Our Opnion

A good choice for anyone looking for a Strip hotel. The Planet Hollywood used to be the old Aladdin and since taking over they have made some positive changes, including lots of renovations. The price on this hotels is often pretty competitive, which adds even more value to an already impressive hotel. Maybe not as outstanding as some of the 5 star resorts, but still a great choice for a Las Vegas vacation.

We did not stay there but we did spend a bunch of times in the miracle mile shops and at the disturbed concert March 3rd and that was awesome.

The lobby staff was incredibly rude. I was staying in one room with a family member for one night and had my own room booked for the rest of the trip. I was out having fun until 10 p.m. before I went to get my room key. I thought I had already checked in online. The lobby staff informed me the web check in doesn’t work and told me off for getting my keys so late. He said it was “not smart” for me to wait until 10 p.m. to get my keys. It’s not my fault the web check in doesn’t work and I couldn’t use the kiosk. That’s the hotel’s fault. They gave me a room I didn’t book. I booked a king bed, not a queen. The view is god awful, the pool is lack luster. The staff sucks. The food options here aren’t great. Stay somewhere else

Good service, cleanliness 100% good attention... they are attentive and friendly

Love staying here when I go to Vegas. Great location and the rooms are always clean! The only thing I didn’t like about the room this time was that the curtains didn’t block out the sun that well. In sensitive to light and it woke me up, but besides that my stay was great

It was okay, good location but they never cleaned our room through out our stay, even when we requested it. They did put us in a better room so kudos for that

Great service...great resturants

Perfect hotel on the strip!

Good sized room. Shower a little weak. A drawer had papers left from the previous guest. Needed to get additional shower gel and hangers, but it was taken care of quickly.

We loved staying so centrally located on the strip and having the miracle mile mall right below. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and quiet. Seriously the quietest rooms I’ve ever stayed in a hotel. The mobile check in and check out using the app made that process very easy for our group with all needs met. The fountain view room was a great upgrade.

Great food here trust me

Perfect Location On The Strip Attached Too Miracle Mile Mall

Even though the casino is pretty old but the rooms are very well maintained. The help desk and the housekeeping were very friendly. Starbucks and the Gordon Ramsay burger was the plus point for us. And as everybody would know Cosmopolitan, Aria, Bellagio are all walkable distance (5-10mins). There are CVS and other fast food joints are pretty close by too.

Smells like homeless

Location is nice, but everything is a cheap ripoff once inside. It's worse than Spirit Airlines. The price given doesn't include the resort fee, which costs more than the room. Try asking if your room is available when you arrive ahead of schedule - if it's ready, they'll make you pay $75 to go inside. Try asking if you can check out later, and if it's possible, you guessed it another $75 fee. The room itself is janky, with parts of the door literally hanging from the wood on the inside, and a wobbly sink faucet. It's like "how cheap can we make this, and what awful business practices can we get away with?" as a hotel.

So interesant and fun !

This is a solid 4 star...great location, no complaints on the service, last couple times I've stay here the room cleanliness was my only complaint. We in fact had to had room service come clear the bathroom the min we check into room but they did come up and do it right away when I called down.

It saddens me to write this review but I must, especially as I say farewell to all Caesars Properties. First off PH last week was a horrible experience. The floors in the bathroom had been unmopped. Dirt all over the floor. I was grossed out. 2nd the Casino experience sucked. I kept getting yelled at by the sticklady during my digital craps session because I either threw the dice to soft or to hard. Ive been playing for along time and she was not happy. Finally, the sportsbook sucked the most. I paid for a vip table to watch chiefs game that was on peacock...we missed the entire game.
