Okay, it's not really worth the cost
We stayed in Unit 306 and it was a huge disappointment for the price we paid. It needs a major update and a real good cleaning. The blinds were old and broken. We worried the patio chairs would fall apart. The bathroom was very old and the shower door handle was being held on with paper towel. We called maintenance about the stove and when he pulled it out, the filth underneath was horrifying. The pull-out couch was so uncomfortable I opted to to just sleep on it without pulling it out. One lamp was missing the light bulb. Other rooms advertised looked way better than this unit. The one thing was we were outside most of the time and the location was great.
This is Waikiki's only on-the-beach condominium.
The view is as spectacular as the Sheraton's Diamond Head Oceanfront, and you'll be right on the beach as soon as you step out of the private exit.
You can also watch the Hilton's fireworks from a special seat, making your trip an unforgettable memory.
Ideal place to stay when at Waikiki Beach. Right on the beach. Clean and well appointed rooms.

What a fabulous room. Everything we needed was at our fingertips . We had access to the Outrigger pool and bar..... We had easy access to the best part of waikiki Beach and so close to the beachwalk , Lewers st. Our view was spectacular from our Lanai. Had the best vantage point for the fireworks.
We would definitely be returning. We love ❤️ Waikiki.This was our 6th time back. .....
Sea turtles all over right out front in the water. Was amazing to swim so close in the waters with them.
Condo on Waikiki Beach
It is convenient because there is ABC mart nearby.
I bought some ingredients at the supermarket on the way there, so it was very convenient because I didn't have to go out of my way just to eat.
It's also close to Kalakaua Avenue, so I was able to go shopping at night and have a comfortable trip.
You can use the outrigger pool next to it, but the people at Waikiki Shore told you to bring towels from your room.
I booked an ocean view room, paid extra and did not get an ocean view. Rooms are run down. Hotel advertises a pool, restaurant, etc. Those amenities are next door. When checking in, you have to walk to a completely separate location, 5 min away. None of this was communicated prior to arrival.
I use it every time I come to Hawaii.
It's a condominium, so you can use it without hesitation.
This time I rented from by Outrigger. There is no particular service, but if you tell the check-in counter (Regency Beach Walk 1F) about equipment, they will respond.
This time, when I went to tell them that some of the lights in the room didn't work and all the batteries in the remote control for the air conditioner were out, they changed them right away.
If you go to say consumables, they will give you on the spot.
Last time I was in another room via Lealea, but both last time and this time the drainage was weak and the water quickly accumulated.
Also, this time, the elevator was under construction and only one machine was in operation, so there was a lot of waiting for the elevator.
Sometimes I couldn't get on even if I waited for 5 minutes.
I often waited when two planes were in operation, but this time it was quite inconvenient.
This time it was $645.65 per night, but it ended up being $769.13 with taxes and cleaning fees.
A full-service hotel would be cheaper.
