Stayed there with a group of customers. The hotek is OK, very well locate, subway right at the door step, 15 mins walk from Grand Place. Though the down part comes down to services, very poor actually. Our group was having dinner and they only had 2 persons to serve 40 people. The result was that we waited almost an hour to start being served and at every request they would take another 15 mins to respond. No connection to the group at all. I had to ask them to turn on AC, as people started to feel uncomfortable.Minifridge in my room as empty for two days.Worst thing was at the checkout when I asked a bottle of water and I was left with a "we dont have it, sir, sorry" by the reception person.All in all, its average.
very good experience specially of service wherein our luggage was placed by receptionist herself in spite of that service not available all across europe. there is a garden opposite hotel which is an excellent natural hangout
Great hotel and perfect location, a 2 min walk to the heart of the city and shopping district. Great choices of food for breakfast. The hotel was quiet even though it's in the centre of the city. The subway entrance is almost at the front door and the closest train station is a five minute walk
I have stayed here a few times and like it. The breakfast is good and the restaurant is very nice. The staff are friendly. It is also close to public transport. There are some quite small rooms at the side which I avoid.
This hotel is clean and tidy.The room was nice size, with big tv, tea and coffee in room. The bathroom was good size also with shower over bath, not overly powerful but good enough.The lights in bathroom were on sensors which is nice touch although we did have a few issues with light switches as 4 either side of bed that took a minute or two to get right.The breakfast was typical of a city hotel, hot buffet which was lovely, eggs, bacon, sausage etc with plenty choices of bread. Cereals and juices. I can't really say anything bad about the hotel other than I don't speak Belgium and I struggled to speak to 2 members on reception and got given the total wrong information. Luckily enough the next morning there was different staff on and were a lot better and really helped us out.If I was going to Brussels again I would probably stay closer to centre as this is more out about 20 mins walk to grand place. The train station next to it is handy but is only a local station which was fine.There is limited parking out front of hotel.
