Visited for a job fair and found the staff and atmosphere organised, accommodating and cheerful

The hotel is large, built in the form of a fortress.
The windows of my room faced the yard and everything could be heard - a very loud echo.
On the last, 7th floor, I knew everything that was said on the street. It was especially disturbing at night - when guests returned to their rooms and loudly discussed something.
Breakfasts are the same, there were not enough vegetables. The hotel has two restaurants - for breakfast, and this did not help in "peak times" - you can wait up to 20 minutes for a table. A lot of people, I felt like I was at breakfast in a Turkish hotel.
Beds with double mattresses, I was afraid of falling all night. Pillows are not comfortable.
One socket was not working.

What a great thing to find an affordable place to stay while in London.

Family trip with children
Highly recommended hotel for being so central and with Paradyse metro almost at the door. We have stayed with breakfast and the truth is that the breakfast was very good, especially for the children.
On the same street there are a lot of Italian, Chinese, burger, KFC, etc. restaurants to have dinner when you return to the hotel exhausted from walking so much.
Without a doubt my next visit to London I will return to this hotel

Clean rooms, decent breakfast. A bit noisy outside and in.

Came on a college trip. Breakfast is included, but cafes are expensive. Rooms come with generic coffee. There's a bathtub and shower. Only issue with the room is that the room lights turn off all lights in the room (besides bathroom), basically you can't have the room lights off and the desk light on.

Outdated rooms, only two plug sockets in the room by the kettle. Very old fashioned shower with outdated decor. No fridge in room, booked a double room but have been allocated the smallest room with a double bed in the middle with hardly any walking room. Ontop of that they also charge 24.00 a day to use the car park which as a guest in my personal experience should be free when u pay over 800 to stay for 5 days.

Wouldn't return

Very convenient location, quite central and very well connected. Neglected rooms, old furniture. Breakfast is very, very chaotic given that the hotel hosts a large number of people who converge into two super crowded buffet rooms. Limited variety of breakfast choices

They hosted the meeting that I was at and I was impressed by their service and the refreshments and lunch provided for us.
All staff, even those not immediately involved with our meeting were helpful and polite at all times.

Always stay here when I'm visiting London. Just a 30min walk from shows which is handy. This time stayed in one of there refitted rooms which was very nice. Staff always very pleasant. If I could have a small grumble it's that certain times of the day check in can be very slow. Other than that all good.

Old hotel from prehistory, it needs a good renovation, in all the facilities. Old furniture.
If you get a room in the main patio it is horrible because of the noise, I think that in general it is all because it is not soundproofed at all.
The food is always the same and very short.
At the hotel they don't speak any Spanish or any other language, they don't even know how to say good morning. It seems a bit bad to me since when you come to Spain to a hotel here you have to know all the languages.
Good location.

Went to Brick feast London with my son, ge bought loads, can't rate rooms as never stayed there

Lovely hotel ,staff always lovely 😍.

Very good inexpensive hotel, very good breakfast. Rooms are sufficiently large and clean. Very good location for hop on hop off trips.

The location of the hotel is very good, very central and close to many attractions, restaurants, shops and public transport.
Large and comfortable room.

No refrigerator, only one outlet, noise outside the hotel, no temperature control, cockroaches...

Great hotel for getting into central London. Tube near. Euston station very accessible. Rooms very clean spotless. We were in City Sleeper. No traffic noise very quiet.

Good hotel base for museums. Patrick on the events team was very helpful

Old hotel well located in the city center, good value for money.

Perfect place! Such a nice breakfast! Service was always impeccable!
