Great hotel with passionate staff

This hotel I have been coming to almost every week, once or twice. A great place I can say by now as I have been here more than 100 times in the past two years. I can only say that I have come across some of the most competent staff in Hiltons. I have always been made feeling welcome and they always try to make it right. A few mentions are worthwhile for their above and beyond: Sofia, Mr. Mustapha, Benjamin, Melissa, Mathijs. Thanks everyone, keep up the good work!

Cosy, comfortable, friendly, good

The Hilton Brussels City is located within a five minutes walk from the Station Nord in Brussels. The Hilton city fully matches the traditional standard of the Hilton chain that I rely on. Even though my room was a little bit small, it was very quiet and comfortable. The bed was excellent and I could sleep well. The bathroom was fine and the breakfast buffet was good for European standard. The staff was very friendly, helpful and similing.

Stay in Brussels

Excellent location, close to rail, tram, and buses. Perfectly situated down town near site seeing locations. Service at the desk was excellent. Service in the room was OK: AC and replacement of expendables in the room could use some improvement but not a showstopper.

Nice base for staying in Brussels

Stayed here for one night for a business trip. Arrived with the Thalys at Brussels Midi. It just takes you one tram ride (5 stops) to get to the hotel. The handeling at the service desk was professional. I had checked in already through the Hilton app and so picked my own room. After quick check up I got my keycard. The room itself at the 5th floor was good and looked modern. The bed slept well. The Bathroom was well equipped and in good and clean condition. The next morning I had breakfast at the restaurant, they offered plenty of choices. It is easy to travel out of this hotel to where ever you want to be in Brussels. Just catch the metro or tram at the station at the square where the hotel is located. The check out went also very smooth.

Horrible service in restaurant

I'm not commenting the food itself which was OK but not more; 2 persons of our party asked for Aperol Spritz and Pastis: Sorry, No. Too bad both bottles were visible at the bar when we left..We asked a bottle of sparking water and got non-sparking..We asked a bottle of Sauvignon from the card: Sorry, No; and we got a bottle of sweet Gewurtztraminer, more appropriate for dessert.And while I was still finishing my main course the waiter already collected the dishes of the other persons. He (luckely) did say that I could continue and finish my meal..Sorry, but putting someone in front of customers in The Hilton restaurant with clearly no exprience is not acceptable.
