Lovely hotel great food slightly old comfortable setting

Swimming in the sea is really difficult due to wobbly and unsafe rails by the sea.
I hate the loud beat music it just doesn’t need to be that loud bass with this clientele.
Enind restaurant is noisy, horrible lighting, hot and absolutely won’t go back in there. Feels like an outback Australian bar!

The club property is beautiful it wasn’t what I expected upon seeing it was a little dated but it was ok because it reminded me of a bed and breakfast style. I choose this place cause of the pictures and the lively entrainment I thought was going to be available.and . I was disappointed with how they didn’t make the activities available by not informing us of where they were and the times. We were to attend a meeting but we miss it, so that’s probably why we didn’t get to go to them but they should have asked if we did any of them. Next the staff for the most part is really friendly, we did encounter several bad experiences all doing meal time 1- while on our Anniversary Dinner the waitress was so rude we ask for some one else she didn’t acknowledge us and when she did it was like why are yall here. I did tell the manager and she said she can’t change her, but she took over and was our waitress for the rest of the night . She made us feel very special and stated this is y’all s night you should, she went out her way to make up for what the other one did . She provided us with champagne and such an awesome dessert that was truly amazing. 2. At breakfast time we didn’t know we were supposed to check in before we sit down and one waitress said you can’t sit there and again another manager said they already there now this is the third time we are in there they should have been told us that . 3 At lunch they did seat us but then they forgot we were in the restaurant, we had to get our on drinks the food was buffet style they never came to our table, again the manager notice we was getting our drinks and then called the waitress to our table but we were done by that time. I feel like they treated us different from the majority. I do think the Resort tailors to a more retired settled less active group. All of the activities were tailor to this group. I feel like the website should be more informative to show that it’s for a more retired less active group of people. Now for the great things the food was awesome the chef was very nice people and they were really friendly. Our Anniversary Dinner was amazing the steak and lobster was wonderful . The beach bar is the best the bartenders were the best ever that’s where we hung out for the most part . The drinks were great . The rooms were great also the views were phenomenal. The location was ok since we had to walk to the beach and we was able to enjoy the festival that was going on Also our air went out in our rooms I reported it and they came right away and took care of it they could not fix it and they put us in another room for the night. If I could give a suggestion it would be please train all the staff not just the managers. In addition update the website and if not provide entertainment for a more active group of people.

My wife and I spent 2 weeks at the club Barbados really enjoyed it.
The staff were very friendly couldn’t do enough for us rooms nice size and clean .would recommend it

Had clients at The Club Barbados Resort & Spa booked through Sunwing Vacations..(Jan 30 - Feb. 09,2024.) Pictures on web-site does not adequately represent the beach . Pics show a somewhat adequate beach, with a stairway from upper sitting area to ocean. When the tide is in however, the stairway leading from top "sandy beach type" patio is totally submerged under water. This makes this area difficult for anyone to access water, due to huge rocks located along side this area. Definitely not for the mobility challenged. Was not advised by clients as to signage, warning clients that area could be dangerous to maneuver. The sandy area atop the stairway is made to represent a "beachy" type location. This is where the beach chairs are located.. For someone looking for a longish, walking beach, this is not suitable. Otherwise, for non-beach lovers, resort is comfortable, and does provide a relaxing atmosphere

This place is frequented by a much older crowd, retirement vibes for sure. Not for the below 40 age ranges if you're looking for fun parties or a lively atmosphere. Quiet and peaceful, though, the ocean rooms have a phenomenal view, and the ocean sounds were loud and soothing for relaxing. The staff is amazing, which I would say might be true to most of the people in the country, very friendly.

The staff are all great! The food was ok no verity. They said there was a beach not true at all! Not enough pool loungers for the guest.

Lovely hotel. Great age of clients. Food good . Drinks fantastic, even top shelf. No direct beach though.

love this hotel we have been twice and booked again the manager and staff are amazing can wait to go back xxx

I went here on business and found a very comfortable and serene atmosphere. It seemed as though I was being sucked into the property.

This was quite the disappointment from the onset. I would discourage anyone from going.

1. We arrived past check in time and they had us wait an hour in the lobby while our room was getting cleaned. Not a great welcome.

2. Our room had a leak. We were awakened by dripping and found a pool of water in our room. Maintenance came and put down a bunch of towels. Water in room next night. We moved to a different room.

4. Dinner service, when buffet was unavailable, was extremely slow, at least 2.5 hours. We had to get up and leave the restaurant to go to the bar to get our drinks. It was highly disorganized. We left before dessert.

The BBQ night didn't have enough food. We were left standing in line for 25 minutes for ribs and chicken to come out from the kitchen.

I have food allergies and the waitress gave me an appetizer I didn't order and couldn't eat. I asked her to remove it and she said to eat it any way.

5. We planned our excursions around the daily activity schedule. They came in and announced to the group that was waiting, that the time was changed to 30 minutes later. Same thing occurred the next day.

Can't understand why things were poorly run.

Had to Share so no one else goes and is disappointed

Friendly helpful staff, nothing was 2 much trouble.
The beach bar is great fun.
Despite a card in the room advising 30 + cable TV channels we never got any, we asked at reception and they hadn't a clue either.
A la carte food on the whole not too bad, but the buffet evenings were of poor quality and often the trays were empty.
Breakfast was ok.
There is no beach, you need to walk 100 meters either way to find sand, but this can only be at low tide.
Overall- for what they charge there are better places available.

Had a great stay here. Wide selection of food and drink, staff are friendly and rooms big and comfortable. We used the watersports facilities and did a couple of excursions - highly recommend the hobby sailing and the turtle swimming. We definitely want to come back.

The club was overall nice. The rooms were nice. There was a good selection of food. They serve breakfast, lunch snack then dinner. The walk to the pool, the ocean or the dining wasn't far. Some parking. Staff was ok, dining/bar staff only a few went out of their way to make conversation etc. It's quite here mostly, there is music at night which can be loud, but it didn't bother us much. It seems to be an older crowd. We are in our early 30s and still enjoyed.

Great food , good service and friendly staff.
A great location for those who love snorkelling and water sports.
The entertainment was awesome on most nights. There were quite a few awesome sungers that performed on the week of December 17, 2023. The Royal Police orchestra were great as well.
Such a great variety of food as it is an all inclusive club.

Load of old minties here, but its an adults only which is good room lovely n the vibe is good 👍

The Club Barbados and Spa Resort was the destination that was recommended by our travel agent.
My husband and I were celebrating our 1st year Anniversary, we were very excited to visit Barbados.
For the cost of our vacation, we certainly did not get what we paid for.
We were not at all happy with the resort, it's quite dated and needs a lot of TLC.
Every morning we had to be up by at least 5 am. to get chairs for the day. Very frustrating.
In particular, the food was awful. Very repetitive, most evenings guests were going off the resort to eat dinner with a pricy bill of $150.00 USD per person and this is an all-inclusive.
The staff were very friendly as well as the General Manager.
We would not recommend this resort to friends and family.

The LOUDEST resort I’ve ever been to. No moment of peace. Music so loud you are forced to listen to every night. This is not a place to come to to relax
