We love this place! Always have, going back to the days before Sheraton and Marriott took over, enjoyed creating memories as a young family of six. It’s remarkable how much it’s grown, expanded across acres of land that nearly doubles its size from when we last came with our kids for Christmas 2000. Today in 2024, nearly 24 years later, it still possesses the same friendly, family atmosphere with so much to see, do, and experience either within the intimacy of your well-appointed villa, or with others on one of several activity center’s verandas. It feels like home. 🥰

Huge Resort that is nicely spaced out and they even have a shuttle that can take you around. Perfect for long stays, as there are cooking and washing facilities available. There is a small Marketplace in the middle and there are numerous Pools in the resort to make use of. It's up to you if you want to participate in the "Welcome" presentation.

I loved this place because the service was excellent, we had daily room cleaning and the staff were so polite and understanding. I loved the rooms but the kids/2nd bedroom didn’t have a desk so we had to either sit on the bed or in the dining room, the bathroom that came paired with it also had 2 doors which we did not like. I loved the location since it was near the places we loved and close to the parks. I also loved the pool which was great to swim in and so was the hot tub.

We love the Sheraton Vistana Resort! Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa has a beautiful jacuzzi and one bathroom has a great tiled walk in shower, with an adjustable shower head. There is a full kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar and separate dining area. Living room with pull put sofa, large flat screen tv, etc. With a sliding glass door to a large alcony overlooking a pond. There is washer and dryer in the unit also, which is super convenient. We love the restaurants on site and the 7 pools. Lots of sidewalks to walk around. And it is within 2 miles of a great Golden Corral, where a senior couple can get the all you can eat buffet for $20.

This place is just shy of a dump. The kitchen and bathrooms are gross. It's like a moderately nice ghetto apartment. I can't believe I'm trapped here for a week! Now I know why the reservation was non-refundable! Never would I even REMOTELY consider staying here again. What a tourist trap!

The room was nice, but the entire atmosphere was nothing like the Marriott location I'm used to. The people and the staff are not pleasant to be around.

We own a few weeks here...feels like our 2nd home

Very underrated hotel, perfect for families. Tons of space, free parking and many rooms have a jacuzzi.

Highly recommended, especially for the services, staff and infrastructure. As always, there is always no time to enjoy all its attractions.
Package delivery has a cost, it is better to leave what you ordered in a nearby box.

Very disappointed in this place. We are Marriott vacation owners and usually stay in one of their many properties in the area. We thought we would try this one since Marriott bought Sheraton. Big mistake. It is not up to Marriott standards. It's really not even up to usual Sheraton standards. They charge for almost every activity--even basketballs. There are NO elevators in some of the buildings (3 stories). Not a problem unless you are bringing in groceries or carrying sleepy children. Lots of pools, but not enough chairs and no one monitoring people leaving there things there at 8:00 am but not showing up until 10 or 11. A couple pools had no food or drink service. Not enough grills in the areas and they are not cleaned throughout the day (and no brushes to clean it yourself),

I'm torn. Last years experience was fine, but this years experience not so much. For the location and the space the price is great. We had two issues this year, both equally annoying.

Our friends came with us and they had some issues with the room and engineering came during the day when everyone is at parks or pool and the unit was quiet and pipes not going wild. At night though when people are back the walls were rocking and rolling with noises. They couldn't do much for them.

The larger frustration is the pool situation this year. They have signs saying "please do not reserve pool chairs," but no one walking around helping enforce it by removing stuff. Tuesday the pool was packed and I began to move a few towels and a woman comes over like "those are for my family." She had 6 chairs and a table of 4 and was the only person there. I told her I'm not trying to be rude, but just need a place to put some stuff and a chair for my wife. She agreed and gave us two chairs. Her family came down well over a hour later. That was not as annoying as what I saw yesterday. At least she was there.

Yesterday I came down to see it for myself. One person took like 6 chairs then left. 3 hours later they had not returned and the pool was getting busy and I removed them myself. The same situation across from me. It was 5 hours later and she still had yet to return. A family of 4 was looking for a space and pointed those chairs out so she moved the stuff. This woman did come back hours later and seemed annoyed.

Today I came down and that same woman above now put personal belongings (shoes, life jacket, toys, etc.) instead of towels on those chairs. It's 9 a.m. and just in my view alone are 26 towels on chairs trying to "reserve."

If you are an owner, service has decreased greatly, and costs have increased since Marriott took over. You now have to book through "Owner Services". I got someone who didn't speak American English. I repeated several times I wanted a 1-bedroom with a BALCONY. What did I get? A tiny 1-bedroom with NO BALCONY! I've been an owner for more than 20 years. I spend most of my time on the balcony. They couldn't change it here at Vistana; only Owner Services could. No luck with them. I asked for them to bring up the recording of when I booked, but nothing so far. I'm very unhappy with this stay.

Nice place to bring the family.

Spacious, updated villas with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We love it!!

So this place is a dump it is not well kept dirty and mechanical things like the elevator and the showers don't work. Front desk service was abysmal. The only reason they did not get just one star on the service was because of the guys who open the doors and help you get in the building. Anthony was fantastic and he and the crew outside are the only thing this hotel has going for it.

How do Canadians transfer the deed, to a family member upon the death of the owner (on the title)?
What paperwork need to be completed?

Do you do it all transfers even with orange county?

What is the total cost of all of this?
Do you send all the required paperwork?

Can you also answer any questions or let me know information I might have missed?

What are the total fees or do you do it free of charge?

Many Canadians want and need to know this.

Expensive. 2 drinks $32.00. Food is mediocre and the service is terrible. This place use to be the go to space. They had a deli that was amazing. Now it’s an over priced mini market. A small bottle of wine that is maybe 2 glasses had a sticker price of $9.00 but when checking out it was $32.00. Rent a VRBO. You will be better off. The Marriot group is clueless as to what goes on here. Stay away. Don’t plan on working from the rooms. The internet is slower than Dial up. That’s if you stay connected.

We highly recommend this resort, especially for families. The units are spacious and well laid out. Having a full kitchen was such a bonus.
Staff was extremely attentive and friendly.
Entire resort was impeccably clean.

Great place to stay.

Excellent. We bought into the program
