Very good site
First of all, the site is magnificent. You can't go wrong. Lots of palm trees, beautiful swimming pools and a wonderful beach.
Clean rooms, but smell of backflow from pipes. Comfortable beds. We advise you that we ran out of water between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.
The lobby bar has a lot of choice and the bartenders are very friendly. The buffets are very ordinary and I especially suggest the one in the lobby rather than the one at the beach (forgotten the lunches at the beach). For good coffee, also choose the one in the lobby otherwise they are not very good.
Lots of swimming pools and never full of people. Always chairs available even on the beach which is magnificent and very large.
Few non-smoking areas which meant that we had non-stop smoking no matter where (except at the buffet).
The entertainment is ordinary, but I really enjoyed the Michael Jackson show.
If you are with Transat, Cécile did an extraordinary job! Very good service from him.

Everything was perfect but the entertainment employee CLAUDIA NÚÑEZ.. She is spoiled, she threw a glass of soda at me and offended me with OBCENA words.. In the theater area for not wanting to dance.
Our stay met our expectations. The atmosphere, the music, the lobby, the decoration, the cleanliness invited you to be there. From the moment we arrived the treatment was very good. At the buffet there was Melida Jose who always gave us first class treatment, with a smile she was willing to give us her best service, at the pool bar Felix prepared us the best drinks and her attention was very good. In the restaurants the service and dinners were very good but it is worth highlighting Las Reses where the staff treated us and pleased us with their service and exquisite meals. In the spa area I received service from a girl in the beauty salon area where I got my hair washed and dried and it was excellent. Very pleased with my stay and vacation at Occidental Punta Cana.
