Okay. I changed my review from one ⭐ to three ⭐. The one star was for a terribly rude employee at the front desk and business center. We booked the hotel through a third party, tried to cancel part of the reservation, and was told it's non-refundable. That's totally fine. But the hotel cancelled it without confirmation from us. That's not the worst part. When we arrived, we were told that we had a shorter reservation than we expected. We simply tried to find out what happened and tried to figure out a solution. We are very reasonable people, never trying to make scenes. But we were yelled at for no reason. He just told us that our information was wrong and never tried to help us to figure out anything. Absolutely zero customer service skills.

Pros:
Great location, walkable to CVS, Walgreens and restaurants
reasonable price
Has multiple shops and restaurants on the property
Room service
Two swimming pools and a playground

Cons:
Customer service.
the hotel is old, but you get what you pay for
my room door was not working well
No water refill station.
I was not able to locate the gym, the hotel is a maze.
I had to walk a long way to the lobby with my heavy luggage and got an Uber.
They charged me $10! for simply receiving my one package at the business center. Ridiculous.

Correction

Love all the Rosen Inns .
The staff keep the place absolutely prestige .always cleaning tidying and everyone so friendly .Rooms a bit dated but everything you need and spotlessly clean.
Great value for money and all Risen inns great locations in Orlando

Great place to stay 😃

1. Friendly service at the counter
2. The room is a bit old (Building A)
3. Stains can be seen on the pillow
4. The design of the window facing the aisle makes it almost impossible to open the curtains and enjoy the sunshine.
5. Convenient to eat nearby

Door was a lil off but other than that it was fine

Front desk staff was great. Gave location a 3 because they are under construction with takes away from the appeal a bit. Unfortunately you might find drunk and loud guests walking around due to the price point. Rooms were pretty standard, pillows were bad though. Take your own if possible.

One of the worse hotels I've been to. No elevators in the whole facility and finding your room is unnecessarily difficult at first due to the fact that they don't say on your card what building you're room is in. For example, if your room is between 2300 and 2599, there is no way to know that that's Building D until you walk from building to building checking the room numbers. Also, for still being advertised as an affordable hotel for going to Disney, there's at least three other types of Rosen Inns closer to the parks.

The rooms were clean, the PUB/Grill was convenient and service was great

Checked into hotel okay. Walked into room, very outdated. The fridge didn’t work and smelled disgusting. Someone had recently peed all over the toilet. The toilet didn’t flush. The hot water maker didn’t work the sink drain didn’t work. Lamp was broken. Beds were very uncomfortable and felt dirty. We asked for another room. We were given a room with a very strong smell in it. Toilet also did not flush. There were fire ants crawling on sheets that gave my daughter bug bites. We woke up to itchy scalps and I saw lice on the pillow case. I then inspected my families scalps and found lice everywhere! I have never felt so dirty in my life at a hotel. So we saved money by their low room rates but had to spend money on multiple lice treatment kits, delaying our flight so we could give each other treatments before going home ,bug bite creams from the ants.We had to book another hotel to stay at. This experience at this hotel ruined our family vacation. I would never stay here again. I would rather sleep in our rental car.

Stay here was awful. Was a bit of a smell from inside the room when I got checked in after midnight. Didn’t think much of it. The next morning as I sat down in the chair to put my shoes on, I noticed a pizza box on the floor beside the chair that was half full of uneaten food. One of the towels in the bathroom was ripped as well, and the refrigerator didn’t work.

I took my concerns to the front desk that morning and showed the pictures. They didn’t do much to help other than say they would let housekeeping know. I contacted the manager the next day and was met with the same response, who stated she was unable to adjust my rate/correct the issue for me, but another manager would be in touch to rectify this. A week has gone by and I have still heard nothing. Poor, poor service.

Don't let the exterior fool you. The beds are comfy, AC works great, hot, well flowing showers, a fridge and microwave in each room.
As shown in my photo, a decent 1080p TV that you can hook up you devices too.
The only things I wish they had is, better plugs than the lamp Edison plug. They're always loose, and can disconnect chargers.

If you want a hotel room door that either doesn’t lock or doesn’t open, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay away.

Excellent location in Orlando. I used the hotel's shuttle service to Universal and it met my expectations. This year I will stay at the hotel again.

I would give the experience I encountered at this hotel zero stars if Google made it possible. I booked a one-night stay for President's weekend in November 2023. Received a confirmation email. After driving 19 hours from NYS, I was told my reservation was no longer valid. The credit card that I had on file, that was charged BEFORE check-in, was declined. I explained that the card the original reservation was put under had fraudulent activity, so I was sent a replacement card. I have stayed at thousands of hotels across the globe and have never heard of a hotel charging a card before check-in, unless you are prepaying in advance, in full. I was then told the hotel was sold out and they could not reinstate my reservation. I asked why I wasn't contacted if my card was declined and was told that it is the customer's responsibility to contact the hotel, not the other way around! I never got an email or a phone call. I asked to speak to a manager and Sendy arrived at the front desk. She repeated what I was told and said they had no rooms and could not help me. There were no offers to help me find a room at a nearby hotel. To add to the irony, I received an automated email a few days later thanking me for my stay. Therefore, there is a system in place to provide automated emails.

Edited to add that I already sent an email before posting this. And, to clarify, I booked the hotel in November 2023 and stayed President's Day weekend, which was February 18th.

Excellent hotel!!! Close to the universal parks and with free transportation to them.

Great location. Rooms were a bit dated, you can hear the freeway pretty well, beds we're okay, and I had to slam myself against the door to get in, lol. Great price though and I would stay here again.

Great location central to everything, lynx bus and IHOP bus stops everywhere .

Price-quality ratio 5⭐️

I loved the hotel, the staff, the room service, the breakfast, everything for me was wonderful, maybe because I was living my dream lol but I have nothing to complain about, the hotel is very well located, has a minibar, coffee maker, They leave shampoo and conditioner and soap every day after cleaning, which by the way is very efficient, the floor is carpeted but I had no problems with that. Breakfast has fruit, Mickey waffles ❤️ there's bacon and eggs every day, it doesn't vary much from that, but it's great nonetheless. I even used the laundry service and they were very helpful in helping us, as we had difficulties lol anyway, when I return to Orlando I will consider staying at this hotel again for sure 😉
