The beach is beautiful and the bathing beach is comfortable

Excellent service 👍 I loved it

Overall great experience and would even go again!
Pros: clean beach and poolside area, easy to get a table for dinner (we went right at 6pm though), good drinks, attentive wait staff, good poolside entertainment but not a ton.
Cons: guest rooms were a bit used and abused (but sort of expected for an all-inclusive in Cancun so set your expectations appropriately), getting chairs by the pool was weird (needed to get down there by like 7am to get a good spot and then sometimes people reserve spots and NEVER COME DOWN), not a lot of evening entertainment (could step it up there).
Highlights: the food for an all-inclusive was GREAT (and I can be picky with food), we upgraded to the Honeymoon suite, and it was AMAZING. The views in the morning, the tub, the balcony. Just splurge and get it you won't regret it.
We were only there for 3 nights and stayed on the resort the full time. If you plan to stay longer I would recommend doing things off property as 3 days on property was plenty.

I came here on a whim and it was better than I expected! However, I asked the Bartler 3 times to fix the phone that was broken in our room, but in the end, they did not replace it, which was inconvenient... The air conditioner was centrally cooled, but it was still cool even when the air conditioner was turned off, so it was very cold at night! But the pool was really nice, and among restaurants, I recommend Olio’s food! The grilled octopus is the best.. especially the mango tango is very delicious😄

Beautiful hotel, with a spacious lobby, comfortable armchairs, with an incredible view of the sea. The gardens are very well maintained and everything in general is very clean and always in order. Excellent attention from all the staff who are very friendly, helpful and attentive to the smallest detail throughout the entire stay. I want to highlight that it is adults only, which makes it a very quiet and pleasant place to spend a vacation. It is also pet friendly, which adds a plus if you want to bring your 🐕. It is a real pleasure to stay in this hotel, I highly recommend it!

Poor customer service and accommodations. There were safety issues in the room - exposed electrical wires for lights. The staff wasn't responsive to issues. When we needed assistance after 6 pm, there was no one available to provide help.

Excellent attention

Excellent place, comfortable and very elegant. Highly recommended

Super fun good treatment 100% recommended

Very good service, very comfortable and nice hotel and super friendly

The Hotel is incredible, the service was excellent, everyone was very friendly, I loved the cuisine and the drinks, without a doubt, a place that is worth paying for considering that the beach is very beautiful.

Secrets the Vine is Amazing.

The resort, rooms, common areas are all super clean and modern. The service could not have been better. The food was some of the best we have experienced at a resort and better than the last cruise we were on. Some a la cartes were just okay, but the experience and service was always amazing.

The gym is really well equipped and modern.Efrain was super nice and helpful and we even did one of his classes. You have an amazing ocean view while you work out.
Our butlers Arcangel and Miguel on the 22nd floor were super engaging and always there for anything we needed. We looked forward to our interactoins with them.
Jesus as the lobby bar was spectacular. Super effecient and really personalble and friendly.
The ladies at the cafe were fun and make amazing specialty coffee drinks.
We were Preferred Club and would recommend it. The upper deck pool area is so quiet and gets great sun. No issues getting chairs or lots of space in the pool.

Would highly recommend this resort.

Nice place! If you upgrade to the preferred club, you will likely have a breathtaking view of the ocean (with other great amenities). Staff is great, room service and food are both good. The pools are fun and they have good nighttime entertainment! We have stayed in a lot of resorts in Cancun. Secrets is a 4/5. The ocean is beautiful in the hotel zone and we were close to shops in case we needed anything the resort didn’t have. As other reviews mentioned, it is pretty difficult to find chairs at the beach and at the pool—this was kind of a buzz kill. People go down early to stake their spot with towels (and then don’t return for up to a few hours). This made part of the days annoying just walking around trying to find a place to relax. It would be good for staff to encourage guests not to take up chairs if you’re not going to sit in them for an extended period of time.

Service, clean, organized, delicious food and beautiful beach and pool

We really enjoyed our stay! The room, the amenities, the spa, and of course the food! (Recommend bluewater grill & olio!). Shout out to the best piña colada I’ve ever had!

Indulgent Escapade: Opulence, Views, and Warm Hospitality in a Culinary Oasis.

This adults-only resort offers an escape into opulence, boasting stunning views and lavish accommodations. From the welcoming staff to the plush furnishings, every detail exudes sophistication. However, the culinary experience falls short with a monotonous menu lacking variety. Over the stay, the repetitive offerings and limited vegetarian/vegan options become noticeable, presenting a challenge for those with specific dietary preferences.

Despite these culinary limitations, the resort impresses with its breathtaking vistas, luxurious ambiance, and impeccable service. The dedicated staff compensates for the dining disappointments, ensuring a memorable experience beyond the gastronomic aspect. For those seeking a sensory feast of scenic beauty and warm hospitality, this resort delivers despite its culinary shortcomings, leaving guests with a lasting impression of indulgence and tranquility.

DO NOT sign up for unlimited vacation club is pretty much a scam and you wont save money trust me. Please read about it first from other peoples reviews online before you get stuck for 3 hours in their presentation trying to sale you a time share. It was a waste of time and they are really pushy and extremely unhappy if u don’t sign up with them.

In general hotel was 3.5/5 Great place for couples but food wasnt the best and lobby smell pretty bad.
The location and view was amazing plus the hotel staff were amazing 5/5 🌟

The 2 biggest cons of this hotel are the smell/lack of air conditioning on the 1st floor/Lobby which also includes the check in, sports bar, piano bar, the breakfast buffet and the lack of consistent customer service. You walk in after your flight, excited for your vacation to a musty/sewage smell, it’s not how to start off things.

The customer service was pretty dreadful. Pretty much anyone you ask anything will either tell you something that is incorrect OR say “let me go check on that” and never come back. It was beyond insufferable. And this wasn’t a language barrier, they got it, they just couldn’t or wouldn’t give you a straight answer.

Overall the common space and rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained which was a relief since your first impression is the pretty awful smell. The rooms were likely renovated fairly recently but not completely. A few examples, the soap pump holders at the sinks and in the shower are there but don’t have any products in them. The lamp on the night stand between the beds had an old lamp on it with one electric plug but the plug didn’t work so you have no plugs by the bedside. The overall lighting is odd. A simple switches would be so much easier than the touch pad like with small print. You never really know what is being turned on or off.

Chairs at the pools and beach were your usual, you gotta get up early to reserve by putting your towel and a personal item down. I don’t know why hotels haven’t done an online reservation system? I’d even pay for it to not have to play this game. I live in NYC, I run a rat race every day. Why can’t I just know I have seat at the pool or the beach on my vacation?

Drinks, you must specify which brand of alcohol you want, otherwise they will give you a well brand. They have good brands, so just make sure you tell them.

Some pros: The food was pretty good considering. Sea Salt Grill had consistently the best food. The stand out was the 5-6pmish grill at The Vine Bazaar: The Vine Lounge and Terrace Bar (outdoor covered bar closest to the lobby). The marinated grilled chicken and fresh veggies were the best meal of the trip, even though the timing was odd. We would have had that food for lunch every day.

Close to the airport, not a huge trip from the airport which was so appreciated after a fairly awful immigration line.
