The Wynn is a 10/10.
excellent customer service experience
this is still the best place with alot of class and fantastic service. my casino host Jun Cho is the very best!! ask for him. He is the greatest.
Good: beautiful rooms that are spacious, big bathroom, comfortable mattress, plenty of shops and restaurants, iPad controls all of the room like curtains, tv, thermostat. Very friendly and well trained staff. Room service food is great and the service is great as well.
Bad: Dried spot of snot on the faucet when checking in, miserable pillows, no free water and no convenient store close to rooms, limited food option if you want quick takeaway, you’ll need to buy in room or sit down dinner, can hear tv from adjoining room, multiple hairs on pillows and sheet, stains on towels
Love this hotel.
Nice hotel. Everything was very nice.
Stopped in to eat at the buffet. Heard a lot of people raving on the food. Everything I tried was delicious and well presented.
We came along way to get a room overlooking a carpark and the lady checking us in was not that friendly.
I know the slot machines are a gamble but the Wynn's compared to other venues are a donation. It's not in a great position to visit other venues. Not very impressed and won't be back
No waitress for drinks for an hour, but 2 security personnel there with quickness even though we were all over 21, racists?
Best buffet on Vegas
Amazing hotel and rooms. I stayed there for a Business Event and everything was good
One of the nicest/cleanest resort.
Amazing!! Everything!!
I never do this to go online and review a place but this was uncalled for. I always rave how amazing the hospitality is at the Wynn and encore. I been going to Vegas for over 20 years. I called to book a room, the agent gave me a decent price I had another call come in. I said I will call you right back. It was literally one hour, when I called back the price went up 5 times with another agent. I asked for a manager to listen to my previous call. They called me back confirming that the previous agent did give me the lower price but still couldn’t honor it. I’m dumbfounded that Wynn/encore would do this. I would give a zero rating for this experience. There are plenty of places in Vegas I would give my money to. Mr. Steve Wynn need to button this up.
Tidbit of information: you can take the monorail from the MGM south with many stops along the way. It takes you next to the Sphere on one of the turns heading to the Westgate(Wynn is one of the stops)
We purchased a 24hr ticket so we could ride the monorail back to the car where we parked at the MGM Self parking.
Self-parking at the Wynn is $20 for the day.
Staycation at the Wynn! Smooth check-in process and accessible parking for my vehicle. Plenty of luxury shopping through throughout the casino floor. There is a cafe open 24 hours near the hotel elevator for which I had a medium cafe latte. The room is spacious with lofty beds. You can expect to use an iPad to control all functions in the room.
I just played poker in the poker room which was great 👍
Great time at the Chris Tucker Show!!
Amazing place. One of the finest in Vegas.
Great hotel lots of history luxurious beautiful decor high class all around.
