If I came back I’d stay somewhere else.

The Oceanfront Suites are spacious and comfortable

Everything else is pretty underwhelming. Grounds are ok. Food is average and slow compared to other places on the island. Service is a definite 2 out of 5. Water activities are extremely limited. Smallest amount or surf and no equipment is available.

One recommendation to improve would be to run a shuttle into town a few times a day.

A Family Paradise at Windsong on the Reef, Turks and Caicos

For the past eight years, my partner Angela and I have fallen deeply in love with Turks and Caicos, a sentiment that has grown stronger with each visit to Windsong on the Reef. This enchanting resort has become a significant part of our lives, thanks to its unparalleled warmth, exceptional service, and the comfort it offers to every guest. However, our most recent visit was particularly special as we decided to bring our 4-year-old along, introducing him to the beauty and serenity of this island paradise.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of magical. The staff at Windsong went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. Their friendliness, helpfulness, and generosity shone through in every interaction, making us feel truly valued and taken care of. This exceptional level of service became even more apparent when our little one had an unfortunate encounter with a bug bite, necessitating a visit to urgent care. The staff was incredibly supportive throughout the ordeal, assisting us with the necessary arrangements and continuously checking in on his recovery. Their genuine concern and efforts to ensure he was comfortable and healing well were truly touching.

The resort itself continues to impress us with its pristine beauty, luxurious accommodations, and the wide array of amenities that cater to guests of all ages. Whether it’s lounging by the pool, exploring the breathtaking reef, or simply enjoying the exquisite culinary offerings, there’s something for everyone at Windsong. Our son, in particular, was delighted by the kid-friendly activities and the opportunity to make new friends, adding another layer of joy to our family vacation.

Our bond with Turks and Caicos has been significantly strengthened by our experiences at Windsong on the Reef. The resort has not only provided us with a serene and beautiful escape from the everyday but has also shown us the true meaning of hospitality and care. We are already counting down the days until we can return to this slice of heaven on earth, eagerly anticipating our next adventure and the warm welcome that we know awaits us.

In conclusion, if you’re searching for a family-friendly paradise that promises an unforgettable experience filled with warmth, care, and luxury, look no further than Windsong on the Reef, Turks and Caicos. It’s not just a resort; it’s a home away from home where wonderful memories are made, and the spirit of true hospitality is alive and well. We cannot wait for our next visit!

Nice family friendly great choice

It took an hour and a half for room service to be delivered and at least 45 minutes when ordering from a table. The food was not good at all. The waiters were rude. The manager was even ruder. There was construction adjacent which was super loud. It affected the breakfast and outdoor dining as well as many rooms. The beach is super skinny.

Worst holiday resort i ve ever been , given me personal room for 700$ a night , attitude of the hotel manager not being able to solve a problem although we are 2 males said sorry no rooms + gimme 1000$ i can upgrade you or better u sleep in one bed

We had a lovely time at Wind Song. Exceptional and pleasant customer service. Nichola and her staff were very accommodating with a minor problem we encountered during our stay.
Hope to return!

We had a great week at this location. The staff were all very professional and accommodating. From the receptionists, concierge, dinner/ breakfast staff, bar staff, and beach personnel, we did not have a single complaint. You have some great staff! They were all very friendly, eager to assist where they could, and we had a great time. We stayed at Beaches prior and felt this place was much more quant and low key. We liked that it was close to so many other places to eat and drink, and the walks were great. The food and drinks were all excellent as well. Thanks for the relaxing week.

This is a lovely hotel! We stayed in a one bedroom bungalow with a kitchen, which was perfect for us. The staff is very welcoming while also being efficient and well trained. The location on the beach is excellent and the seaside tables at the restaurant are unique among the many other restaurants and resorts we visited. The water sports equipment is high quality and use is well managed. Our one caveat is that if you are coming primarily for the snorkeling, or diving for that matter, you will be disappointed. The reef in front of the hotel, along with the Grace Bay barrier reef, is 90% bleached. There are a few corals and fish hanging on, but the vast majority are gone. Climate change, over use, unchecked shoreline development, and pollution have devastated this once magnificent resource. We were heart broken to see it. There is a restoration effort going on in front of the hotel, but it's tiny. Too little too late.

What an amazing place. Check in was nice. The knew our name b see fore we even said it. We received complimentary drinks which were very tasty. Then a little tour about the place. I think I heard that there are 77 rooms on the property. It is great to get up and have really good water pressure in the shower. Having coffee ☕️ on the the balcony is great with the ocean doing its thing and sun rising behind. 😎 sunglasses are a must have here along with good sunscreen protection of your choice. Come relax and enjoy what they have to offer. We hD dinner Herr last night. It was pretty tasty as well.

Very friendly and helpful staffing close to beach
Ocean side dining outdoor bar to enjoy sports if available

Some of the staff were not friendly. They also don't price dinner prices on the menu and give you surprise tickets to pay over the amount you would normally pay. WOW make sure you ask cost. Dinner atmosphere was amazing though!!! Wow we must of just paid for the view. Pools were beautiful. Small resort.

Dated hotel, broken down amenities and combative, rude management. Not a 4 star hotel, falsely advertised. Needs major renovation, better food and drinks and friendlier staff.

This is LONG overdue. I visited Windsong in January 2023. This was my first solo trip and I was nervous but excited. Extensive reviews led me to choose Windsong, particularly noting Khalid's commendable mentions.

Upon my arrival, I eagerly requested Khalid's assistance, finding out he was unavailable that night. However, the following morning, I met him and expressed how the outstanding reviews influenced my choice of the resort.

Khalid surpassed expectations, flawlessly arranging reservations and transportation according to my preferences. His generosity extended to sharing his contact for any queries or assistance. Windsong is truly fortunate to have Khalid on their team!

The resort itself is a haven of beauty, where every moment was thoroughly enjoyed. Clean rooms and consistently humble, kind staff added to the overall positive experience.

My heartfelt gratitude for an incredible trip!

Inattentive staff, continental breakfast and super low
Room accommodations are good, location and beach are also good, but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired in terms of menu, service, helpfulness, diversity in everything except location

We had a terrific stay at Windsong. Housekeeping kept our room in tip-top shape, the butler service was very accommodating with reservations and the restaurant was good. Yes, the food prices are terrible. But everything is imported. What do you expect? The continental breakfast is quite good and kept us very satisfied for most of the day. Be sure to get a rental car staying here. You really can't walk or ride a bike to anything. We will 100% stay at Windsong again!

The Windsong resort was the perfect place to spend our Vacation and Anniversary. Located right on the water at the beautiful Grace Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos, Providenciales. A hidden gem with comfy rooms, Wi-Fi, and friendly staff that will make you feel like family. We were given a tour once we arrived by Gary and Derron. They showed us around the grounds which was filled with greenery and beautiful stone pavers. A gorgeous fountain in the courtyard led to a walkway over the pool and into a breathtaking ocean view. We got to enjoy plenty of time by the beach. There was a cute little reef only a few yards off the shore and we got to snorkel and see all sorts of fish around us. It really was serene. Our morning here were perfect as well. We got to be served breakfast right in the beach by Omar. He was so helpful and gave us recommendations for nightlife activities while we enjoyed the beautiful food. The complimentary breakfast had nice options and the prices for add-ons were fair. I really was happy with the whole experience. Please keep the Windsong in mind when you book a trip to Turks and Caicos.

Blackened Lobster was great. the view is un-matched on the island from the beach front tables. 2 for 1 happy hour 4-7pm

Positives:

The rooms was nice with beautiful views of the beach. The penthouse rooftop was an added bonus. It is steps away from gorgeous grace bay beach which has some of the clearest waters I have seen.

Negatives:

Foodwise you will get skinned alive here. You absolutely need to have a rental car, as there is only one restaurant onsite. We ended up paying almost $350 the first day in meals (without special drinks or appetizers). After that we did our grocery shopping and sparingly went to the restaurant.

Some staff were very nice, like the asian lady at the front desk, while others acted like they were doing a favor by talking to you. If management is listening please observe and find who these people are and replace them. I would say the biggest shortcoming of this establishment is the lack of customer service.

Overall had a good vacation.

Other than the reef being right there it was horrible. Stay at the Seven Stars it is worth the extra money and the location is prime. The Windsong had HORRIBLE food and drinks and you could tell not a lot of people stay there. We left after the first night and went to the Seven Stars. I would not stay here. The staff was rude too and we got room service one night and it took so long when no one was even eating at the restaurant. Turks is very expensive. The tax is crazy and they charge you 10% service charge on everything and expect 20% on top of that. The woman who brought our room service was sweating and said she waited there for 30 minutes.... We never received a phone call or anything stating she was waiting or wouldn't you think you would call before to tell us it is on its' way? She then waited in our room to tip her more.... It was extremely weird and that's when we left. The location was not great either. Personally, I would choose another island over Turks as it was more expensive than Aruba which I thought was a better island. If you go to Turks stay at the Seven Stars you will not regret it, but do NOT stay here. There is nothing for you to do here and the one restaurant they have is horrible. They wouldn't refund me for the first night we stayed there after I shared picture of bed bugs that had bit me.. not to mention we had to pack up our stuff and move hotels while we were on vacation.

I can not say enough great things about this resort and the employees there. They went above and beyond to make my family's trip so enjoyable. So clean, such great food. We loved the the reef being right there along with all the toys for ocean being available. Annette is the sweetest person I know. Amazing vacation
