Just gamble no Stat. Great shops

Location is happening place and has good access to monrail for rest of strip and tram to mgm resorts...I don't recommend it for rooms/housekeeping/service..simply felt Elora has better ones for the same price range from my past stay experiences with the strip..

Awesome Copperfield Show!!!

There are black spots on the pillows, the garbage on the floor has not been cleared, HDMI cannot be used, the safe cannot be used, and no one answers the room phone calls to the counter. Please do not come here...

Very basic amenities in rooms, no coffee, no microwave or refrigerator. The food court is really basic and no good options and the other restaurants inside are super expensive, even the ones where it says $$ could end up costing you $50+ for one person easily. Be prepared to pay double for anything basic you need.

It surprises me that opinions for the MGM
Hotel experience are so varied! I travel to
Vegas 3 times per year, staying one week, each visit. This is about my 10th year. Because of others suggestions, I have tried 4 other Hotels. I always come back to MGM.
Yes, it’s older, yes I’ve also had to call for plumbing issues or needing more supplies.
Usually they are punctual and friendly. We love this place because it has features in the layout we have not found elsewhere. The queen beds are extremely comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. Bathrooms are huge with end to end mirror and tons of storage
for all our lady things. Two of us can be getting ready together. The double queen room is so large! Room between beds, table and chairs in front of a huge wall to wall window, bringing in lots of light and enjoying the view. Strip or airport views are great!
I have always found the staff very kind and helpful. The rewards folks bend over backwards to help and answer questions.
There are a variety of many great restaurants.
Wolfgang is one of our favorites. Ave Cafe has good food but I feel is overpriced! We only play slots and play a lot, so between MGM, easy walk across the bridge to New York New York, then across the street to The Park, we find plenty of the games we like to play and don’t need to walk many blocks down the strip to do so. The many pool choices are amazing. Even fun for the kids.
The connected mall is nice and has some good shops and places to grab a drink, coffee or a dessert.
I don’t feel like the MGM feels dirty or smelly
overall. There are always women cleaning the ladies restrooms which all are very clean.
They work so hard, which I feel mostly goes unnoticed. They light up when I hand them $1 and thank them for their clean spaces.
I will agree with many other reviews talking about the smokers. Unfortunately, I do feel the MGM should either change their smoking policy (finding a space just for them) or do
a way better job cleaning up after the mess they leave behind for me to deal with! My favorite game and the machine they have left
is so dirty I can’t sit down until it’s cleaned.
Makes me feel like the smokers are more welcome guests than I am. There has to be a
better way…..The Park has made the right choice….NON SMOKING….breath of fresh air.
One last thing. Many reviews have talked about how awful their rooms were. A couple of times, we were not happy with what we were assigned. We call from room phone, advise why we are not happy with the room, then march right back down stairs and get a different one.
Once in a while we all get an employee who is not friendly, rude, slow or whatever. But generally MGM staff wants their guests to be happy and enjoy their stay.
If you have a problem, talk to someone. I’ve
has issues too.
The comments about so many parties in the rooms is surprising. In all these years, there have only been two times that has happened.
I notify the desk downstairs and they take care of it. I find the MGM rooms really quiet!
I would advise to get a room a ways down the hall to help weed out many guests walking down the hall. We always stay higher up also.
Floor 21-25 usually….views seem better…
We LOVE THE MGM!!!!

One of the best bang for your buck resorts in Vegas

Make sure to take a photo of the bar area once you arrive in your room. They will to scam you with a $50 fee claiming you took an item. This is fraud. You can’t store anything in the fridge so if you do have left overs, forget about it. There’s also no option to microwave anything on the entire property so if you’re a parent with a kid, this is not ideal for you.

Cleaners barely clean the rooms and leave dirty towels even after “cleaning”. A mess of a hotel. You’ll get a better bang for your buck at a different hotel.

Rooms very nice got a suite was huge and very nice only complaint is there was used condom wrappers underneath the sitting area couch

Though we did not stay here, the building is pretty extraordinary, looks like it'd be a good place to stay. We were there for the KA Cirque Du Soleil show which was incredible. The theater was beautiful and unforgettable and so was the show. The only complaint I have about the MGM is that they didn't make it easy to find the monorail after having a couple drinks... We walked around for an extra 20 minutes trying to find it due to poor signage. Nothing said monorail this way like the other hotels do... Turns out, it's in the underground but it doesn't tell you that. Overall, we enjoyed the drinks here and the atmosphere.

MGM is a good stay for sure.
The only issue we had is they charged $22 per water bottle we consumed that were kept on top of the shelf. When I enquired , they mentioned that there was instruction there to convey this is not complimentary and sensor activated. However, the instruction was worded such that you would assume they are talking about stuff inside the refrigerator and not on the top outside.

Had food delivered. Everything was great.

If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, this hotel is not for you. The casino still allows smoking. The only hotel on the strip that doesn’t allow smoking 100% is the Park MGM. It’s also a long walk from the parking lot to the elevators leading up to the rooms. The elevators are located in the casino area.

The hotel is awesome as far as having plenty to do. But the amenities kinda sucked. No microwave or coffee pots. No refrigerator to store food for later for the price .You are basically forced to eat all the expensive food in the restaurants. It's a blast if money is not an issue for you. Some people couldn't even attend my wedding because of not being able to afford this hotel. Otherwise it's a beautiful site to see. Filled with many fun and exciting things to get into. I recommend this hotel make sure you got 5 stacks or better to really enjoy.

Great place to go see a show

Three amounts of money were deducted from my credit card, 128, 87, and 151. I don’t know what happened. What exactly were the charges? Who can tell me

Employees couldn’t be any further from professional and caring.

Double Queen Executive Suite. With newer and nicer hotels built every year for the past 30 years, the MGM still provides good overall value: I can upgrade to a really nice room for a lot less than the newer hotels on the strip. I love that the monorail station is here - only $7 per person per ride.

It's hard to compare with Bellagio, Wynn, Encore, Aria which are all better and more luxurious. These are on a different level, but the MGM is still going strong. Midscale, dated-luxury, and value.

Some of the onsite convenience stores sell chips and snack targeting Asians. I love it!
