The place could have been great. The resort was nice the rooms were nice. Our AC did not work right, it would get up to 77 on a ground floor. I called twice to have it fixed and it never was.

Great place if you are on a budget. Rooms are spacious but outdated. Food is just ok but it is located in a great area with a lot of dining options. There are pools, mini golf and a small bowling area with lots of arcades for the kids. Overall a good centralized place to Disney and priced reasonably.

Really was hoping to give a better review but found two roaches in the room on the second day. Had to walk late night at night with my two small kids all the way to the lobby for a room change. Second room they placed me in was outdated and the balcony door is broken and dusty. My astma has been flating up since moving to this room. Im so upset I could cry. No resolve either . Highly dissapointed. Way too afraid to even sleep now because of the bug issue.
This is a time share. When my wife checked in, the lady checking her in took exception because she didn't want to sign up for a tour. She also failed to give her a welcome package. We got that 4 days later. Talked to a couple that are members of Westgate Lakes Resort and Spa. They said they get hit up every time to do another tour.
Nice place that is tainted by lies from the time share presentation which I highly don't recommend as well as management that tells you they are making things right and then never do! After all the phone work to make things right, I doubt we'll be back!

This place is a world unto itself. The staff was helpful and informative, and I would definitely visit this place again and recommend it to others.

You will pay a fee for things that are not even offered. Food is not edible (DONT EVER GO TO DRAFTS RESTAURANT) and everything is a charge. Stay somewhere else and don’t waste your money.
The property is beautiful. Nice pools,one free and one with a fee. Should be free. That would be my only complaint. The location to Disney perfect. 5star estaurant and bar on the property were both super convenient for us. Customer service really good. The high pressure sales were expected, so it was as all sales pitches are. Not good/ Not bad

Is an breathtaking vacation spot with a plethora of features and attractions from the aquatic park to the 7 swimming pools on the property. Exclusive villa charming rooms with in-room whirlpools. Impressive views!
We stayed there a month ago with my family, they charged us $50 as a reservation in case something happened, it turns out that until today they have not returned that money, which was supposed to be returned when leaving the hotel and they do not give us an answer, they only say that it is due be admitted
The hotel is alright for the price, isn’t too bad. The rooms are extremely outdated though, not well maintained. I would say it’s not a bad last minute option if everything else is booked. Everything outside is I would say 5 stars, but it’s when you walk inside it goes a bit downhill.
Overall, average. Nothing too bad, nothing too great.

This a friendly place for kids with a lots of pools and play areas for them. There is lots food around on the site as well. It isn't cheap but it is accessible.
Overall, this is a good place and I'd recommend staying if you have kids!

Awesome room, a little outdated, but a great resort. Jacuzzi was a big plus.
Honestly this was the most horrible place Ive stayed! Room service never came in 4 days! Great location but terrible service and crazy resorts fees. Would not recommend this to anyone.
First, you can expect to get hit with a surprise $75 “resort fee” right as you check in…. With no access to the resort. That costs an $20 or so per person per day extra. Finally, don’t expect any amenities. There is no daily room service, no nearby ice machines, unsecured WiFi, and rude staff. There are better, cheaper, options In the area. Avoid this place.
