Apartment style rooms very well equipped & great common area off the lobby. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly & couldn't do enough to make your stay right. Located amid a great variety of restaurants & only a ten minute walk to the main historic square. We loved staying here & would recommend to all you enjoy nice hassle free accommodations.
Stayed at this Aparthotel for three days during our recent visit. The hotel is in the beautiful St Catherine square very close to the Brussels Central Station (five minutes by cab). The square in front of the hotel is a very nice place with some nice restaurants to eat in. The square also has two churches both of which are architecturally beautiful. The room was wonderful with a kitchenette where you could rustle up a quick breakfast or a quick meal. There is a express store very close to the hotel for your supplies
Do you hate predictability in life? Then definitely visit the hotel. Their electronic pricing system randomly generates room rates every day so each day is a surprise. You might be lucky and pay only 70EUR or less so and pay up to 150 per night. The amount I had to pay on check-in was different from what was agreed online. But even bigger was my surprise when at the check out I was requested to pay additionally to what I already paid because of the random assignment of the rates.Tried my best to discuss the fairness and legality of such system with the receptionist but he basically ignored me by saying that his English is not sufficient to engage in discussions. Wrote to administration - they kindly regretted that I did not share the excitement with randomized approach, that's it. No explanation, no action. Just "hm, very sorry to hear that you are not happy"! Oh, same trick goes for taxi. They offer you 35 EUR fixed price to the airport but when you get to the airport the price is totally different (50EUR in my case). The owner of the hotel must be obsessed with randomized approach and excitement of unpredictability. Well, I am not. Will never stay there again!
We recently stayed a night while on our Europe trip. We took the studio apartment which comes with kitchen facilities. Location wise, its good as a lot of places of interest are within walking distance. Restaurants are plenty just outside the apartment. In front of the apartment is a square with trees and a fountain which is nice to sit around. There was a carnival held on the weekend we were there, so it was fun and with music and performance. Also there is a tram station about 10 mins walk which takes you to Brussels Midi station where you can take the trains to various Europe destinations. Staff are helpful and polite. It cost about Euro 17 when we took a cab from Brussels Midi station to the apartment.Only thing we find odd in the apartment is the kitchen is just next to the bed. Also its a bit difference compared to other apartments as there is no washing machine and dryer to do your laundry.Overall, this apartment is a good recommendation.
Excellent location with many landmarks close by, good rooms and very helpful staff. Perfect place to stay. The place is close to supermarkets and restaurants as well. It is also close to a metro so very conveniently accessible.
