Yes - would revisit..All inclusive packageThere were no kids present so there was no unnecessary noise and splashesThe ambience along with the hospitality received was amazing. I was told that bajans don't like trinis but I didn't get that image. Few pointers to note below:1. The hotel does not provide bottled water but it can be purchased at the shop across the road from the resort..literally 30 seconds walk.2. The resort is very quiet at night. Mostly contains older vacationers. The night entertainment consisted of a guy singing some local Caribbean tunes, a Dj, some steelband music etc... nothing like what trinis are accustomed to but I'm not complaining I enjoyed every bit of it.3. The beach was simply beautiful but extremely rough. Saw no one bathing and the entire beach was flagged up to bouganvilla resort. But a few mins walk down the shoreline you'll get to a beach that's a bit more calm4. The bar was well stocked...I made my name lol and trust me trinis could drink5. Breakfast was the bomb- wide array of fruit, food, sausages, tea, coffee, juice you name it they had it. Lunch and dinner were 4/5. Practically very closely tied menus but the desserts were good6. The pool is slice of paradise no hot tub7. Property well maintained and very clean...no hazards and threats detected during my stay. 8. I noticed that guests from other nearby resorts came and occupied the sun loungers around the pool at the resort and were not told anything. I had no reason to sun bathe because I reside in the Caribbean but the other guests needed to use the lounges and tbh the resort didn't have much lounges around the pool area.
We visited this hotel in March for our 30th Anniversary. Really couldnt fault if and for the price its a great bargain. Its also in an excellent location..well placed for you to walk to St Laurence gap one way or Oistins the other way. Lovely clean hotel right on the beach with great food. Perfect choice for our first visit to Barbados!!
We stayed 2 nights here in an ocean front room on the 5th floor. The room furnishings were dated as per Barbados standards, but the king mattress was comfortable. The room was clean. This is an all-inclusive resort on the south coast where the water is quite wavy, so we did not venture into the ocean. The food was average, nothing special.
We took our son there for his 10th birthday and he said it was "The Best Birthday" he'd ever had! The staff were very friendly from the minute we got there. When the receptionist was told that it was our son;s birthday, she and the restaurant staff gave him a special birthday greeting at dinner that night. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is exceptionally clean. Great getaway location and boogie boarding is a must for dads and sons to enjoy. We will be going back.
Room was dated, but clean and met my basic needs. Water in shower took a while to warm up and in the morning was difficult to regulate to a comfortable temperature. Staff were very helpful. Food was ok, but very little options for a vegetarian.
