The buffet restaurants are always replenished and the food is always fresh. The a la carte restaurants are fairly good as well. However, the service tends to be a bit slower in these restaurants than others. Great little coffee shop that's available in the resort as well.

The hotel is beautiful, the food is excellent, the cleaning service is 10 points, the maid service is truly excellent.
Attention is a disaster. Super bad disposition, the waiters are bad vibes. The cooks and entertainment people are very cool. But the willingness to serve you leaves much to be desired. If it weren't for the bad vibes of the employees and the lack of desire to work it would be a 10.

The beach is full of sand bags. The customer service is literally the worst thing I have ever experienced. Everyone at the restaurants was extremely rude and the ladies would respond with attitude no matter how nice we would try to be.. They took 5 hours to bring us a water bottle to the room since we had a do not disturb sign because our 1 yr old was sleeping and they said “next time don’t put the do not disturb” they don’t offer water bottles at any bar or restaurant and tap water tends to make me sick.. it was insane how hard it was to get your hands on a water bottle, as someone who did not even drink at an all inclusive, I expected to be able to at least get water: TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

We had the best time at Ocean Blue and Sand! The staff is Amazing!! Very friendly and helpful! We upgraded to the privileged plan and had the most Amazing gentlemen named Jhary who took care of us during our stay. He helped with dinner reservations, sent us daily itinerary of all the activities and a myriad of other helpful things. Courteous, kind and thoughtful!! Thank you So Much Jhary!! You were our favorite part of the trip! Well, You and Pinky the flamingo!! We will definitely be back!!

My family and I stayed at the hotel for the 5th time from February 26 to March 1. Although we had a medical emergency during our stay and a malfunctioning phone in our room, everything was fine in the end and we will definitely return.
Now on to my review. The things that we love about this hotel are:
1. The food options are incredible! There is something for everyone including veggie options, healthy options and gluten free options. Even the pickiest of eaters can find something to eat. There is also a coffee shop where you can get various types of coffee, tea and smoothies from about 11 am to 1 or 2 am.
2. The rooms are modern, clean and bright (we stayed in a poolview/gardenview room). The bed and pillows are also incredibly comfortable. If we had no phone issues, I would say that it was the perfect room.
3. The pools are large and there are several bars with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options in close proximity. My only concern is that a new section was opened this year at the pool for "Privilege" guests and many umbrellas are being used in this area, leaving other guests with a limited supply. There needs to be more umbrellas at tge pool.
4. The beach is vast and there are always many chairs available. There are quite a few umbrellas available.
5. There are activities throughout the day. From morning yoga on the beach, to pool games in the afternoon, to bingo in the evening - there is something for everyone. Even if you do not want to participate, it is fun to watch! The activity staff are outgoing and interactive but look like they need a strong leader to keep them in line.
6. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The hotel has implemented a system where your room key is actually intergrated into your wristband, so no more lost key cards!!
Overall, I would say that this is an incredible hotel and will likely return.
Pleasant hotel, beautiful swimming pool and garden, the beach is also good, even if between the deckchairs there is no cleaning. Our bathroom was full of water, we had to move the next day. The cleaning in the rooms is done halfway, we have one hand towel for 2 people. After asking we were given a second one. Two days later, we had one again. The service in the restaurants is poor, in the bars too. They talk and laugh together, customers can wait 15 minutes to get something. I went to the bar myself to get the drinks, we cleared and cleaned the tables ourselves. On the other hand, the food is very good.
