Excellent place to rest and have a pleasant time, whether as a couple or in the company of the family. Its all-inclusive is well worth it!
The hotel is acceptable. We had some complications. With the delivery of rooms and very disorganized attention. But recommendable, the food is very good, the drinks are missing a little more variety to be all inclusive. Very nice view to appreciate the great sunsets and with the new highway super fast to get there
It is a quite comfortable hotel, I liked everything about it, the food, the pools, the gardens and the attention, all the staff were always very attentive and friendly, I will return soon.
Very quiet place with all the comforts. Free parking available, good service from the staff and the best is the Cocos beach club which is exclusive for guests and the park to watch the sunset. Highly recommended!
A little abused, the beach club chairs are very uncomfortable, there are no lounge chairs for the beach and the guards who think they are the police are arrogant and rude. The drinks are expensive and ugly, NO, I'm not coming back

The good: good location, great customer service, beautiful beach and sunset.
Our issue was that we were expecting more of the hotel, again we. The rooms are outdated and not well maintained. All inclusive add-on was $1,500 MX per person per night, it was 3 of us staying 2 nights, we thought it was excessively pricey. Pools and bars close early, no gym, no ice machines, no fridge in the room. Mold in shower and bathroom sink.
I didn't like the all-inclusive plan, BOTTLED WATER IS NOT INCLUDED, they only give you one per day and they sell the rest to you, zero Wi-Fi internet never works, the food is very limited and we got sick to the stomach without flavor and without variety, but above all the Terrible service, it seems that everyone gets paid to tell you no for not solving any problem, zero service attitude, they rush you up to half an hour before the established times and they do not serve you the drinks that they stipulate in their times.
Everyone is super friendly
Very bad attention from the majority of the staff, that is something that cannot be tolerated or endured anywhere, the hotel has many faults, I am not looking for faults, but many of the staff do not take care of the owners' backs, what a shame , because the hotel has great potential!
The good: quite good customer service and staff availability, it is located near the restaurant area (5 minutes by car, 15 minutes walking) in case you don't have all-inclusive. The foods are rich, vast and a lot of variety. Every day there is something different. The waiters are always attentive to the service needs in the restaurant area. Outside of them, there are no waiters, everything is self-service *** important for those who do not like to lift a finger on their vacation *** The Cocos beach club and the pool area are very very comfortable to rest, very spacious and the water excellent temperature. In low seasons there are not so many people so the hotel has a lot of availability. It is located near several beaches: Carrizalillo, El Coral, Bacocho.
Beaches with high waves that you need to know how to swim, some beaches with a lot of rock that make it difficult to swim. Beautiful sunsets from the hotel or from the beach.
The bad: the building is old and neglected, old bedding, mattresses, pillows, with an unpleasant smell, lots of humidity, mold, everywhere, dust, cobwebs and superficial toilets. They were confused when giving us the room, in the first instance they gave us a small room with a view of the much older garden. After they changed us (deluxe room with sea view) it really made a big difference in the quality and size of the room. Although it was fully equipped it was full of mold as if the room had never been occupied or had little movement.
In conclusion, the outdoor areas are excellent. The rooms are useful if you only want to arrive at night to rest, it is an excellent option. There are tours nearby that take you to the most emblematic places that are worth knowing. Excellent 4 star rest hotel
Maintenance is lacking, the smell of cigarettes is too much in all the rooms. The staff was very attentive and friendly EXCEPT THE PERSON WHO HANDLES THE TRANSPORTATION TO THE BEACH CLUB, especially a man who attended Monday, March 4, 2024 around 5:30 pm, he was very tired, hot and moody, but that is not my problem but his. That person makes me not give the service 5 stars.
The price is according to the facilities
The view is beautiful for sunsets, there is a great opportunity.
The sea is very rough, not suitable for children, but the view is unique.
It is one of the most complete hotels in Puerto Escondido and yes, that is very redeemable. However, the service is not the best... there are very limited hours, they make you wait too long for towels, there is no waiter service at the beach club which makes it uncomfortable to go to the bar for drinks. I would improve that aspect and all is well.
