Tokimeku restaurant was good. SANTO took care of us and made sure our reservation was perfect fornour Anniversary and my Birthday! Chef Amazing finished the night off right with keeping the family entertained and feed exceptionally well! I even got an amazing birthday cake that was delicious!

Spent a week here. One of the most amazing resorts my wife and I have been to. Right on the beach, great amenities and restaurants. Delvin was amazing. He was with us at the Lunch Box for lunch and at the Blue Agave for dinner. He was amazing, made us feel incredibly welcomed and was extremely attentive. Blue Agave was our favorite restaurant on the property.
Raul, Hansel and Yaderi were excellent servers! They were consistent and very hospitable. Dalmis was the best concierge! Very helpful. I recommend Paradisus for your Punta Cana vacation. You won’t be disappointed!

I recommend this Hotel 100%, it is a very good Hotel, very nice, everything is of high quality. The place is wonderful, it seems like a dream, but the most beautiful thing about the accommodation is its personality, the service is excellent especially in the A&B area, it is notable that the A&B manager Jacobo Reyes is doing an excellent job, since the service That department is exceptional, especially the service of several collaborators. Among them: Rosanna Hernandez, who works as a waitress at the buffet, it is also worth highlighting the kindness of Félix who works as captain of the buffet in the mornings, but he is also captain in the evenings at the Blue Agave Mexican restaurant, on the other hand there is the excellent service of waiter Jean Carlo from the Mina restaurant.
And if you need a miracle, Captain Santo of Tokimeko Restaurant will do it for you hahaha.
I must mention that the minibar in the room is perfectly well stocked with everything we need, and this is thanks to Estarlin Joseph, who is always making sure that guests are not missing absolutely anything in their minibar.
Finally I must highlight the service and kindness of Richar Sánchez.

We're staying here now at a Nikte Ocean View suite and I would not recommend the upgrade. You don't get much for it. We're chill travelers and know things are never perfect.
The ocean view is if you stand at one specific corner of the balcony and turn, you can see a partial sea view. We didn't expect full ocean front but that is the bare minimum to technically be true.
The website talks about activities like a catamaran cruise as part of the upgrade. That doesn't seem to exist so we paid for an excursion.
Similarly, it says the concierge helps with things like reservations for restaurants. The concierge just tried to get us into a timeshare sales presentation and doesn't do anything with restaurant bookings, so we avoided them.
We only managed to make 3 bookings in 7 days which is why we were looking for help.
One day we were told they weren’t taking bookings that day which wasn't true.
On another day a booking with guest services wasn't actually made.
Tonight we had one of our bookings but had to wait 55 minutes to be seated.
This is ignoring things like during check-in the staff talking bad about customers, then being embarrassed when they found out we speak Spanish and could hear.
The good: The property, beach, and pool are all beautiful! Jorje at the main pool bar is a great bartender! If you can get a reservation the a la carte restaurants are good!
When your wife says we should have just got an Airbnb, that sums it up.
Blue Agave restaurant. Food quality outstanding, presentation outstanding, service in comparison to others, the best. I must say that during my stay at this resort this restaurant is currently working on performance and quality and improving their markers.
