All Seasons Resort Europa
- What's Included
Returned to All Seasons Resort for our tenth visit over many years. Like returning to a home from home. Staff are very attentive and many we consider to now be friends. Since we were here last year the pool has been refurbished along with the front desk area and the attached Asian Spice restaurant. The resort is in process of upgrading some of the accommodation. This is very welcome as air con is being installed in the living rooms in the bungalows in addition to that in the bedrooms. This is essential as the living area becomes unbearably hot late afternoon/early evening and to escape from this you have to resort to sitting in the bedroom with the air con on.We cannot grumble though as the resort offers very good value for money and is in a prime location on the much sought after west coast of Barbados
The hotel was in the middle of town. It advertised 3 resturants, snack bar, There was one. They gave us towels on the first night and we were told we would have to use them till we left. If we wanted new ones it would cost five dollars a towel. One towel was allowed for the pool for the week. The rooms were air conditioned until you took the key out to lock your door, one key worked both. When you returned the room was hot. You were charged for electric and the safe in the room.
A budget resort with the best feature being the pool. Otherwise the accommodation is basic but clean in garden cottages of which only the bedrooms are air conditioned. Self catering and relaxing proves difficult in the hot humid temperatures in the lounge/ kitchen areas.Apart from a reasonable breakfast menu the dining options are very poor. "Indian cusine" it most certainly isnt! The staff are very helpful and freindly but thats where it stays! The restaurant and bar service is very poor and very slow.A cheap hotel where you get what you pay for........not very much.!
We loved this place so much that we have booked our honeymoon there for the end of October. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Not too far to walk to local shops/restaurants or taxi available from reception if you don't hire a car. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone
Just returned from our first visit to All Seasons Europa.we were welcomed at reception by Tonia and given a very welcome cold fruit punch. Then Tonia took us to our cottage through lovely well kept gardens.Accomodation was clean and spacious although it was not 5 star but we didn't pay 5 star prices and were pleased with what we got.Front porch was large with table and chairs, spacious lounge with cumfy furniture. Kitchen had a fridge freezer, cooker, microwave and toaster. Huge bedroom and bathroom. On site was a nice swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds kept clean by Audi who would stop for a chat every day. Even sang to us. What a great voice. Although the resort is in a quiet area it is only a few minutes walk to bus stops. Busses are excellent and will stop anywhere for you if you put your hand out. Beach access is a short walk from the resort and a day pass is provided for access to the Beach House which is right on the beach at Holetown and has sunbeds showers and a nice pool. It also gives discounts to some stores and restruants nearby. The management and staff were all so friendly and helpful. Cheryl and Tonia booked all our trips for us and someone from reception phoned us often during our stay to say good morning and check everything was OK. All Seasons is a peaceful relaxing clean and well kept resort set in lovely grounds with great staff. Was sorry to leave
