The bed needed a new mattress. Everything else was great.

I stated on the 37th floor, which are privately owned spots. My room faced away from the strip, towards the F1 area. The view is breathtaking! For the price I paid, I got way more than I needed, so certainly value for the cost. You can easily walk to the strip either from the outside, or through the main area/casino, with moving walkways, all indoors. I is a good balance or location and price. Room wasn't the most updated, but it wasn't outdated and very welcoming. Would certainly stay here again if I'm in town.

As for the apartment, it lacked maintenance...in the oven, we couldn't get the washing machine to work and it was dirty around it. It also lacked an electric kettle (to heat water).

Everyone here just seems like they don't want to be here and has an attitude. I was asking for directions because it was my first time and the worker was just repeating the same thing and got annoyed when I didn't know what she was talking about. I'm also paying almost $400 and I can't valet my car? Although the scenery and location is great, I feel like I've had better service at a 2 star motel.
This place was amazing until we came back from the days activities, they did not build enough parking to accommodate all (or even most) guests and we were turned away from parking at our own hotel, so at 9PM, with a handful of bags we had to walk about a ¼-½ mile back to the hotel. It really soured the experience of staying here
We rented one of the PH on the top floor… it was a wonderful price on the package we purchased. We were surprised it was one of the PH suites…. The suites were actually two rooms that could be contained by a small entryway and so we just closed that door so our kids could go back and forth.
The beds were comfortable and clean. We were not use to such luxury. The kitchen was small but we were not there to cook… we used the fridge for the few things we had and bring from San Diego.
Bathrooms were huge and the master suite had a second smaller sized one which you would find in a standard size apartment.
Towels were thick and lush. And they there enough for multiple days. My only suggestion and this is why I have it less than one star. They gave PH’s really nice luxurious soaps… but they are almond products. They should not put this in their rooms or at least have both available for their guest. I’d you do stay in the upper floors make sure you ask for none allergic soaps and shampoos at the front desk. We didn’t ask when booking but we never thought of it …. We happen to run out before we checked in…. So we just went downstairs and they gave us new ones.
This was connected to all the MGM walkway and attractions so you have a lot of wonderful things to do and keep you busy.

Will not return to MGM or MGM Signature Suites. I booked the Suites after confirming that their pools are open and heated in March, including mid-week. Arrived to find half of the MGM pool complex shut Monday-Thursday including the lazy river. Very disappointing - a sentiment constantly echoed by guests to resort staff. Over at the MGM Signature Suites only 1 out of 3 pools open. No lounge chairs due to heavy crowds at any pools, and the pools that are open are the coldest pools I’ve ever experienced. The two open pools at MGM are “people soup” with so many squeezed in. I can see plenty of lounge chairs at the closed pools, but staff are either not allowed to help or can’t be bothered. Not impressed when we are charged a daily $40+ resort fee.
The best hotel
I've been 3 times to Vegas already and this was the best place I've been too. I chose to be on the strip during previous trip. While staying here will add 5-10 minutes of walk I would say it's worth it as the price was very fair, the hotel quiet and it was very nice not to have to walk during 0 minutes through a casino to get to your room.
They have a free vallet service which was an added bonus!

They don't offer late checkout. It's super frustrating because I'm literally switching to another MGM hotel today for work and so i have to check out early and then I get a late check-in (3pm) for the other MGM hotel. Bad policy. Room is great tho.
I love this place and will not stay at any other hotel but here. You don't even have to leave. We try to come here every year to celebrate our anniversary. This year was our 31st, and we had an amazing time.
