My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon here as we enjoy family oriented destinations. After arriving from our 10ish hour travel exhausted and car sick, we were received by the most genuine and friendly staff that I have personally ever experienced. The hospitality was second to none. The lobby and entire resort is gorgeous and makes you feel ultimate relaxation. The all inclusive is a must if you intend on drinking and enjoying yourself, otherwise you will probably end up spending more if you pay by each meal. The most impressive thing for me was the cleanliness. I have never been to a place with so many guests using facilities constantly and seen such clean bathrooms and grounds. They truly keep the place immaculate 24/7. You must do an excursion off the resort while you are there, you will have the opportunity to meet tour guides on the beach who can assist you in picking something that suits you. Overall I highly recommend this resort, I have friends who stayed in st. Lucia at the big competitors resorts and they didn’t have the same experience as we did. The only negative that can be an issue for some is children are allowed so if that will bother you this is not the place for you. The beach is also small and you can reserve seats for the stay so make sure you set that up asap when you arrive.

The resort is 1.5 hours from the airport so be ready for a lengthy shuttle on some crazy roads. But that I should’ve known before going.
This resort is extremely expensive compared to much nicer resorts in the Caribbean. It doesn’t not have much night life to offer, if you like to do things after dinner, they have some mediocre singers and events but nothing worth wasting time over.
Service is also lackluster it comes and goes and sometimes even disappears all together.
They have a new process for the beach chairs that seems to work well, if they get out there on time to mark the chairs as reserved. I got to my chair at 9am a couple times with people sitting in them already.
The restaurants say they have dress codes and are formal, but they’re far from formal. Not sure why the Indian one is still an option, we never went and every time we’d walk by it only had 1-2 tables full.
We paid for the all inclusive package and they made us sign a receipt everytime we received drinks and or food. It took away from the relaxation and peace of mind that everything is paid for and you can fully relax that I’ve felt at every other all inclusive I’ve been to. Also, everything was not included and besides the food that had a clear * of what wasn’t included, I was always worried about what drinks I would order were or weren’t included. I did not want to spend $18 of my own money for a drink that was made poorly. I don’t have much feedbacks on the drinks cause they were included, but the prices they had on the receipts vs. the quality of the drink was insanity.
Lastly, even though we paid for the all inclusive ahead of time there’s a $4,018 charge on my credit card. Upon check out the desk had no idea what it was, we contacted them after getting home and accounting isn’t available, were supposed to reach back out and never did. It took over 2 weeks to get this resolved, unnecessary stress caused after our trip.
This resort isn’t worth half the money that we paid to stay there. It seems like management built it up, sold all the timeshares, and stopped caring cause now people are stuck in the timeshares.
I’ve been to 4 other resorts in the Caribbean and were less than half the price and had a significantly better and more relaxing stay.

Very nice all around. Easy family friendly activities. Large enough to provide options for all different I terests.

I stayed at the Windjammer resort this past March 2024, and for the entire duration I can only share my highest praises for the quality of service I received. The staff, services, and scenic views were all add-one to this experience. I especially want to thank Richard Mark going above and beyond and ensuring that my experience was exceptional. His level of care and genuine concern for guests is one that should be modeled. I will definitely be back and this is now one for the books. Truly an unforgettable experience! Thank you windjammer for an amazing time.

My goto hotel whenever

Wow, what an incredible stay! Such a gorgeous facility, excellent service, and delicious food! We stayed for 3 nights with the all inclusive plan and are so glad we did, it’s absolutely worth it. We never felt the need to leave the resort.

The beach is lovely and has snorkeling right there. With the all inclusive plan masks, snorkels, fins, paddle boards, kayaks, and even wakeboarding, water skiing, banana boating, and hobie cat sailing are included.

We ate SO well. I love that there are many restaurants to chose from. Our favorites were Masala, Jammers, and Upper Deck.

If you’re on the fence about booking, BOOK! I feel like Windjammer has ruined all inclusives for us going forward, our expectations will be too high lol. Also the sunsets here are stunning!!

Do note there are many families (it’s very family friendly) so if you’re looking for adults only it might not be for you. But even though we’re a couple, for the most part the kids didn’t affect us. It’s a very wholesome environment.

Our *only* gripe, which is room specific, is that the walls were very thin so we could hear our neighbors a bit too well at times (and in the morning the birds woke us lol).

We went in February 24 and we had an excellent experience.
The staff are all fantastic from the reception to housekeepers, the drivers to the spa staff they all treated us very well.
We had a lovely room with a great view (32a).
A nice choice of restaurants with varied food options.
The bar's are well stocked and open until 01.00am
The beach is great with plenty of loungers.
Overall we had a great experience and look forward to returning

We had a wonderful spring vacation at Windjammer. We had a nice view for a 1 bedroom partial ocean view room. We really enjoyed the restaurants and the friendly staff, as well as the water sports and beach. You will see stray dogs and cats, and your room/ villa will be up on a hill. They have shuttle drivers who are super helpful and friendly and will take you to your room if you don’t want to walk. A few tips for you if you decide to stay at windjammer:
1. Book a shuttle van to and from the airport in advance. The resort is about 90 minutes from the airport.
2. Do the excursions. Our favorite was the bean to bar excursion because we got to do a little bit of everything (sail, make chocolate, snorkel by the pitons, watch the sunset).
3. Go sailing. Non motorized water sports were included and a fabulous experience. The guys in the boathouse were friendly and helpful. They offer lessons.

We had a great time and recommend the windjammer as the place to stay in st Lucia.

Our general experience is definitely positive but we cannot help but think how small touches could easily take this resort to the next level.Everyone is always positive and trying to help which we really appreciated, however, every single restaurant we visited was missing at least one or two items from the menu, which happened constantly. They do their best to accommodate but still, when an already limited menu advertises missing items, it makes your choices even more limited and is kind of a letdown for a resort of this price point. They also add a 'surcharge' on nicer options, even if you are all-inclusive, which feels a bit "nickel and dime" for an all inclusive resort at this price point. Cupcake wine, which is listed by the glass on every menu, is apparently assessed a surcharge, which no one informed us of until near the end of our stay. This was not indicated on any of their menus and isn't even a "high end" brand. That leaves really one brand of wine by the glass, that isn't assessed an extra charge. Thankfully we requested a copy of our charges and discussed it with the front desk, who said Cupcake wine has "gone back and forth" and thankfully removed the charges.
One of the other major issues is signing off on your checks for everything.Even if you grab a coffee by the pool, you have to wait for the check sign and close. And, that is after waiting for the person to return from wherever he/she is at the moment, make your drink, etc. That’s not something you want to deal with when you are in all inclusive resort. Just having carafes of coffee available in the lobby in the morning like every hotel does would be a huge improvement. I do understand that they need to keep the track but nowadays, there are more sophisticated options to do that without making your guests wait and sign off the checks old-school style. They add a service charge to every check and of course an option to tip, which makes things a bit confusing. I am saying this because I am in the hospitality business for over 35 years, worked and consulted pretty much all the major brands & chains. Communication just seems lacking overall. Small issue but, there are also no towel stations at the pools. You have to go down to the beach for a towel. Rooms are nice and very unique, especially the villas. They were so kind and gave us an upgrade for our special occasion so we greatly appreciated that. In the villas and other rooms, there are small things (that include ants) such as the condition of the tubs and some decorative items. They can honestly use a very small touch such as painting and or replacing some of the dated items. In our room pretty much none of the electric outlets worked properly. They have shuttles running around the resort all the time which is very convenient. They are very polite and helpful. Beach is amazing. There are couple of restaurants by the beach and pool. Again, staff is very kind but you may wait by the pool long time to get a server while you are pretty much the only couple around the pool.Pools are beautiful but if you're sitting there, you need to go up to the bar or one of the restaurants and track someone down. We were told several times they'd take down our order, find the right person and pass it along, only to have to go back and again to ask. When they notice you, they are super kind and helpful, food is good as well. One last thing about the ACs in the room. They do not have the central cooling system which I can understand but the strong AC blowing down on us made us sick. It is very humid there so the AC is a must otherwise your room will be musty. Kind of tough on your system going back and forth between the harsh AC and very humid musty air in bath. It’s either too cold or if you turn it down, it gets too hot. In both rooms we’ve been, we’ve had the same problem.Spa was one of the best. Overall experience is good with this property and our suggestions are only to be constructive. Because of these, I couldn’t rate it as a luxury resort and felt it was over priced, but definitely great place to visit.

A true St Lucian experience. Amazing service, friendly staff, spectacular views, warm ocean.

We travelled here in March 24. The resort is very good, great staff, great beach and great amenities. Good selection on restaurants on site and plenty of daily activities to enjoy. We were all inclusive otherwise it would be expensive for food and drinks. We would highly recommend this place

We enjoyed our stay at the Windjammer. Our villa was spacious and utterly fantastic. The bathroom and shower were great and the porch was the perfect place to watch the sun set. Staff were super nice and the breakfast buffet, which was included in our stay, was very good. The beach is not the greatest, but we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Loved this resort. Booked the cheapest room which meant it was small, but was still very cute. There were a good number of places to eat and activities to do. Keep in mind this resort is a on cliff so if you’re in the higher rooms your going to have to get a shuttle or a solid calf workout in. Great time all around and will come back

We visited the windjammer landing resort on a day pass with my family and a couple of friends. This is a fantastic place. All of the staff is extremely attentive, making sure we wanted for nothing. Food was excellent, drinks not over powering, and as I said the service is impeccable. Staying at this resort is a must do.

Great hotel, lovely rooms.
Location is everything

Wow.

Beautiful resort. However, the place costs a fortune. Drinks were enjoyable but $25...which I paid rather than buy all-inclusive because, as hard as we tried we couldn't drink enough to spend that much in a day.

For the most part, the food was mediocre. Shockingly little Caribbean food available for an island. Mostly just poorly prepared American food. And overpriced of course. Best food we had in St Lucia was off-site. Coal Pot was fantastic. KeeVees in Rodney Bay was a fun bar with better food than the resort.

By far the biggest disappointment was the tour office. We booked 3 tours, 2 of which were booked 2 months ahead. A third was booked online with someone else from the airport. We walked into the office to talk to them and they convinced us to cancel and go with them. The next day, we were offered the same trip from someone else in the resort for a better price. So we cancelled again. I'm glad we did as the other tours we booked...were never booked at all! Captain Mike accommodated us despite the fact that we arrived there at 7:30 am without a reservation (I would have lost it otherwise). Caught a Wahu...

Next day we had ziplining booked. Just didn't happen. We had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come out and tell us tough luck. After a LONG exchange they offered $100 off my bill. Actually, we spent more than that stuck on-site all day. I declined.

Facilities were fantastic,.but definitely didn't make up for the many disappointments I felt on this trip. Since the beach is free, if I came back to this island (beautiful ) I'd Airbnb and just go wherever I want. Staff was also fantastic (with one obvious exception).

If you do go, book your own activities and your own taxi.

Please note this is a timeshare resort so be prepared to be moved. We were moved 3 times in 4 days. Staff are amazing but the policy of moving is ridiculous. The villa rooms are basic and not what they have on social media. Also you have ti get a shuttle to rooms. You can’t walk to 99% of rooms.

Beautiful resort with great amenities, service and food. I would recommend it for a trip away with friends or family.
