You can't get any closer to Disneyland than this hotel. It is right across the street from the main gate to Disneyland. The rooms and facilities are basic and you'll hear the boom of the fireworks every night. If you want something cheap, basic and close, then its a good choice. Rooms were nice and clean. Had microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Location is great if your visiting Disneyland. Would stay there again.

Fun hotel and a nice place.

Amazing customer service. We had issues with our room and the staff promptly moved us to another one with no delay. Even gave us an upgrade! We'd def stay again

The location cannot be beat with Less than a 10 minute walk to Disneyland Parks. The price is on point for similar hotels on South Harbour Boulevard, outdoor pool and hot tub for afternoon breaks and lounging. On property convenient store, also close to an iHop, Denny’s, Cold Stone Creamery and walkable to Anaheim Garden city Walk- -outdoor mall with shopping and restaurants.

I had high hopes due to the high ratings I initially saw prior to my stay but I was quickly disappointed. The staff at the lobby was so unwelcoming! Paying $314 a night + parking, I’d at least expect a warm welcome and a smile upon checking in. I get it, people have bad days at times, but don’t we all ? I gotta put a smile on my face whether I’m having a good day or a bad day at work. Also, the beds aren’t so comfortable and the shower curtains are old. I have been at other cheaper hotels with better beds and newer shower curtains. It is super close to Disneyland but I think next time I’m just gonna pay a little more and stay at a different hotel on my next vacation to Disney.

They're just taking advantage (like everyone else around) of being close to Disney. The rooms are too old. You can smell it, literally!

horrible, disgusting people, do NOT recommend this place at all, very rude.

Staff were awesome. Very helpful and pleasant. Plan on staying again on our next Disney adventure which is located across the street. Literally minutes walking distance to the Disney entrance, parking provided also for a minimal fee. So no Paying Disney for it. Have nothing negative to say.

This property is extremely clean and SUPER close to Disneyland. The pool and hot tub are a nice addition. My one big (really big) gripe is that the beds are horrible. Hard spring mattresses, so hard that my back and joints have been hurting badly. Hard to recover from all the Disneyland walking with how awful the beds are, and really sad to spend $1400 for a week to feel like you've been sleeping on a play mat. This needs to be addressed!

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and scammers!! They WILL NOT provide proof of claims but they will charge you for bogus claims!

Update: still scammers. still no email or any kind of communication (other than a response on google because others can see it). Great business ethics 🙄

Scammers!! Watch out they will just charge your credit card for false charges!!! Got a charge on my credit card after leaving for almost $900 for a “broken TV” (the tv was not broken when we stayed or left) without so much as a call or any kind of notice for the charge. When I called and asked what the charge was for, the manager Michelle very rudely said I don’t know what you did but it’s broken and the charge is extra because we have to program the tv (almost $900 for a TV in what world!!). When I asked for evidence/proof as well as an invoice of any kind the manager refused to provide this and hung up on me and will not take my calls. I have also left messages for the general manager who also has not returned my calls. Very clearly a scam they run. I have notified the travel agency I used, as well as notified Disney (because they are Disney affiliated) to let them know of the very horrible experience I have had with this hotel and the scam they running.

Very expensive for what you get. That being said it's very convenient to just walk across the street to disneyland. Also the hot tub and pool are saltwater.

Great location! 5 min walk to Disneyland. Closer then the Disneyland hotel. This is our go-to when going to Disneyland!! It's clean and convenient and has a nice store!

Returned to my room and my door was unlocked.
YES IM SURE I REVIEWED THE CORRECT PROPERTY!! I reported the incident to the front desk immediately!!!

Great location if you want to stay very, very close to the Disneyland entrance. You trade off some amenities that other nearby hotels have: there's no free parking, breakfast, or even hairdryers in the rooms. But there is a pool and hot tub that feel amazing after a long day at the parks. We've stayed here several times and will definitely be back.

I honestly cant believe the high ratings this place gets...If you want to take a trip back in time to the 90s with sketchy wifi, dated fixtures\furniture, old phones, no USB ports, no streaming services, no regular housekeeping (only additional towels and trash), no extra pillows or bedding (I asked front desk for additional pillows and they simply replied "we don't do that here")...also their pillows are toddler size pillows and you get 4 per bed so it sucks if you have family and you folks have to share micro pillows and blankets. Oh and forget about hanging your towels after showering because there is one small towel rack (no additional racks or hooks). Hangers are a joke...and are 6 feet high so only tall ppl can utilize them. Oh and there is one elevator for the entire building so if your room happend to be on the opposite side like we were and you need to utilize a bell hop cart it takes about an hour for you to wiggle through the hall ways to unload are luggage to your room. We got stuck several times in traffic jams in hallways with maids with their carts and other ppl trying to get through with their luggage. The pipes are also very old or broken because we can here them through out the night and our shower constantly leaked. Also in regards to the shower there was a hair and dust all over, I had to wash the shower before using it because I don't trust the cleanliness of this hotel. I honestly would ask for refund if I hadn't paid for a package. But unfortunately I'm here now and I can't change the package...but to say the least this will be my first and last time staying at this outdated and "blah" hotel. The only thing that is good (and I mean only one good thing ) is that is a 5 min walk from Disneyland but you can easily go to best Western, the courtyard or castle inn for the same distance and similar price. And you will get way better amenities, room and services.

Super close to Disney. The rooms aren't crazy fancy but they are clean and well maintained.

Front desk staff was unkind and unhelpful. Tropicana had false advertisement on website. Kitchen suite is nothing like what you see. It is the size of a closet.

In response to the owner below.

This is our 2nd time staying here. The first time we were promised a kitchen suite in the middle. You guys set us up in the corner with the kitchen suite only accessible by going through our other party's room through an adjoining door.

2nd time we booked (this time) we were promised a suite in the middle. I expressed how last time was disappointing. Again was promised a kitchen suite in the middle of the two family suite rooms. When we got there the kitchen suite was literally the size of a closet for two families! I asked the front desk if we could get another room and they told us none were available. I said on the website it shows there is a large kitchen suite, do you guys have that one? Her response was :" those pictures are just to show that we have kitchen suites here". In her tone of voice you could tell she really wasn't trying to help or be kind. Just overall a terrible experience from beginning to end. Only good thing is location. But courtyard marriott is right down the street too with service that is much better and nicer rooms

Location is amazing 🤩

Super clean room, comfy bed, and very friendly staff. It's in walking distance to restaurants, Cold stone ice cream place, and Walgreens. You're right across the street from Disneyland. I would stay here again.
