Excelent service, food including, animation atend fast and beautiful people
2nd time here...horrible.i regret dit already.....next d'or resort is havung a party ...it is almost 1am and the windows are shaking ....the bus got here at 10:30 pm and only hit fig and chickn sandwitch is to choose from at snack bar...

The Playa Costa Verde hotel is surrounded by greenery, with various small houses. The internet works intermittently, and despite being a 4* hotel, the food was very repetitive, with sometimes a lack of napkins, both cloth and paper, vinegar and other things.
Unfortunately, the economic situation in Cuba affects......
For the rest, location in front of the beautiful Pesquero beach, with sunbeds without cushions, not too comfortable for my back.....
A friendly place to visit and relax
This is a very beautiful resort and definitely has 5 star potential I just don’t think it’s there yet. The beach has the bluest water but there are some rocks. The house keepers are so lovely. Food quality wasn’t outstanding but I’d say expected for Cuba. Ate breakfast lunch and dinner, never went hungry. Even as a picker eater. Rooms did their job but I would have to say I’ve seen better in Cuba. They have a 24 hour snack bar, which was lovely to have!

Beautiful location horrible everything else. 1. STAFF Most staff members are rude and barely speak English, I got singled out shamed at dinner for wearing a swim suit top (other peoples were aswell) women refused to serve me because she was confused with the line, front desk is attempting to charge us 25$ for a towel that was never in our soon 2. FOOD/DRINK food was the same thing lunch and dinner even at the other restaurants you can book and are not edible DONT DRINK THE WATER they serve dirty tap/sewage water everywhere Including dinner. 3. ENTERTAINMENT I was here 10 days and all they had was a puppet show and forced underage women to twerk, kiss people, and drink alcohol 4. DIRTY pool was greenish and cloudy/ smelled of fish, rooms were dirty and they were doing construction the whole time with dust and dirt flying everywhere. 5. WIFI only works in like two small parts of the resort and is a nightmare to connect and reconnect constantly GOODLUCK!!! Waste of time and money so many other nice resorts
I have travelled 16 times to Cuba and 4 times to Holguin. I have been to 4 different resorts in Holguin and although I liked Rio D'Oro for picturesque view and setting and Gran Muthu for its fresh look, I feel very well served and have fabulous food in restaurants in there. I am going back every 6 weeks now.

Perfect for finding shells and seeing a beautiful coral bank. The hotel needs a little TLC but the rooms are large and clean. The super comfortable beds, I couldn't even wait to get mine back haha
We never come to Cuba for food ..some days
food was ok and some days it was bland a lot of things missing.ther is always room for improvement .the hotel is older but charming .need to pay attention a little bit more on cleaning. they do you have Wi-Fi but not great the guy that cleaned our room could do a little bit more effort in the two weeks we were there we did not change the sheets once they should have a program that the cleaner should keep a list of things that doesn't work anymore so they could keep track of things .. not are job to do it sorry to say that Cuba is not going uphill .it is not a cuban 4 start

I had the pleasure of spending 1 month at this amazing resort 😍 ❤️. Just got back yesterday. I chose a smaller capacity (+/-390 rooms) hotel with an amazing staff that looks after everyone with the utmost of care and appreciation.
There was no lack of food/desert choices. Simply a great feast to suit everyone's taste buds. I had a fabulous time. The beach and the reserve were absolutely incredible.

In my opinion it is a great hotel, with excellent service, magnificent staff, with a good heart that make you feel at home. Beautiful, comfortable and cozy rooms. Lovely beach and good sun. For me, one of the best places to visit in Cuba.
The food is horrible! For $1100 I am very disappointed and I thought the food was better!
Nice place, service not easy for some not too keen to work not too well, to eat ok lack a little food except ok can arrange the rooms a bit old everything is functional,,, I will return when take away At a good price ! The beach is good. Going to visit the town of Holguin is a nice and safe outing
All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We also were very impressed by the talented singers and dancers who performed excellent shows in the hotel lobby.
The site is superb, beautiful vegetation. The beach is not very big and there are still a few rocks, shells, corals in places. Several people had water shoes to avoid injury. The pools are large and clean, but the music a little loud during the day.
Our room was perfect and very large. Comfortable mattress, air conditioning that works well, hot water, beautiful large balcony.
The food was good too, however they ran out of eggs and bread for a few days. You could easily find something else for lunch, it had bacon, cheese, ham, fruit and several other things.
The staff is friendly and courteous. I recommend.
