But the hotel's prime location is really its biggest selling point - guests are practically on the doorstep of the Atlantis resort and have full access to their fabulous facilities including their beach, pools, water slides, Lazy River Ride, health spa, tennis and Atlantis Kids Camp, and more.

Location: Paradise Island, just 10 minutes from Nassau and 30 minutes from the airport. Just a short 10 minute walk to Atlantis Resort and its beach.

Vacation in Paradise

Our vacation was greatly enhanced by the friendly and efficient staff of this unique Comfort Suites. In addition to the fantastic complimentary breakfast each morning, their on premises restaurant, Caruso, was reasonablely priced among the pricey Atlantis restaurants and served very good island fare. However, the best part of our vacation was meeting Genesis, who took it upon herself to assist us with the premises and all of the many amenities it had to offer. Genesis was personable, professional, and knowledgeable of all the island's future events. I would encourage all guests to search her out for her expertise in making your stay more enjoyable. We will be planning our next stay within the next few months based on our pleasant experience.

Not what we reserved

Very disappointed. I reserved well in advance a king suite in the 100 corridor. This was requested as my niece has c.p. And walking can be a challenge at times. I was given two very small double beds in the far 200 area. I only ask to be given what I paid for and reserved. No concessions or apologies. It was clear to all upon seeing her it was a struggle but we made a switch for her to the Royal Towers. The shower was not ada accessible and there was such low water pressure it was taking half an hour to shower. The best part was there was two holes in the shower stall and she was paranoid a camera was spying on us! Comfort suites shame on you! Since this was on the parking /walking side of building we had to keep drapes drawn as the workers were walking by the sliding door repeatedly. Very strange! On the positive side small refrigerator in room and microwave in breakfast area. However the breakfast area so congested we opted to eat elsewhere. There is poolside breakfast if you cared to walk out there. Lobby is small and cluttered with furniture, the front desk, security desk, bar area and luggage room . price is inflated because entrance is included for full use of Atlantis. And don't check in a minute before 3. Nope you pre check in and wait! Be sure your "paper pink card " for room charges at Atlantis is not stamped no charge! I provided a credit card only to find out after ordering lunch that she "forgot" to not stamp . What a mess but thankfully the woman was understanding and allowed us to use cash. Next time I will stay on the Atlantis property and forgo the money saved for the aggravation. The pool area is so narrow do not lose your balance or you will wind up in the pool seriously! Swim up bar was nice and the menu at Caruso looked good but it closes early so be aware of the time.

This a a great "value option" when considering a trip to Paradise Island

We wanted to take our grand daughter (who loves the water & I will review those good options on other submissions) on a trip for her middle school graduation. We looked at all the "water" options available in the world, and decided on this site over one of our favorites--St Lucia (it is not as kid friendly). Paradise Island has so many more activity options for a kid that we determined that Atlantis was a great destination site that we could not pass up. We know people that have been there and the comments were all favorable--excerpt for prices! When we looked at Atlantis, we saw what they were talking about--it is not cheap. The Atlantis food/drink options added to the room made our decision easy--select Comfort Suites. By the way, the food options for you outside the plan are excellent--we had great meals in many different locations. Our kid is a real "foodie" and she went crazy over most of the meals.Given that we spent roughly 9 hours (including sleeping time) in the room each day, the palatial digs of Atlantis were not wroth the extra dollars. The rooms are very decent and very well maintained. The cleaning staff did a great job and our grand daughter had a wonderful queen size sofa bed. The food at breakfast is good and plentiful--perhaps a little plain, but we were able to make up for that at all the eating options in Nassau. We look at the free breakfast as cost effective way to get going and to plan the daily activities. There are ample tables in the restaurant or around the pool. The only pain is the birds if you eat outside. The location to get to all the activities on Atlantis is excellent (5 minutes if you just mossie on--2 minutes if you power walk). Through Comfort Suites, you will get a wrist band that gives you all the rights and privileges of an Atlantis guest. You have to pick up the band at the Coral Towers on your first day. There is a great "game room" for the kids in the lobby area there--it keeps them entertained when they want to "get away" from you. There is also a craft room there that will be a good active diversion for the kids. The swimming pool in the Comfort Suites was our kids favorite pool. The guests and staff were incredibly friendly and social. The swim up bar serving specialty virgin drinks for kids was a real hit. The bartender--Jamaal was entertaining and interesting. He is a real pro behind the bar and as friendly as they get. In fact, all over the island, the people are warm, friendly and helpful--perhaps the best we have ever experienced when traveling. The life guard in the pool actually swam with the kids and played games--they all really liked him! This is not a luxury hotel; therefore, it is hard to give it a 5. But, it is a great hotel for the price and deserves a 4+.

Terrific alternative to Atlantis

This hotel offers everything, including friendly service and full access to Atlantis. It's definitely a cheaper alternative than staying next door. Daron at the front desk was especially helpful. 10/10, would visit again!

Lock ALL of your stuff up

We enjoyed our stay here, it was definitely the budget friendly option. However, we had our personal items stolen from our room by the cleaning staff. I doubt we will here anything from the hotel again although we completed a report. Unfortunate for sure, will not return.
