Beautiful resort. Dinner and lunch service with Rayon was great.

Did their restaurant for my birthday and I must say I was impressed with the customer service. At no point in time we were left to wonder what’s next . Great service and food!

The worst customer service, I have received in my life. The staff are rude and totally incompetent. I would rather have stayed at a hostel. Never again!

Great service, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, good food

It's always the exceptional customer service for me.
Clearly, they pride themselves on treating their guests to premium service, which I live for.
I took a friend there for a massage and pedicure as a birthday treat.
The feedback was that "wow. It was just great."
Then we had lunch.
I'll rate the dishes I had 8/10. Loved the homemade cheesecake.
And we appreciate the birthday fireworks display with the cake.
This resort is one of the best I've experienced.
I highly recommend it to those looking for quality customer service and an overall amazing resort experience.

We did not stay here, but I must say I was quite impressed with the service and atmosphere of this establishment. Me and my husband came here for lunch, and from the beginning till the end we had such exceptional customer service! I wish we stayed here lol

I want to leave this review for the following people who I felt did an outstanding job making this place feel like “home.”

First off, every single individual at the front desk - and I apologize that I do not know all of your names - but from check in, to asking questions about a deck of cards to inquiring about opening the gym early to our final check out, each individual was friendly, informative and incredibly helpful. All of the front desk staff members had smiles on their faces and were happy to interact.

Next is Fabian who was a bright light of joy and humor. He stopped by during tea, dinner and even jumped in during yoga. He made sure everything was all right and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at “home.”

The last individual who I thought stood out was one of the waitresses, Katrina. Honestly I was very surprised by the lack of smiles and warmth by the waiting staff. Generally the service was very slow, at least compared to service in New York, but it also lacked friendliness. Katrina was an absolute standout in this regard and her capacity to reach our needs and make us feel relaxed and content with our meals was unmatched.

Thanks to you all mentioned above!

Absolutely the best experience we've ever had at any establishment. From the time we were picked up at the airport through our entire stay, everything & each staff member were fantastic. Visiting Spice Island Resort would be the best & only reason for a return trip to Grenada.

My family and I stayed at Spice Island last week after having a series of negative experiences at other hotels in the area. They were so accommodating and welcoming. The staff at this resort, including Aneesha and Katrina, were wonderful. They treated us like family and really made our time enjoyable. Our room was so clean and comfortable, the food was tasty, and the beaches were beautiful. A true five star resort and experience.

The pre-trip communication was great. I arranged airport pick up through the resort and that went well. We were warmly greeted by staff upon arrival with cold towels and welcome drinks. We were upgraded to a beachfront room. After check-in, we were given a tour of the property and shown to our room. Among the many special touches were a small beach chair and goodie bag for my daughter. There was also a snack baskets and two freshly baked cookies. We participated in sunset yoga. We witnessed and participated in a traditional dance demonstration. I love that local culture was incorporated into the stay. My daughter went to the kid’s club one day and had a great time. She made a butterfly craft and played video games. We arranged a custom tour through the resort to experience more of Grenada. The resort packed us a lovely picnic basket for the excursion. We had a magical time and enjoyed our guide. Though there was a miscommunication in a pre-trip email that I received, the manager honored complimentary massages for myself and my oldest daughter. The massages were relaxing. The entire staff was amazing, but Shadee (reception), Lyndonna (bar/wait staff), Ryan (bellman), and Fabian really stood out. I purchased a children’s book about Grenada from a local bookstore. My youngest asked her favorite staff members to sign her book before we left. We looked for Fabian before departing but couldn’t find him. After our driver dropped us off at the airport, he ran back to find us to let us know that Fabian was on his way to say goodbye and sign my daughter’s book. I was astonished that he would do that and it made my daughter’s day. It was a luxury experience from start to finish. I typically don’t have the desire to return to a place because I love experiencing something new, but I’m strongly considering making Grenada/Spice Island Beach Resort an annual trip. I can’t stay enough great things about Spice Island Beach Resort.

First time to Grenada and what a perfect place to stay! From the moment you arrive at the resort, you’re in the presence of luxury service with the comforts of feeling right at home. The staff is top-notch where you are welcomed and looked after with the utmost of care, the facilities are boutique yet spacious enough to feel secluded, and the Grand Anse beach at your feet is unbeatable. One of my Top 3 beaches in the world for sure. On top of all that - this hotel is family-owned, women-owned, and locally-owned - which are important criteria for me to support when traveling. An elevated all-inclusive experience that is worth every dollar spent.

Great staff. Good food
Beautiful rooms . Very quiet resort not for kids . Bar drink requests are slow

A fabulous experience from the location to the quality of the rooms, food and service

Fantastic place. Beach great and staff brilliant. Grenada is very hot though so be careful.

Spice Island is the very definition of a five star luxury resort experience. They have given careful consideration to literally every facet of your vacation. We were in a Sea Grape Suite and it was simply spectacular: the beach right outside of our room, with private lounge chairs and hammock. Huge, comfortable room, kept impeccably clean by their housekeeping staff. And one of the most gorgeous beaches I've been on. Grand Anse is a gem, and their particular stretch of it is kept immaculate.

It's worth noting what you get with the all-inclusive aspect, since as you may have noticed, Spice Island is not cheap. Simply put, we were blown away by the dining experience. All-inclusive means breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea service, and a full four-course dinner every single day of your stay. It's a bit of a challenge to tackle all four, but let me just say this: don't sleep on the afternoon tea. Little tea sandwiches and possibly the best scone I've ever had, sweets, and tea service or, for us, sherry. A true delight, and a perfect bridge if you, say, grabbed breakfast but skipped lunch and want to take a later dinner.

The restaurant is all open-air, so depending on when you arrive, it can be a bit balmy, but there's typically a cool breeze that keeps things just fine.

Dinner each night was a journey. The Spice Island it is indeed, and their executive chef brings so many delightful spices, fruits, and other interesting and surprising ingredients to bear each night. It's easy enough to go have a fantastic meal wherever you live. It's much more rare to try something completely new and unexpected, and to find out it's amazing. Spice Island kept bringing that energy. It made it VERY difficult to want to venture off-property for an alternative dinner (not least of all because we'd already paid for it), but I will say that for another remarkable and unique experience, Dexter's up the street was also fantastic.

The service at Spice Island is phenomenal. They work to cater to your needs from your arrival (with cocktails and a personal tour of the property) to check out (where they preemptively called to inquire if we were ready for our bags to be taken). I highly recommend splurging for the car service as well.

Another aspect that makes things effortless: there's no signing for anything, at all. I've been to an all-inclusive where there's still a check, but zeroed out. There's none of that here.

The drinks and cocktail program is also fantastic, and nothing is ever done on the cheap.

The hotel itself is extremely well-kept and well-maintained. The garden grounds are simply amazing and you can see just how much effort and investment goes back into the property.

The rooms were spacious and clean. (Though the hot water is REALLY too hot! and the light bulbs should be 2700K instead of 5000K, these are the only nits I could pick.) TV and internet were great, too, which was really nice. Oh, and phenomenal toiletries. Little details, all of them done well.

Can't recommend this place enough for a major splurge. It's truly fantastic at every step, and a true indulgence.

Amazing Service. It was a pleasure to have breakfast at the resort with my husband. We were treated with great respect and dignity, and since we are new residents of the island and not inhouse guests, we do plan to return :)

Perfect! That‘s what it is!! First class!!
Extraordinary well educated and friendly staff, fantastic dining experience from breakfast to dinner, perfect service, great accomodations, superb beach with fine sand.
We had a wonderful time and love to come back soon.
