The service is good and the staff too, the cleanliness is good, but what a shame that for people with disabilities there is an entrance but it is closed with a padlock and every time you leave or enter the hotel you have to notify and I think that the access It must be free and apart from there being no meeting point in case of emergency, no evacuation route signs and apart from in the dining room the juices are not natural.
Always great service and great convenience, there is food and drinks all day, it may not be the most luxurious on the coast, but it has the entire commercial area within a 20 minute walk and best of all, I prefer the fact that that the pool or beach is literally 5 minutes from your bed!

Friendly staff upon arrival. It is difficult when we arrive to check in, because they do NOT have good access to take the luggage up, they are stairs, here the one who has the job of going up, out of kindness is the staff (bellboy), it is a bit sad when the luggage It's kind of heavy. For me it was a bit complicated, because I have knee surgery, going up and down stairs. The hotel is small, a bit quiet, it happened to be fully occupied. The rooms are somewhat small, they lack a lot of maintenance, cleaning and fumigation, there are many 🐜 ants throughout the room, on furniture and even on the beds. The air conditioning unit was super dirty, even with dead insects. They don't clean very well. If you're lucky enough to get a room with a sea view, it has a good view. The shower drainage sewer took a long time to drain, it floods and it's because they don't clean it, it had balls of hair and grease. We did not try food, nor opinion about the pool. There is no iron or ironing board, if they use one they have to ask the reception and see if there are any available, you have to sign a voucher. Sometimes we had to say that the only elevator they have does not work. Our stay was more or less and it is not cheap for what they offer and the details it has.

The hotel needs maintenance and cleaning, they gave us the room and there was hair in the bathroom, one of the beds rattled when going to bed and the mattress was expired, other than that the service is good. It is the cleanest beach I have ever visited, the hotel pool is excellent in its view and its cleanliness

Good place to spend with family and a vacation
The staff service was very good, the food lacked variety in seafood. Internet failure in the room.
Small, clean hotel, it has a bar that allows you to be in the pool, the meals are buffet style, basic but good tasting.
I was surprised that there were a lot of foreigners the day we went (Poles, from Minnesota, Canada)
