Service at the beach is nasty . guys that work at the water stand have no customer service. I was not staying at the hotel. I was having lunch at the restaurant and decided to use the beach .
Beautiful property! Quiet stay. Gorgeous beach. Got a beach front upgrade with the help from Jessica. She was so awesome at front desk. So friendly & welcoming. Guys out front were amazing and helpful. Always with a smile! Beach guys were so friendly and helpful. Felt safe at this resort. Room service was exceptional. Close to great restaurants. Restaurant/food okay…… bring bug spray to this island. Highly recommend RWI Resort!!!
Great place to stay! Great location. Quiet location. Beach bar service is the only thing that was missing .
5 STARS ++ Beautiful setting and grounds, right on Grace Bay with unbelievable ocean access. Chairs, towels and umbrellas included in reservation. One restaurant on site with great choices and themed dinner offerings 3x a week. Bikes for use, daily housekeeping, kayak, hobby cat, also included. If you’re looking for a large resort with food service on beach and kids club this is not the spot for you. If you’re looking for an amazing, staff friendly, boutique vibe, with pleasant guests, this is your place. Second to none on Grace Bay. Close to a few restaurants and plenty of taxis available to get you to dinner further away. We will return and stay at Royal West Indies again.

We stayed at RWI on Grace Bay for our first trip to TCI. From the moment we arrived, we were very pleased. The staff was incredible (shout out to Bartender Bert, Concierge Sherman, and Medic Andrea, in particular). The room was clean with a view of the ocean. The grounds were well kept and beautiful! I would highly recommend this resort while visiting TCI.
It is a VERY quiet hotel. Access to the floors is by stairs. Nobody speaks in Spanish. Good pools, zero noise from children, etc. The center of Grace Bay is approximately 1km away. I had the bad experience of losing one of the room keys, which has an atypical format, it is a non-slip rubber band with a pendant that is the key. They charged me US$50 for the key. Crazy!!!!!
Everything was very good except that I lost the key to enter the room, which usually happens, and they don't charge you for it, in this hotel they charge it and the price seems excessive to me, 50 dollars, a theft
Excellent resort
The staff is very nice and friendly. Claudia who manages the reservation is helpful and understanding. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced. The two bedrooms suite and the bachelor suite have everything you need including a balcony with a view. Cleaned every day. they have umbrellas and chairs on a very nice beach. We will go back anytime.

Enjoyed bfast on the balcony almost every morning. (Shop at local grocery store).
The property is so close to the ocean it is literally minutes away if you’re staying in one of the back units.
Staff is friendly and attentive. I needed a surprise birthday cake and they came through.

This was such a beautiful and luxurious resort. The grounds are immaculate and I felt safe. I traveled alone and treated myself to this resort. I especially loved my washer & dryer because I was able to bring home a bag full of clean & fresh clothes.
Royal West Indies is a hidden gem! Beautiful resort, excellent location on Grace Bay beach, friendly staff members, comfortable beach chairs, great restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and cozy rooms! You pay for what you get in regards to room style but compared to other hotels, we couldn’t have asked for anything better for the price! Easy and safe walk to many restaurants! Beds were very comfortable and rooms were cleaned daily. We will return in the future!

An intimate, unpretentiously upscale retreat. Meticulously groomed grounds and an atmosphere of relaxation. An outstanding beach. The location is perfect -- just beyond the bustle but walking distance to shops and restaurants.
