Some people at the front desk are not very friendly 😕 rooms are clean.breakfast did not look very appetizing. Pool was nice. Frozen drinks not so good.

Thank you, Bernardo!!
Your genuine hospitality made our experience much more enjoyable!!

We did not have hot water until the last night of our trip. This trip was all about relaxing and enjoying this beautiful island. We had contacted front desk the first 3 nights of our trip, about not having hot water. The 3rd night, the maintenance for the hotel had come up to our room, felt the temperature, and had said “I’m going to make adjustments” we never heard back. By the 4th night of not having hot water, they finally gave a note to the manager.
The manager was a male and gaslighted my mother and I. He went back and forth saying, when maintenance would come up the water is “warm”..
The water should be hot …not warm.. he had said “well I personally don’t like hot showers” and something along the lines of “they had just spent a lot of money fixing the system two weeks ago” and continued saying how he prefers warm water so it’s fine for him. After speaking with the manager, on our forth night, after already taking cold showers.. the hot water magically started to work..
I never want to go on a vacation and complain for no reason, I obviously complained for a reason. I’m here to relax!
The resort manager needs a reality check!!

The resort is walking distance to the beach, and clean. The breakfast was very basic, with minimal options. Spend the money and book somewhere else if you want to enjoy your holiday.

Clean rooms, excellent location, and friendly staff. No hot water and a mediocre breakfast. For T&C it's a good value and I'm sure the hot water issue will be fixed (they were working on it) but have to rate based on our experience and 4 days with cold showers isn't great.

Our first time visiting Turks and was recommended to this place. Does not disappoint. The best staff and centrally located. Just a 2 min walk to the beach and shops. Couldn't ask for a better location.

This resort was OK at best. The location is great being that everything is walking distance, however the customer service was not up to par. The cleaning lady was very rude, knocking on our door early in the morning and asking “when are you leaving?”. On top of that, our shower never had hot water and our phone didn’t work so we had to walk down to the lobby anytime we needed something. The front desk staff was at least pleasant to deal with however.

The hotel is great but what me and my mom like the most was the staff. The manager Rose and Mercedes are excellent professional and people and for sure they are irreplaceable. Thanks you both and God bless you. Kisses from Genèva and London. Raquel and Pastor Adriana

Nice family owned resort a short walk from the beach. The hotel has its own beach area with lounge chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and paddle boards. Just bring a towel from the hotel desk. There is also a nice pool and hot tub at the hotel.
Nice breakfast every day with varied foods so not monotonous. Pool bar manned by Watson is a friendly place to sit.
Some rooms have balconies.

We opted for the villa, beautiful, it was home away from home. The entire resort was clean, well maintained, and well laid out. The pool was so inviting and clean. All the staff were spectacular. At night they entertain their guests and it is so fun! Best complimentary breakfast I've ever experienced! I just loved every bit of staying here. It's great for families, couples, and girls trips! I went with gielfriends and we loved it. The location is perrrrfect. Close for a quick walk to the beach, the grocery store, and the shoreline. Can't get much better. Beds were comfortable and again, staff were so accommodating and gave many recommendations for the island. It was also close to the center area where many people come to enjoy live music, restaurants, and local festivities. I'll be back!

Would not recommend this hotel. No elevator and we were on third floor with four year old twins. No bath tub for my kids only a shower. Room smelled musty. Only one king bed and a tiny uncomfortable pull out sofa bed. Staff weren’t too friendly and breakfast wasn’t great. The only positive was the location that was walking distance to the beach.

Amazing experience!! We stayed at the Ports of Call over the holidays and it was awesome. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. Our rooms were clean and well kept each day. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with our kids. The breakfast was terrific and got our days started for island adventures. Also the wifi was great. We’ll be back again!

We just stopped for a visit, looks really nice

Nice hotel located in a great area.
People are nice and the rooms are clean and with lots of space.
Swimming pool is nice.
Breakfast is well served.

I HIGHLY would not recommend this hotel if you’re a POC. THEY ARE PREJUDICE TO POC!!! When we checked in everything was fine and then turned into a nightmare. This entire stay was a nightmare until we left. Some of the staff were nice but the manger tw*t (that his name cause that’s exactly what he is) was disrespectful. We had wh*te neighbors complain about everything we did even when we just talked and the manager and security did everything to make us feel so unwelcome. They only accommodate to wh*te guest. It’s wild to be discriminated by people who literally look like you. The entire time we were attacked for everything we did. The infrastructure of the building is terrible so thin walls you hear everything even in the halls it’s avoidable. They wanted us to stop talking and had a “problem” with what we are discussing. Why is that even your business! I feel so traumatized by this experiences We were threatened to be put out. One morning we were sleeping and someone busted into the room and left without knocking. That was the most scariest moment. We had no idea what happened. Later we were given a note saying we were smoking in the room, jumping up and down the room, banging on the walls and a whole bunch of childish nonsense. We are grown adults what do we look like doing that? I went to the front desk immediately to address the notice. The manager stated that he could smell weed coming from our room all the way to the front. Mind you our room is towards the back at the other end of the pool. If he smelled weed that strong that would clearly mean someone in the closest rooms to the reception area was smoking. Also, we would have had several other guest complaint but no it was the wh*te neighbors who antagonized us our entire trip. Then he admitted that they were the ones who burst in our room unannounced!!! Like what if we were naked? Like no privacy or respect at all and he did not seem to care. At this point I am heated so I asked him to come to the room and smell it since he stated he could smell it. When he stepped in he said I can smell it. I am like smelling what? he said I smell something. I asked him to name what he smelled. He said weed and “other substances”. Now I am highly offended and beyond mad. I am like what are you trying to say? are you saying you smell crack? what? he said some kind of substances. at this point I was done asked him to leave the room. They pretty much believed everything the wh*te neighbor said. It really did not matter what we said or what proof we had. The neighbors kept telling the staff they want us out the hotel, they want our rooms changed and I mean every single day they complained about us. Security basically harassed us about the complaint. The last couple of days of our stay at the hotel we pretty much avoided it and just came to sleep and shower. This was my first and worst experience ever and this is coming from someone who travels 2-3 times a year and I have been to many Caribbean countries. Turks hands down is the worst but I still had fun doing excursions. The only thing good about the hotel is that it is local. The pool Is dirty so nothing exciting there. The breakfast is awful I mean like awful. it all cold you have to warm it up and its really not food, so its best to go out and get food. The place I general needs a lot of work including staff!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO HAVE A GREAT VACATION AND A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

This was a long- awaited return trip to Turks and Caicos. Having stayed at a large prominent resort on my previous trip, I chose this resort after it popped up on my FB feed. I really loved the vibe of this smaller resort. I was beyond impressed once we got there from day one! The staff at the front desk was so professional and accommodating, we arrived early and was able to have an early checkin. During the short wait we were greeted with lovely welcome drinks. Our studio was exactly as pictured and super clean. The location is perfect and safe for truly walking to a great choice of restaurants in any direction. There's even a fantastic supermarket across the street so you can stock up on anything you may need for your room/villa. Amongst the restaurants on site, Skullrock restaurant was our favorite. The Resort staff everywhere was so friendly and informative whenever we had any questions especially Watson the Bartender :)
The shuttle to the gorgeous beach was a nice touch as well. Bernard would have our lounges and umbrellas already set up when we got there. All in all you cannot go wrong with this lovely resort! We are already looking forward to our return trip next year. Thanks to the Management and staff for making our visit to Turks and Caicos such a wonderful one.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful !! Very nice, clean rooms and very nice and clean grounds.

Good location and staff is friendly. The first impression was that the room did not have a fresh or clean smell. The pool had a greenish/aquamarine ti t to it and was unappealing. The bar was rarely staffed and the selection was quite poor. The “free breakfast” is like the kind of free breakfast you expect from. 2-Star hotel in the U.S. The morning we checked out, the breakfast consisted of yogurt and some fruit. Don’t consider this 3 stars, nor do I consider it a “resort”

I only booked for 2 nights because AMEX travel has listed some questionable properties in the past— this is the last time I ever use the service.

We transferred to a resort called “Windsong”and it was a day and night difference for almost the same price.

2* v 4*

Hotel was located within walk of food, shops and the beach. Free breakfast served daily. Didn't have any issues with the room. Staff was very friendly and recommended us to Jerry's taxi service for when we needed to get around.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Good pool. Breakfast is minimal. Awful a.c. we arrived Saturday and complained every other day that our ac was barely working. On Thursday the maintenance fellow said it was broken and could not fix it. Why couldn't they have determined that on Sunday? We paid an extra 400 when we arrived for a ground floor room. Thursday they moved us to a second floor room.

I'm waiting for a refund of that and what the manager will do for us being without adequate ac 5 days.

I'll edit this accordingly.

This hotel had a great location—close to many restaurants, a short walk to the Graceway Gourmet Supermarket and Grace Bay beach that had dedicated chairs and umbrellas. The room was spacious and very clean. Our room had a walkout to the pool, which I would highly recommend. The pool was wonderful to float in and relax especially after a day at the beach. The staff were very helpful. Also worth noting is that they have a cart that can be used to go and pick up groceries and they have a laundry with token operated washer and dryer.

We loved our time at ports of call! The location is ideal, we were able to walk everywhere and the reserved beach location was spectacular! BJ our beach attendant made sure we had lounge chairs and umbrellas, offered golf cart rides to and from the hotel lobby if we wanted, and helped arrange excursions like tubing and jet ski rentals with trusted third parties when we were ready for a little excitement. He brought paddle boards and kayaks to us at water's edge rather than let us drag them down and just made sure we were having a great time. Back at the hotel,

Shendara really went above and beyond as well. I had terrible phone service and needed to make an important confirmation call to our airport shuttle the day before check out. Unfortunately my call from the hotel lobby went unanswered and rather than have me try all day, she offered to call on my behalf until she got through and late into the evening rang my room to let me know she was successful and we were all set!

I know booking a vacation at a resort sight unseen can be unnerving but truly this resort is wonderful. The rooms are clean, the pool is relaxing, and the stretch of beach is too good to be true.
