All Seasons Resort Europa
- What's Included
Such a nice place. Very relaxed atmosphere and just far enough from the Holetown mayhem to relax but close enough to enjoy it. Nothing is too much for the staff. Rooms are basic, yes, but if you just need a base to explore and a clean apartment then this is your place.
Booked this hotel in Barbados for my dads 83rd birthday. We were welcomed with the best customer service I have experienced in a long time by Tonia at the front desk. She was warm, professional, helpful and smiled throughout. Self catering apartments with all the necessary equipment included. Furnished in very classy creole natural wicker furniture. Cool colours and air conditioned. Small pool and bar . apartments are well spaced on the grounds. My only suggestion is they include tea/coffee in the rooms at least for the first night .
First thing I will say is that people who have written negative things about this place clearly go on holiday to moan. This is a 3 star budget hotel in Barbados, what are you expecting. I personally found this hotel absolutely amazing!! It is a real gem. Its very close to the beach despite what people are saying, its a 5-10 minute walk tops. Its close to the shops and restaurants. We arrived mid afternoon to be greeted by a lovely lady on reception who made us feel very welcome and the check in was very quick. We were then shown to our apartment which was perfect, it was typically decorated in a Caribbean theme. It had a full kitchen, which was fantastic, bathroom was a great size with hot water always. The beds where very comfy too. We stayed for two weeks and I cannot fault the service we received. The cleaners where in everyday and we always had fresh towels and bedding. The staff at the this place are truly amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff were brilliant and went out of their way to make sure we knew what was on offer to us and to make sure we were having a great time. Once a week, the manager holds a cocktail party for all guests. The drinks are free and she puts on food and comes round everyone and introduces herself. I have never had this in any place I have stayed before. The bar staff are fabulous, especially Cassie!! She is awesome. But they are all good and so friendly. The hotel was undergoing some changes whilst we were there and we could see how amazing its going to be in the future, I will be returning to see the end result. To say I was sad to leave here was an understatement, I was actually in tears as the taxi pulled away!! I have never been so well looked after in my life and I am a very frequent traveller! If you want a relaxing place that's close to amenities and the beach, is quiet and has amazing staff..................this is the place to book!!!
Our fourth consecutive visit in late November and early December. A little out of the way but fully makes up for it by value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we had a couple of minor problems which were promptly put right. The maid service is excellent as well and nothing is too much trouble. The pool area has been refurbished this year. Another bonus is membership of the Beach House which as it sounds is beach side and also has a pool, complete with immaculate changing rooms with shower. Looking forward to going back next year.
I just returned a few hours ago from my wonderful stay at this resort. I wish I was still there! The staff are truly wonderful (thanks again Leon and Kelly and everyone!) and it truly felt like staying with family. The rooms (more like private villas, with lots of room, a balcony, kitchen etc.) are very comfortable and are well cleaned daily. Mine had a very homey feel. The monkeys can be spotted in the mornings and there are adorable resident cats that come to say hello as well. The pool/bar area is a great central meeting point at the resort, and we met lots of other guests that we will continue to keep in touch with. Happy hour is fantastic and they even had a cocktail party one evening. They have recently refurbished the pool and bar areas and they look very nice. The pool, especially when the palm trees are lit up as the sun is going down, is one of the highlights of the resort. We made use of the free shuttle several times, taking us to different local beaches each time. The Indian restaurant also serves very good food!I will definitely be returning as soon as I can!
