Our Opnion

Pleasant hotel in Cancun. This resort is perfect for families and mature travelers wanting a relaxing and quiet stay in the strip. The rooms here are adequate and always attended by attentive staff. While the quality of the buffet food items is good, the choices have a tendency to get repetitive, especially during breakfast. You'll have to take a gamble at the a la carte restaurants as well. The beach area is one of the better ones found along the strip. There are areas where you can easily wade into the water and there are plenty of loungers available.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
In a single word HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Terrible service!

When I opened the chest of drawers in the room it fell on me and damaged my leg and hand, ROTTEN FURNITURE everything is old and ugly in their facilities, they don't do maintenance on anything.

Wi-Fi only for two people when there are 4 people per room, everyone wants to charge extra.
**Employees serve with a bad face, everyone in general is not friendly at all.
**For registration almost 2 hours
**Huge lines for everything, overcrowding of guests, more than 40 minutes in line for breakfast
**Ugly, tasteless food and horrible snacks
** There was never room to reserve an a la carte restaurant, total scam!!
**Shocking, ugly and dirty beach

The day we arrived we had to wait almost 4 hours to eat between registration, useless waits and lines for everything and due to my leg accident everything was delayed further.

NO NO NO DO NOT BOOK HERE

The service is terrible, the staff serves you in the worst way I have ever had such terrible attention, the rooms are very old, too ugly, no one helps you or solves a problem, the food is terrible, I do not recommend it, do not waste your money

Good hotel, good drinks and food, variety of everything throughout the hotel... with the possibility of assisting in some areas of SENS pleasant in everything although it has its limitations in terms of reserving specialties and exclusive areas under extra payment

Everything is bad, they treat you badly if you speak Spanish, I do not recommend going at all, the hotel is beautiful, shame about the attention and everything is bad.

I booked through booking, so they sent me to the Sens hotel, which is the one that was previously called Grand Oasis Palm and now the Grand Oasis Palm is that previously it was just Oasis Palm, so everyone who books on their page goes to that one and those who do On the other hand, at Sens, the staff is very friendly but please do not fall into the game of getting some tour or activity cheaper if you go to breakfast the next day, remember that you are already going on an all-inclusive (bad experience the famous breakfast) since it is to try to sell you a timeshare

Let me warn you before you go. This place is horrible and we've been to multiple all inclusive so comparatively it's really bad. First off we upgraded to use all restaurants and bars. We could not get a single reservation at a restaurant and even set the alarm for 8am and still no reservation. Not to mention the Glass Bar they said we could use and worth the upgrade was closed the entire time. There is literaly one bar open at night on the entire property. Be prepared for the worst buffet everyday. I can't explain how bad the food is.

Second the rooms never got cleaned but straightened. Sand in the sake sheets all week, 2 towels and had to use one by the bed to remove the sand from the floors before getting in the bed. The remote was in shambles and we had to get our cards reporgrammed twice during our stay. Friends door access stopped working and they had to replace the entire door which took 3 hours.

The pool ran out of towels daily and people leave stuff on chairs overnight so they claim them all week. We found dirty underwear laying around and cups floating in the pool among many other things.

We had the worst experience and highly warn others as many voiced their concern while down there.

I made a big mistake booking this hotel for more money. Staffs are not friendly. The guest service is a joke, they don't care about your request. No daily housekeeping. Even if you go beg for a towel at the lobby, call them, call the guest service or talk to a manager, you won't get towels. Their restaurants reservations system is ridiculous. Can't even book for one dinner in a 7 days stay. If you don't get to the pool before 10am, you won't get a beach chair. So, don't ever book this hotel. The hotel rating should be less than 3 stars...

I could have given 5 stars, but two things really displeased me about the hotel, one was at the reception, I arrived before 3pm to check in, I had asked when I made the reservation to check in earlier, but to no avail, the The girl who served me was wonderful, gave me a piece of paper to eat since it wasn't yet 15.
I return at 3pm from lunch and ask if the room is ready and the answer is no, I said but check in isn't at 3pm? And the person tells me 15, 15:30, well I waited 15:15 and I went and she told me “but it's only been 15 minutes”, if to check out it's 12 and you can't delay because to check out in they can?
After checking in I was approached by a girl, kind by the way, who told me that I was going to participate in a lecture, a breakfast, and win a $40 ticket to go on a tour, I was there the other day, it was the sale of a room at the hotel, the girl who had coffee with me was wonderful, her boss ROBERTO, a thick, stuffy guy, I'm not obligated to buy anything, I'm there relaxing, taking my vacation days, and I lose a morning I'm all being kind and listening to everything and the guy comes with more rudeness, thinking he's going to convince me to buy something in the most stupid way someone can treat a person, asking me who paid for my trip, what if I had the money to make the trip? buy the business. I was extremely upset with the way he spoke to me, if he wanted to put pressure on me to make me feel bad and buy he used the worst way. Ah, at the reception, when checking in, the girl explains that you have to make reservations and tells you all the restaurants, but she doesn't tell you that some are for those with VIP rooms. The food is very good except for the Italian restaurant, Miramar has the best lobster and service. But the hotel is comfortable, clean, some of the staff are extremely kind, Fernando who works at the entrance receiving bags is super attentive. I spent 4 pleasant days with my daughters, except for the second day of discomfort with these people who want to sell and bother everyone everywhere!

The room was ok. I felt safe. The staff were really kind. However, the food was absolutely disgusting. I promise seasoning is your friend. Chicken broth, veggie broth won’t hurt a bit. I wasted a lot of food. I ended up just eating out. The popular restaurants were always booked. I requested a massage but never heard anything back. The people working at the hotel for cruises/activities were kind but saying no once should be enough. If you leave the hotel walking turn right. There’s some stuff over there

I was nervous after reading the reviews but we had a great 8 day stay. The resort is beautiful. Grand Oasis and Sens are combined, so you get the best of both hotels. There are two coffee shops, 3 buffets and multiple other restaurants where you can make reservations. There was only one time where we weren’t able to get into one of the restaurants we tried to reserve. The staff was attentive, helpful and extremely hard working. They are beginning to make upgrades to the property so there is construction work happening around you, but happy to see investment back into the property. Our daughter had a blast playing volleyball, kayaking, and playing beach soccer. I had an amazing time with a drink in hand laying in a hammock in the ocean. There was always one open. The gym has almost every piece of equipment available. There are evening activities. The music does carry up to the rooms, but we put on a movie and fell right asleep. Use the hotel app and make reservations early. There was an increase in police and national guard that deterred people selling anything on the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The only cons - don’t ask the Sens front desk for anything. They are not polite or helpful. At the Sens the timeshare reps are relentless - be firm if you aren’t interested. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, but ours was always clean.

What they offer is very different from what there is.

Since we arrived they have been trying to sell you more things because the reality is that what the grand category includes is very limited. There are more staff selling than serving. They don't let you bring your suitcases in if the room isn't ready yet and they tell you they'll take them to you, but out of 6 suitcases they only brought us 1, I had to go down to get them again.

The lines to enter the buffet restaurants are very long (approximately 40 minutes) and it is terrible for older adults, children, or people with an illness/disability.

They canceled both shows for the weekend and didn't give notice. They only remove them from their application and information screens and there were a lot of people ready to enter and well, they always didn't. Furthermore, on that pilgrimage, no one knows exactly what is happening, they gave us different information at the receptions, points of sale and concierges. The points of sale tell you to go to them and it is all dark and closed, the reception at the grand told us that it was cancelled, the reception at the sense told us that until further notice all events in lounges were canceled and the concierge told us that It was a lie, that it was pure coincidence that the suppliers had canceled. They also canceled a yoga class and the activities people told me "maybe he'll be late or not at all."

Other long lines of at least 15 minutes are to be able to have a drink, because they don't have waiters, so you have to wait for only one bartender to serve you.

There are very few people picking up the garbage and dishes, many birds eating the leftovers on the lounge chairs.

They want to sell everything to you extra, many of the restaurants are not included and all the Balinese beds in the hotel have to be rented, so they are almost always alone, because for example those on the beach are 950 mxn per day (2px) . And they are very attentive to that, they go and chase you away. There are not enough lounge chairs and there is very little shade if you can find about 10 in the pools and 20 palm trees on the beach. In the sense pool there are no lounge chairs because "it affects the infinite design" (the concierge's words) and if you want to take care of your children you have to be there either standing or on a mini cement bench.

The pools are not accessible at all, my mother couldn't get out of the pool because the last steps of the stairs are about a meter from the ground. The same with the private sensory area, we could not safely enter the jacuzzis because there are no railings and they are on the floor, for my mother and father (approximately 5 years old) it was very complicated.

In the pools there is a lot of noise, they play the music very loud and the horns can be heard very badly.

The bathrooms are always disgusting, we found several covered with a tremendous smell and papers overflowing from the trash can.

Specialty restaurants refuse to make you vegan food, you have to go make a special request to reception so they can send the ingredients. But if you are vegan, the palm buffet has a lot of vegetables and protein.

If you plan to enter the sea, it is not the place, because it is next to a port and there are only a few meters, which are also obstructed by the use of kayaks, which collide with people.

I have a reservation in October firstly God and I will see how it is, I will keep you informed with truth and sincerity

This will be a pretty lengthy review.

First when we arrived albeit early, around 6/7AM we were told we couldn’t check in till 3PM so we were forced to sit on the beach for hours with all our electronics in tracksuits.

The overall costumer service was terrible, the staff are extremely lazy and will give you faces over simple requests. they’ll continue conversations or pull out their phones as you stand in front of them. don't even think about complaining or asking for anything over the phone, you'll either get no answer, or be forced to wait hours or even days for minimal help.

the room was never restocked with towels, cleaning cloths left behind, AC connected to wherever so it smelt like cigarettes and marijuana through the night frequently. we found cockroaches and the outlets destroyed our chargers which are not sold at the hotel and we were given no compensation despite not being able to charge our devices. mini fridge did not work and room temp was horrible.

theyll lie to your faces. we almost missed our flight as they promised us transport just to tell us hours before we needed to book three days in advance. we also almost missed a few excursions as they didnt let us know about additional costs till we were on the dock to swim with dolphins. they also cut off our keycards and told us we had to check out mid vacation after we extended our stay. we made a lunch reservation for my brothers birthday and had to wait an hour to get in the restaurant because even after being told we had a reservation apparently you cant reserve lunch. not to mention the food was very disgusting all around, if you want decent food its extra you also have to line up an at 6:00pm or youre not eating!

my sisters phone also got stolen, its becoming hard to believe a staff member didnt pocket it as she realized not even five minutes later it was gone, we went to every front desk and requested to check cameras and have gotten nothing back.

to end this off, the power also went out in our room, the resort itself is pretty dangerous all of my family got hurt some how, drinks aren’t even that great, and overall we had something to complain about every day here. wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Very good place. Good is good and the entertainment is lively. The pool and beach was very pleasant.

The place looks nice from the outside, the rooms or at least 575 has a strong bad smell of horrible mold, they have terrible service, the buffet restaurants have terrible service and terrible food, it made my stomach sick, the a la carte restaurants that according to everything included in During my entire stay, they never accepted a reservation at any of them, at any time they had availability and on no day, no matter how early or late I wanted, there was no availability. I couldn't eat on a single day, we had to go out to dinner in the restaurants, they don't accept reservations at all. Now the towels are white but they are yellow because they are old or worn out.

The room lacked an ice bucket and there was no ice available on any floor. Additionally, the shower was clogged, causing slow drainage. The room decor appeared outdated, with cold, tile floors reminiscent of the 1970s. While the property caters to families, the overall experience was disappointing due to the outdated rooms, mediocre food, and broken safe. Despite being advertised as all-inclusive, the quality of food and beverages fell short, prompting guests to seek alternatives elsewhere. Overall, I cannot recommend this property for those seeking a fun or enjoyable experience, unless their sole focus is spending time with children.

Our stay was excellent, the staff friendly and the buffet restaurants very good. 😉 The best beach. The point to improve would be that the water in the children's pool is warmer, because I notice it a little cool. But all good.

I LIKED IT A LOT GOOD SERVICE COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN
