Very beautiful hotel located beach side and tucked away off the main road. The entire hotel has a very classy design and wraps nicely around the pool which sprawls throughout the main courtyard. There is a sizable swim up bar that serves a good selection of food and drinks.

Probably the most beautiful resort we’ve stayed at this far. The staff is very kind. The food is delicious. Highly recommend.
We just got back from the Palms a few days ago. We had such a lovely time and fell in love with Turks and Caicos. The staff and workers were friendly and funny. Especially the lady at breakfast every morning. She was fantastic. The beach is beautiful and there is a ton to do right from there. Parasailing, tubing, banana boats among a few. The onsite restaurants were great and room service was pretty good as well. The room was comfortable and well decorated and was cleaned every day. There is also turn down service. We will absolutely be back in the near future. We had a genuinely great time.
Located in Grace Bay, the swimming pool is stunning. However, I noticed that the pool bar could be cleaner; it doesn't seem like the staff clean it as often as they should. Despite this, I had an overall good experience.
Eddy and Cardarro were great. Swim up bar, beach views, great food.
Rooms were great. Beautiful beach and water. Staff was not helpful and billing is terrible. Double charged us for rooms. Said they reversed the charges but it didn’t post to our credit card. Spent hours over several days trying to straighten it out. Ruined our vacation.
Nightmare and no sleep at The Palms - Toxic Mold
There is a difference between musty and dangerous. I suspect there is a problem with toxic mold. When you can't sleep because the odor is too strong, you wake up with a sore throat and feel a difference in your breathing; something is off.
It's our opinion that it is not the island's humidity, but rather a health issue. We will be reaching out to the health authorities. We stayed one night. We did speak with the general manager.

Very comfortable rooms, generally quiet. The hotel is well equipped in terms of restaurants and facilities. Location is excellent.
The only thing preventing me from giving it an overall 5 start is that service is uneven. The staff is very nice and courteous but not always forthcoming with information so you need to pepper them with questions and figure out what questions to ask. Housecleaning missed a few things a couple of times which I would not expect in a 5 start hotel.
But, overall, we had s good experience. We enjoyed all of the restaurants in the property. The quality of the food was rather good. The hotel concierge did an excellent job as well.
The spa and spa services are the absolute best! Ask for Janice.
I recently stayed there with my family and extended family. The rooms themselves were 5-stars. However, the service, staff, food and drinks were all awful. Also, I do not find the resort family friendly at all. The staff truly looked unhappy and demanded tips for just their presence- it was a very unwelcoming environment to be in. My husband and I stopped by the "kids place" and it looked like a juvenile detention. Unfortunately, we would not recommend the Palms and would not be returning.
The general manager is a scumbag and the service sucks.
Amazing location, service, and amenities. We booked a few excursions with Lynne, the activities director onsite. Lynne was a phenomenal help in choosing the right company and she took care of all transportation.

This place is so bad due to the fact that they charged $1500 a night and clam they are 5 star hotel.
1. I literally came to the hotel one hour before checking in and they had a bunch of rooms but at a principal they would not let me check in.
2. They convinced me that there’s no strip, and there’s no safe restaurants.( they god I did my research and had a good time)
3. The staff are so mean and they don’t wanna be there!!!! ( very poor service)
4. Their concierge does not want to help you with anything. I had to beg them to help me book for a boat.
This place is horrible I would highly suggest going to the ritz.
I have been attempting to procure a gift card on behalf of friends of ours that will be spending time on the resort for close to a week. Response time is extremely slow; further, their commitment to resolve the matter remains unfulfilled. This level of customer service is exceptionally disappointing and has resulted in our looking for alternative options.
Staff is attentive, they go above and beyond! The fitness center is very small for a 5 star resort of this size!!
The hallways and rooms smell like mildew. Definitely overpriced. Overall a great time due to the beautiful beach and pool.

Great location, prime to Grace Bay Area. It’s nice and relaxing, has a luxury feel. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Cant go wrong with this property amongst a few others that compete in this same category.
