Had food delivered. Everything was great.

If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, this hotel is not for you. The casino still allows smoking. The only hotel on the strip that doesn’t allow smoking 100% is the Park MGM. It’s also a long walk from the parking lot to the elevators leading up to the rooms. The elevators are located in the casino area.

The hotel is awesome as far as having plenty to do. But the amenities kinda sucked. No microwave or coffee pots. No refrigerator to store food for later for the price .You are basically forced to eat all the expensive food in the restaurants. It's a blast if money is not an issue for you. Some people couldn't even attend my wedding because of not being able to afford this hotel. Otherwise it's a beautiful site to see. Filled with many fun and exciting things to get into. I recommend this hotel make sure you got 5 stacks or better to really enjoy.

Great place to go see a show

Three amounts of money were deducted from my credit card, 128, 87, and 151. I don’t know what happened. What exactly were the charges? Who can tell me

Employees couldn’t be any further from professional and caring.

Double Queen Executive Suite. With newer and nicer hotels built every year for the past 30 years, the MGM still provides good overall value: I can upgrade to a really nice room for a lot less than the newer hotels on the strip. I love that the monorail station is here - only $7 per person per ride.

It's hard to compare with Bellagio, Wynn, Encore, Aria which are all better and more luxurious. These are on a different level, but the MGM is still going strong. Midscale, dated-luxury, and value.

Some of the onsite convenience stores sell chips and snack targeting Asians. I love it!

Made lots of money with craps

This is where TAPEFACE is now!!! Go see TAPEFACE! You'll loke TAPEFACE! The best show for the money 💰 IS TAPEFACE!!! Our 3rd time seeing him and the first for a friend. He was rolling 🤣 and SO happy we suggested this show. Queue the Superman 🦸‍♂️ theme... Top Gun 😎 theme...

I say this knowing the MGM grand is a very large hotel. However, it has issues. I am here for a work conference and I have nothing but positive things to say about the convention center and the service here. Very nice conference property.
That being said, the rooms are old. The shower head is a mist machine and I have not taken a warm shower in a week.
The beds are very comfortable, but the hallways are dark and giver the things I have found on the ground, scary.
The hall ways are not regularly vacuumed, at least while I was here. There is a very large stain or mold in the hallway and I found a rubber glove, just sitting in the hall way. All night.
My view of the mountains and hooters across the street were all you could ask for. Well, the sunrises and sunsets really were fantastic from my room.
All in all, with the prices MGM charges for food, it should be a better hotel. Cleaner and just higher end. It is old and outdated for the price.

First time here in a bit. Found a good craps table and solid bar. Excited for the week ahead

Everything was grand. Just missed coffee pot in room, micro to warm up left over food.

Make sure to see slot employee joseph miranda and ask him what he feels about the Jewish People.
Can’t understand why people like him are still employed by a company that claims they care about diversity.

Is it true what Slot employee Barbara Romero said ? That every system was hacked and that nothing works? She also said that nobody is helping them? That the management is hiding and left them all alone? Is this all true? Also she said that they won’t get paid because that system also doesn’t work. Is that true? Is it true that she informed us that over the years you have been saving money by only hiring less experienced people who really haven’t worked in a “big”’resort? If what she said is true , this is all very sad .

It's okay. Haha

Price/performance ratio top / always happy to stay in the Grand (7 times already) and happy again - is at the beginning of the strip and the monorail also starts here...so no far walking

Great casino with lower minimum tables. The poker room was usually busy and had 1/2 tables. Craps was around $15 minimum up until 2pm during the week while it was dead. They did wind up bumping it to $25/$50 a few hours later.

Overall good experience.
I personally hated all the walking (so what else is new in a megacasino?) and would have preferred more maps. Sometimes wayfinding was -ish.
(Would have loved a coffee maker IN the room.)
But the staff was A+ and the conference amenities were on point.
Love that it is a Monorail Stop.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Will come again NEXT YEAR!
