First class all the way! The Wynn Las Vegas is definitely one of the higher end casino resorts on The Strip. Comparable to the Bellagio and Venetian, the Wynn offers outstanding service and dining. A definite recommend for anyone looking to stay in an upscale Las Vegas resort.

better than I imagined - coffee easy to get since travelling for business!

Best hotel and buffet on the strip.
Beautiful rooms and casino. Top of the world.

Is a very good hotel and relatively new. Great rooms and has a full fledged casino and several restaurants. At one end of the strip so can be a bit of a walk to the center of the strip. Service is quite good

Best hotel on the strip.

Nice rooms. Service is terrible, especially check-in and concierge.

Ive stayed here maybe 20 times since it opened and I think its on the slide. The room refurbs are not great, and have made the rooms worse than before. Feels cheaply done. No water apart from $14 Fiji water in a 5star hotel? Abysmal wifi unless you pay for it over and above the con $50 "resort charge". The public areas havent changed much but the rooms dont feel anything special anymore. Restaurant service a joke. Rammed and poor service. I wont return as it now feels a rip off.

This place is an absolute dump. Every room I’ve been in has been dirty as hell. Windows mirrors smeared with goop on them. I say every room because the day I came they screwed up my reservation so badly they had to move me over to the Wynn from encore and I booked two months in advance. The service has been an abomination. What service. My breakfast sat till 5:45 pm and they still haven’t come to pick it up as I’m writing this review I’ve called multiple times to have the dishes picked up when they were suport come back in 30 min from dropping it off. The decor here is from the 1970s set movie Blow. I’ve been in motel 8 with better decor and service. Just terrible. The staff, the cleaners the people dropping off the food, the people picking up the food, the food itself is very good. So it tells me the management is the problem. After numerous complaints they tried to comp us a little. But the experience was still horrendous. Who would have thought that a guest gambling on the casino floor would have the hardest time finding a drink. And when a waitress is near and waved down. Oh I’ll find your area’s waitress. Wait a second why the hell are you in our area and our waitress isn’t anywhere to be found. You can literally spend all night playing and not be approached by a waitress for a drink. I tell you the experience here is the worst. Not worth a cent spent here and as I finish writing this a couple days later from starting. My breakfast from this morning is still sitting in my room when they said they would be up an hour after drop off to pick up the dishes. It’s 7:00 pm
Update: we’re checking out tomorrow. Two days early because of how absolutely garbage the service is here.

Not a very business friendly location. Great rooms. But, the desk chair was broken. Not worth complaining to the staff.. They don't care at all.. Room service is over an hour out. They are very short staffed... Stay at the bellagio.

Didn’t stay here, but it sure is pretty to walk through. Massive with an easy to follow layout and a large floor full of slot machines and skill games. Restrooms on the casino floor are immaculate, clean, and handy even if you’re just passing through. I came here for the buffet and was in awe at the size, atmosphere, decor, and cleanliness.

As a repeat customer I have consistently been 100% satisfied.

Great casino.

The Wynn is pure luxury, the service, the quality of the amenities is second to none. We have been visiting this hotel for over 13 years and it has remained consistent. I would thoroughly recommend the Tower Suites as this takes your trip to another level. I could carry on, but honestly in a nutshell; once you have stayed here, any other hotel will never compete. Absolute luxury!

The Wynn is a 10/10.

excellent customer service experience

this is still the best place with alot of class and fantastic service. my casino host Jun Cho is the very best!! ask for him. He is the greatest.

Good: beautiful rooms that are spacious, big bathroom, comfortable mattress, plenty of shops and restaurants, iPad controls all of the room like curtains, tv, thermostat. Very friendly and well trained staff. Room service food is great and the service is great as well.

Bad: Dried spot of snot on the faucet when checking in, miserable pillows, no free water and no convenient store close to rooms, limited food option if you want quick takeaway, you’ll need to buy in room or sit down dinner, can hear tv from adjoining room, multiple hairs on pillows and sheet, stains on towels

Love this hotel.

Nice hotel. Everything was very nice.

Stopped in to eat at the buffet. Heard a lot of people raving on the food. Everything I tried was delicious and well presented.
