walk to the beach does bring you to a couple of restaurants with good food for a good price and lots of booz and loud music.

My impressions after staying at the Miramar la Habana hotel are poor - cockroaches on the floor, arrogant staff, very limited choice in the hotel bar, definitely not worth the price.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Food lukewarm. Swimming pool dirty. Charged £10.50 for a can of coke

Excellent hotel with very good service and above all the people. Recommended

Far from everything

Great service and rooms.breakfast buffets are varieties and delicious.

We visited this Hotel from Sunwing’s Travel Package. Even though the hotel is big and looks good but has lot of issues. The rooms have some or the other issue. We had issue with the window and even after changing room we still had issue with the flush in the washroom.

Also language and communication can be a problem in Cuba if you don’t know Spanish.

The morning breakfast buffet is below average. For vegetarian/ vegan people they have clearly nothing to offer on terms of food. Others can have something.

The pool and the common sitting area is good with a good bar. Have some good shops inside the hotel.

It's good but it's best to eat outside the hotel. Since a dinner at the hotel is very expensive. However, near the hotel, walking towards the sea, there are restaurants and the dinners are good and cheaper, meaning a dinner for two was $56 and the next day we went outside and found dinner for two for $17. The other thing is to change the dollars outside, which pay them at 260 pesos per dollar. Inside the hotel, they pay them at 120 pesos per dollar.
