Our Opnion

A very nice addition to the Venetian, the tall 50-storey Palazzo Resort towers over many of the adjacent resorts. This hotel is a great option for travelers looking for a higher end resort with larger rooms. With an expansive open casino, world-class dining, very nice all-suite rooms and one of the best sportsbooks in Las Vegas, the Palazzo does not disappoint. Recommended for all types of Las Vegas travelers, with the exception of families with young children.

Excellent place, very clean, nice and tidy

I have not been stayed in it, but it is one of the casinos that you have to visit due to its monumentality

In town for a conference. The rooms are huge, nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Location is great and the shops/restaurants were very close.

Let's face it there are loads of options to stay in Vegas, but the Palazzo at The Venetian is absolutely hands down the best value for your $.

Try them for one night, and tell me I am wrong.

Nice hotel but sadly terrible service. Bags after 1.5 hours still not delivered to room — spoken to three people, “they’re on the way…”

Spent a week in vegas at this resort and we loved it. We had been a few years ago and it's like we remember and more. We stayed at the Palazzo, but we were so often in the venetian that I think we will stay there next time :) Excellent overall, such attention to detail...the turn down service is amazing, we had top tier chocoloate in our room every night. The casino is excellent too, among the better ones on the strip.

This hotel resort has everything you need and want to make your trip to Las Vegas exiting and complete. Location is perfect. The staff goes beyond their way to help you in everything need.

Amazing, This will be the only place I stay from now on while visiting Vegas. From the service to the suites and oh can't forget the pools. I loved every minute here.

Rooms were excellent, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The indoor shopping was excellent and it was an overall very pleasant experience.

Definitely one of my favorite hotels. I've been going to Las Vegas for years and have been to this hotel 3 times. Each time is perfect. Always great service, and the all suite hotel rooms are beautiful and comfortable. There are a lot of great stores and restaurants within an easy walking distance as well. Also perfectly situated next to many other hotels and casinos that make it easy to not have to drive. Check this place out when you go to LV.

Great large clean rooms, lot's of slots to choose from, and great dining options

Nope. I stayed in the Venetian/Palazzo years ago and it was lovely. Higher price tag but you got what you paid for but new management nickels and dimes you. Rooms are large and average/nice, customer service is below poor to average with a few nice standouts at the front desk. Ie. Sent myself a small $13 package from Amazon because i forgot something as I've done in hotels all over the world. Arrived Saturday, was not allowed to retrieve it until Monday. Had to walk 3/4 mi to FedEx business office, they would not take the front desk. Talked to them twice on Monday morning to make sure package was there and how to get it. Walked 3/4 miles and was told venetian/palazzo charges $10 for me to retrieve my $13 package, never mentioned this to me in two phone calls. As I said nope. Beautiful hotels all over the strip. Skip this one. Update: checked out two days early

I have stayed here multiple times and I have to say the rooms are so great. These are such big spacious rooms and is great for times where you go with a group of four to six people. Everything is pretty clean and the casino is on the smaller side but considering the fact that you can walk through the Grand Canal Shoppes and get to Venetian I would say it is not a bad spot to stay at. You can go in between both hotels and never go outside once haha. There are so many food options here and also a club for anyone who wants to do that so pretty much if you come to Palazzo you literally never have to go outside for anything haha but you are also in Vegas so why wouldn't you go walk the strip :-)

SECURITY ISSUE ALERT! Those who is staying at Palazzo, make sure you lock and put the door stop on your door.

Worst staying experience ever at Palazzo. My friend and I stayed there late February 2024. When we were checking in, the staff first told us that our booked and paid room type are all "sold out". So then put us to another room and called it an upgrade. The room was obviously undone as we noticed the arrangement of the room was not even as good as for a regular room compare to the one we had last year with Palazzo. We noticed that the door does not equip with the door stopper that can stop people from coming in the room.

On or about 1 am in the middle of night, without any phone call or knocking, a hotel staff used a "master key" opened and entered our room. When she realized that hotel guests were still awake, she quickly said "they sent me up to check if you guys have checked in the room or not." She acted as if we live in a world without telephone and basic knocking manner. AND WHO WOULD GO IN A ROOM WITHOUT ALERTING THE GUESTS AT 1 AM WITH AT MASTER KEY?!?!

I tried contact their guest relation team and reported this incident. They never got back to me. Apparently, they don't care about their guests' safety and complaints. Those who are staying there, be sure to use the door stopper so it can stop unwanted hotel staff from entering your room!!!

One of the best places

I would trade some of the workspace in the room for a microwave, a small fridge, and a small coffee maker.

A Lavish Stay Marred Pushy Sales Tactics

My recent stay at The Palazzo surpassed all expectations. Beautiful furnishings, breathtaking views, and top-notch amenities created an ambiance of indulgence and relaxation. The attention to detail and comfort was truly exceptional, making stay truly memorable.

Unfortunately my experience at Pearl De Flore Beauty Bar within the Venetian Resort was marred by an unpleasant encounter with Maicol, a salesperson who employed aggressive tactics to push skincare products onto me. While met with relentless sales pitches that made me feel unkept, pressured and overcharged for the products purchased, further adding to my dissatisfaction. It's disappointing to encounter such pushy sales tactics in a luxury establishment like The Venetian, and it certainly tarnished my overall impression of the resort.

Moreover, navigating the Grand Canal Shoppes proved to be an exercise in patience, as we encountered several pushy salespeople vying for our attention at every turn! While I understand the importance of promoting merchandise, the relentless sales tactics employed by some individuals detracted from the otherwise enjoyable shopping experience.

Despite these shortcomings, it's important to acknowledge the outstanding aspects of my stay at The Palazzo. The luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and plethora of amenities (Starbucks & ILLY!) truly make you feel pampered and indulged. However, guests should be aware of additional fees and be prepared to assert themselves against pushy sales tactics, ensuring a more seamless and enjoyable experience during their visit.

My stay was disappointing from start to end. Firstly upon arrival to the hotel we had to deal with hidden charges- the resort fee we were prepared to pay but we were never informed about the holding charges and additional fees which caused us stress after a 10 and a half hour flight.
We ordered room service on our first morning and the lady on the phone was extremely impatient, abrupt and rude. When the breakfast arrived, what was advertised as freshly baked pastries were stale and exactly the same as the pastries in the starbucks downstairs which was suspicious. We were told to call housekeeping after we finished eating so they could clear the plates, we called down before heading out and when we returned housekeeping were still in our room so we had to wait in the corridor.
This happened every day thereafter where we would return from going out housekeeping was in our room around 2-3pm causing us to wait outside in the hallway even though we'd request at 9am. On another occasion they didnt turn up after a request. After waiting and calling down again i was told that the person I spoke to earlier hadn't logged the request and that someone would be up asap, no one arrived for hours, when they finally arrived my partner got up to open the door and they'd already left with the 30 seconds it took him to open the door, we called down again for the third time and were told that housekeeping said we'd refused service even though we'd requested multiple times and were waiting on their arrival they decided to leave on their own accord, they never returned and when we called again to complain we got a condescending reaction and then asked if we wanted housekeeping sent up now when it was 2am. When they did clean the room they would not clean the sinks, tub etc We would leave the room to see trays, rubbish and mess lining the corridors, which is the last thing I would expect from a 5 star hotel. I also emailed front desk in the week because the guests next door were screaming and singing from 1am in the corridor right outside our door and received no response. There was poor or 0 communication or help with any issues our entire stay and it made the experience stressful, poor and aggravating. What was meant to be an enjoyable relaxing trip was ruined by the experience we received at this hotel. This is the farthest from what I'd expect from a supposedly 5 star resort. The bench at the end of the bed was also damaged causing my partner to get an item of clothing snagged and ripped. I've also not heard anything from the hotel since I checked out 3 days ago, not a courtesy email, not a thank you, not a fee breakdown, nothing. So the poor customer experience continues, my birthday trip was ruined because of my overall experience and I'm extremely disappointed.
I’ve tried to contact the hotel about my experience and have again received no response.
If you expect 5 star service do not stay here it’s a 3 at best
