What a wonderful experience!!
We had a lovely time. They give a boutique vibe and the food is just AMAZING!!!! Thank you to their food and beverage manager for the best experience. He was one of the most attentive and kind people we met. Service from Oscar was great! The breakfast service is the BEST.

We visited during mid February and initially placed in the wrong room. Near the lobby and kinda loud. Things die down after 11pm so no biggie. We watched a timeshare and ended up getting the room situation sorted.

Umami and Chianti were AMAZING. get the carpaccio!!! Just wow. They blew our expectations

Will definitely come back. The food at all inclusive are usually mediocre but this place was exceptional.

Can’t wait to see everyone again. Especially Edgar.

I’ve been many places, but this resort is THE BESTTTT, and absolutely AMAZING!!!! The staff, the cleanliness, the entertainment, the FOOD, the view, the pool, the activities… EVERYYYYTHING IS AMAZING!!!! My husband and I decided to make it our annual trip. Thank you so much!!! Especially to our new friends Almonsor, Eduardo, and Misael!

Location and food are good, and ocean is always exceptional in cancun. But rest not at all our type. Mass tourism from cheap travel agencies, no personal attention (during checking no explanation of anything, just ask to use the safe), rather bad service with personal more on their smartphone, small rooms (we booked 3 beds as with a child, of course didn't work), super noisy (no isolation from the very loud streets where we see the "sunset" and from the reception were everybody gets wasted until midnight...), while 4 restaurants you can only use 1, not enough beach seats all occupied early by group of European tourists smoking and drinking. We still had a good time as there are 2 pools, we enjoyed the see and the view but will for sure not come back!

The internet is super high speed excellent.
We have free 2 big, bottled water everyday in the room.
They have hotel activities which we are not able to join because of time constraint and live music every night which is vibrant.
Thank you to our housekeeper we have a clean room everynight.
Special thanks to Honorio who is an excellent communicator, his English is perfect and he is a good customer service representative helping us with our questions about going around Cancun, we appreciate his time and effort giving us accurate response.

My friend and I spent a week here over Spring Break and had an average experience compared to other resorts in the area.
The bar service was excellent, however we were disappointed in the slow dining service. They list 4 restaurants on the property, but just beware that you really only have 1 option for each meal.
The snack/lunch menu was the best, the breakfast buffet was average, the deck for dinner was never amazing, plus you have a VERY limited menu. It's also very difficult to get any dinner reservations at the other 2 restaurants because they prioritize locals that are paying over resort guests. Room service is also an extra fee and not included.
We were also disappointed in our room. We paid to upgrade to a Deluxe and it was nothing like the pictures. The only piece of furniture besides a bed/nightstand was a small mini fridge that was poorly stocked.
The location is one of the best things about the resort! Beautiful beaches and close walk to shopping or downtown. However, there are a few abandoned resorts surrounding this one which can be a little sketch when walking at night.

Excellent check in, staff has been great. Carlos took great care of us in the restaurant & Marco, Jack & Rodrico brought all the fun on the beach with their games! Highly recommend! Would definitely stay again & recommend to all my friends :)

The truth is that Marco, Jack and Rodrigo were excellent and fun people, very kind and attentive, they are very good at their job.

It is a small hotel but with all the services you need. We have stayed 3 days in the master suite with a nice view of the sea and pool. The food in all restaurants is very tasty, the staff friendly and attentive. We have used other more "fancy" hotels in Cancun in the past, but NYX is definitely a winner for the "feel yourself like at home" vibe. Highly recommended.

The hope wonder always great has my favorite part of Texas it's Ghetto but at least we tell our people where we at and who we going into a different country has we know the truth meaning of partnership of community has some people can travel for me just wish poll a star a vote that don't even matter that the life Houstone Tango Blast it's fake in our cup of culture that the values might be cheap but most like foreign land product don't mess with Texas cause we like Louisiana Tennessee Mississippi we don't give a damn...

Good, but... First, the hotel and beach are very nice, and all of the staff are truly amazing! If not for them, my rating would be lower. Here's the "but": The food looks good, but the taste is mediocre. Umami food was good, unfortunately, many menu items are *pay more* which is a little disconcerting for an all-inclusive. Good wine or lobster I understand paying, but general menu items? Not cool. Also, you have to pay to use the pool table. ? As for the other restaurants, I can't say as we can never get a reservation. My biggest complaint is smoking on the beach. One family were non-stop chimneys - and cigars! The stink was horrible. I would have gladly moved to another seat, but there were none in the shade and we were all sunburnt. My teenage daughter asked them to please smoke near the water (as the wind was wafting their smoke down to us and everybody in our area), and they said NO! So I went to say something too and they finally stopped. But there were others smoking, so it really solved nothing. The hotel needs to implement a non-smoking policy at your seats like they have at the Flamingo Hotel just down the beach. All in all, it has been a very nice trip. I don't think I would come back, but I would recommend it (if you're ok with ok food). Special shout-out to Juan & Frederico at the Lobby bar, who always make me a delicious *real* margarita, and to Brenda & Marlene for their amazing massage.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Super friendly staff, super cozy rooms, great ocean view. The room is large, it has two sinks if you're travelling with your significant other. It is across from La Isla mall, where you can find many stores such as Sephora and HM. The pool is amazing, the access to the beach is great, the beach is amazing, you can bathe in the ocean and then walk to the pool directly. They have a Japanese restaurant included in the All Inclusive, which is one of the best I've been. The WiFi is strong, and reaches the beach even.I would recommend this place 100%.

We went with the all-inclusive package for college spring break, and hotel NYX was so much more than we expected for the price!! The beach was beautiful, food was good with changing menus every night, the included nights at the Italian and Japanese restaurants were amazing. Make sure to use the computer by the front desk for reservations instead of the QR code which is slow. The unlimited drinks were great and we loved the Mexican food at breakfast. We spent all of our time at the beach, but there were many pools as well. The wait staff at were awesome. Some of the rooms were more modern than others, but ours was nice. The location was really close by to the public bus to get to the clubbing area and ferry for Isla Mujeres, and the staff was super helpful for planning excursions. We also had fun with many little activities on the resort like yoga, ceviche, cornhole with Marco and Rodrigo. Even though we came for college spring break, not everyone was a younger crowd like that, so there was a good mix. Again this exceeded our expectations so much for the affordable price. Shoutout to the hostess Mariana who was awesome every day and the activities staff Marco and Rodrigo.

Marco and Rodrigo and Jack had really great activities for us to participate in and we really loved the zumba classes and the guacamole seminar! We also loved the food and drinks around the pool and the service at the beach was super nice and everyone was so friendly!

We enjoyed our stay until we got sick. My boyfriend got sick from seafood and I got sick from ribs. We were not compensated.

My mother and I stayed for 7 days, and it was an excellent vacation! The hotel was immaculate, very clean and recently updated. The room was spacious, very comfortable and had great air conditioning. Our food was excellent each breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was lots of variety with different themes for dinner every night. Our hostess Samantha was fantastic and always greeted us by name and with a smile. Joel, Abi, Carlos and Eduardo, were excellent servers and never left us wanting more! They knew our drink order before we sat down and always asked us about our day. We also had a dinner at Chianti, where the food was fantastic and Mateo made our meal special and memorable! The drinks were also very consistent and tasty.

We absolutely loved the activities provided by the hotel! The yoga each morning by the beach was great and the instructor was very knowledgeable. We participated in the Aqua classes each day (different exercises each day) and had so much fun. The entertainment team were fantastic and so full of energy, they had us laughing every day! We also were so impressed by the Pink Party put on by the entertainment team for International Women’s Day, it made our girls trip even more special!

We cannot recommend this hotel enough; everything was fantastic from the day we arrived to the day we left. We will absolutely be coming back to NYX Hotel in the future and recommending it to all of our friends!

Hotel NYX was incredible, my bf and I stayed for 7 nights and had the best experience. The breakfast Buffett had lots to choose from as well as the main lunch and dinner Patio. We reserved at both restaurants and all was exceptional especially Brenda at the guest Services.

Brenda, Roro, and Jack were also amazing at the pool side with water volleyball, ZUMBA and unique classes every day.
We loved that it was a smaller hotel with all the necessities of a large hotel
