The reason i say 2 stars is because my safety matters. Me and my fiance was there for 5 nights on the second night @ around 2 am someone opened our door and was about to come in if we didn't say anything...

We spoke to front desk all they gave a us is the key log of who could've unlocked the door we literally heard it was a guy that came in and they where unable to identify..

I'm sure not everyone has experienced this and it is a very decent hotel. But i personally wanted to pack my bags and leave! Once my do or get unlocked by a random stranger and not staff i can't trust it. Not only that just simply being able to use cameras or find out who.

I was there 10 days ago and the truth is that I loved the hotel, the spacious, clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast, impeccable pool, I would return

The rooms are very nice, the service and the location are decent but not the best in the world in general, it is good for lodging and going out to see Cancun

Great hotel to go on tours.

Excellent hotel, good facilities and services, an excellent pool and the restaurant is very good close to shops and public transport.

Very nice, clean, comfortable location.

Kinda far from the downtown. The area is not that safe. Though like the inner environment.

The pool is large and cool, but they clean it right in front of you - a man in a mask and with an ordinary brush (without a vacuum cleaner!!) climbs into the pool with his clothes on!!! and with a brush removes dirt from the walls directly into the water. Filters are cleaned in about the same way in the evening.
The rescuer arrives at 11-12. He solemnly puts the equipment on his chair and goes away to tinker with his phone. His activity will begin at 20 when he must drive everyone out of the water.
Cleaning often does not involve replacing towels.
The battery in the safe ran out - we waited an hour and a half. Until I went down to the reception again, no one came. 12 noon - it would seem that everyone should be in place
Breakfast is weak - most often no porridge or yogurt. There is always fruit, omelet and cold cuts. The coffee is terrible. Be prepared to wait in line for 15-20 minutes, even if there are many free tables. The girl at the entrance to the buffet looks purple on you - she will wipe tables, communicate with colleagues, but just not call you to the table
The rooms are extremely tired, this is not 4*

Staff Assaults Guests: Lifeguard's Aggressive Behavior Raises Concerns

As travellers and guests of Hotel Oh! Cancun The Urban Oasis , we were looking forward to a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, our anticipation quickly turned sour. While we were diving in the pool, which was not allowed, we were approached by the lifeguard in a harsh and disrespectful manner. Despite having already acknowledged his initial warning that diving was not permitted, the lifeguard chose to escalate the situation rather than address us calmly. He yelled at us and brought the receptionist into the situation. The lifeguard's behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. To top it off, he even hit me with his walkie-talkie on the arm, which is absolutely outrageous. This experience significantly marred our stay and left a bitter taste in our mouths.
Regrettably, we CANNOT recommend THIS Hotel due to this incident.

Awesome hotel! Pool was wicked, lots of chairs, umbrellas and space to have your stuff or small groups together. Several different pools as well! Room was big and spacious. We were on floor 7, elevator only takes you to 6 and you need to walk up stairs to 7th floor. And no balcony unfortunately. 2 queen beds and rooms were well equipped. TV was a nightmare and could not connect to netflix/prime, and always showing advertisements. Bathroom very clean, but if sharing with friends- not much privacy. Just frosted glass door/wall to the toilet area and shower area. So sounds travel, if you catch my drift. And you can see more than you'd like thru the frosted glass of the shower area. Otherwise pressure was great, and bathroom well stocked. Even had incense for smell!! Great location. About 20mins from airport. Continental breakfast was awesome! Until 11am, all kinda of hot/cold/dry foods! Soooo good, endless options! The restraunt options were ok, the guacamole and tacos weren't that great and a bit pricey.

Well where do I start, as soon as you open the door you feel strong smell of molt when you get to sleeping corner it seems okay. I had ice machine right next to the door, you will hear people getting ice pretty much all the time, tv not working, remote to AC not responding as well , after I told them on front desk about this issue they told me they will send smbd to check but no one show up. If you concern about safety balcony door lock it’s not working as well, for me personally I don’t care. Had a room with pool view, very nice. Toilet flush getting stuck all the time, got myself flooded one time. I would give breakfast 5 out of 10. Tipical Mexican breakfast I guess, but who like eat beef stew on the breakfast? Went to the bar 1 evening, place was crowded , maybe 4 people total at that time, lol. Got a burger, I would give 5 out of 10 as well. There is a lot of good restaurants in the area walking distance. Location was good for my business

Urgent warning!

We had the Oh! Booked Cancun and stayed at the Smart Cancun, which has the Oh! Cancun connected is accommodated. Apparently the 5th and 6th floors are the same booking class. That's a lie! Of course, the pictures from the internet couldn't compare with what we found. Additionally, the photos for the Smart Cancun are exactly the photos from the rooms we stayed in as guests of the more expensive Oh! Cancun were accommodated. After our complaint and with a lot of fuss, we got to the right hotel one night later. And lo and behold: the rooms were of a much higher standard. Starting with the bathroom utensils available, the coffee machine, cleanliness, lower noise, better furniture and the higher level of cleanliness, everything was better.

Therefore, caution and a clear warning.

Even in Oh! However, European standards cannot be expected for a long time in Cancun.

Nice lokated Hotel, very modern and nice design and good smelling.
Very good breakfast bufett.
Pool and pool area also very good and chilly.

Around our room was a little bit loud, but it was ok, the bathroom and WC was a little bit weird, there is no complete door only saloon door wings like and separated to the living only with a glass wall so you can see through.

The employees are very kind and helpfull specially in the restaurant when breakfast.

Excellent location - close to the ADO train station, easy to get from the airport. A leisurely 30-minute walk to the public beach, nearby Walmart, several convenience stores. Breakfast is decent, network anywhere in the hotel, wonderful pool area, excellent service)
The exchange office is across the road, but if you walk a little further to Cuba Avenue, cross the road, there will be three exchange offices where the rate is slightly higher than at the bank next to the hotel

I can already guarantee you that this is full of purchased reviews, either they are not real or I had very bad luck for several days. First of all, the hotel is not what it looks like in the photos, it has many details of a shabby hostel, I am going to detail some of them, in the rooms there is no refrigerator, no outlets near the bed, nor a main light in the room area, you have 2 you stop it on the sides of the bed that you have to turn on to be able to see minimally, otherwise it is dark as hell. On the other hand, the air conditioning makes tractor noise, if you are sensitive to sleeping, prepare to be hot. Then the pool area is not like the photos, they are taken with a wide angle and with great intelligence, they are 2 small pools that are not worth much. The gym area looks huge in the photos but it is very small, it is all mirrors that create the optical illusion that it is a large gym, but it is the size of a room and a bathroom. The restaurant is terrible, they only have fast food and literally 7 dishes on the menu, wings, fries, hamburgers, bravas and little else. The staff says yes to everything but they do it just, I'm having breakfast and I ask for ice to have an iced coffee, I'm alone with 2 other people in the restaurant and they brought me the ice when I've almost finished breakfast. I asked them for a tomato (I like toasted bread with tomato) and after 10 minutes they told me that the kitchen has no more tomatoes.... And I see that there are several breakfast foods such as stews and meats in sauce that have tomatoes. .. I think they never went to ask and if they did they just dragged their feet. The staff always says yes but then they move to the minimum, well a bit of a disaster in several aspects, the truth is, very disappointed. By the way, if you want to go to the Bach Club beach, it has just enough, it is a minimum of 10 minutes by car from the nearest beach. I hope the managers read this and implement improvements.

Room was clear and spacious, and suite’s decoration, bed and bedding were very comfortable., but the water pressure from the showerhead was too week, and there was no improvemnt after notifying the front desk. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room every day. when we asked the front desk for information about transportation, they were not helpful just suggested taking a taxi without futher explantations. The buffet breakfast was not as good as some reviews said. The hotel’s location is excellent, situation in the city center of Cancun. It is convenient to take local public buses, and the hotel offers good value for the price. I would recommend it.

It is a transit hotel, if you are going to stay a few nights it is ok. They should check the beds and pillows because they are hard.
It has a good pool with lounge chairs and lounge chairs.

The breakfast is complete, but they should give you another coffee because the one they give you is ugly.

For its price I think we expected more quality.

I found it expensive in relation to price-quality.

The hall has been remodeled recently, it seems to be fine. Check in and check out was ok. We had a double bed and they didn't have one.

Rooms: old, dated and not very clean. The bed and pillows are a rock. Unfortunate since we intend to rest well.

Breakfast: regular. Nothing bad and nothing dazzling either.

Location: It is good for taking tours, and it is relatively close to places to eat and walk.

Staff: friendly, polite and respectful.

In short, I found it expensive for the service and amenities offered. I wouldn't recommend it to someone I know.

Greetings!

WARNING! Anyone who expects hospitality and relaxation from this accommodation will quickly be disappointed. This starts at check-in and continues in the dining room in the morning all the way to the pool.
The service is a complete disaster, the likes of which I have never experienced. I have been to countless accommodations all over the world, Asia, Canada, Europe, South America, and in many metropolises, e.g. B. Bangkok, New York etc. But this tops all the bad service I have ever experienced. I was traveling with family and friends, 5 or 6 in total. One person only stayed in the hotel for one night. The others, including me, stayed in this accommodation for three nights.

Check in: There were problems at check in. We had booked two single rooms. I really have no idea what the guy at the front desk was talking about for over an hour. But the fact was that the two single rooms didn't exist or were available. Only when I put pressure on did we get to the pot. We happened to notice that apparently we weren't the only ones having problems with bookings.

Breakfast: as I said, there were 5 of us. On the second morning we all agreed to meet for breakfast so we could have a leisurely breakfast together. Now there were only tables for 2 and 4 in the hall. “No problem, let’s just push two tables together.” Then a little dwarf came running up very excitedly, apparently the "boss" of the dining room, and said that that wouldn't work. Reason? No idea! In any case, the happy breakfast together at one table settled the matter. Breakfast was eaten separately!

Pool: the hotel itself is ok, the pool is very nice, the rooms themselves are quite ok and clean, no question. Now there are apparently VIP seats at the pool, I have no idea what kind of loungers they are. I just wanted to relax and enjoy the sun for 2 hours. I was so naive and simply lay down on the lounger in the good faith that guests were allowed to use the pool and loungers without restriction. I was just making myself comfortable when another guy came running and sent me off the pitch. Mind you, there was nothing going on at the pool, so there was no tough competition among the guests. I think there are still a handful of guests on a total of 40 loungers.

For me, a hotel or accommodation is only as good as the staff. You can overlook other things if you feel welcome. This is less than not present here. You feel like you're a nuisance to the staff and people who have to be constantly reprimanded. Minus 2 stars out of 5 stars!

This is my first visit to Mexico and so far it is clear to me that Mexico is not worth visiting and will be crossed off my list. I can't make any recommendations either, no, more of a warning

Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, spacious and clean. Well located for shopping in the city center. Nice swimming pool.
