Buen hotel, fantástico jardín

a very good hotel to sleep in Brussels, close to the new development area of Tours & Taxis (it is worth to see the architecture and how the building has been recuperated)Modern and functional, big and well equipped rooms, although room lighting is a little bit escase. Breakfast is more than correct. The check-in, check-out and in the hotel service is nice and correct. And it has a 3000 sq mts garden, fantastic, although in winter is closed. The only prevention: if you ask for a taxi for going to the airport, make clear if you just want a taxi or a limo. This last one, without notice, will cost you more than twice.

Ok hotel just outside city centre

The hotel lies about a 10-15 minute walk outside brussel city centre. We arrived late from Paris and were welcomed by a friendly and proffesional staff. The room was clean and quite large for a standard room. We went down to the bar an had a few pints before going to bed. prices were reasonable.Breakfast buffet was excellent and quite above average. All in all a nice place to stay when you are in Bruxelles, despite the fact that its not situated in the "core" of the city.

Nice modern hotel for a weekend away

Me and the Mrs came here at the end of November for a little weekend away and to visit Brussels as a little birthday.Hotel: The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport (€50 taxi)The hotel is lovely and modern.Be aware on arrival you will have to pay around €7-€8 tax per night. Wifi: There are 2 wifi hotspot one which isn't too strong and the other much better 'husameetings'.Rooms: The rooms are lovely and have everything you need. There are different channels in different languages too if need be. There is your normal complimentary tea and coffee plus 2 waters. The room was very warm and cosy and this helped as it was freezing outside. Breakfast: we decided to have breakfast at the hotel on one of the mornings for €15. This was perfect, the food was great and had everything you needed (we love food). It had eggs, bacon, bread, cereals, pastry, crepes, yogurt, fruit etc) so perfect way to start your day as a Buffett too.Close by: there isn't too much close by but there is a little supermarket across the road so if you need water etc probably the place to go unless you want to pay silly prices for water. There are a few take away places within a couple minute walk which we did go to one night (€3 for a baguette with beef & chips).City centre: the city centre is about a 15minute walk away from the hotel and very easy to get to as its just one straight road. As we went end of November there was the Christmas Market which was very good. Had some great food stalls, ice rink, big wheel and good places to eat. We loved the Belgian waffles which you could get for €1. There is also plenty of shops if you fancied a bit of shopping. We also walked to Mini Europe & the Atioum. However this was about a 45 minute walk. The hotel also has a gym which had most things you need (treadmill, few weights etc). They have a restaurant which we didn't eat from (was very expensive). You can choose to not have your room cleaned and they give you a €5 voucher for the restaurant if you decided you wanted to do this.Overall: A nice cosy hotel not far from the city centre so a great place to stay for a little weekend away to visit Brussels. I would say the hotel is about a 7/10. If it was a bit closer to the centre then would have been even better. Also an indoor pool would be a good investment.

Good and comfy

Stayed at Husa for the weekend on my wife's birthday! The room was a good size and the staff very friendly. There is a shuttle that takes you to Rogiers where you can walk down to central square! The staff were friendly but the bar and food are expensive. It is a bit out of town so there's no other options. Tram and train station are 10min walk. All in all a good and comfortable stay.

Reasonable hotel, but irritated that things can get taken from your room

The hotel is ok for a 4*, not great, but the worst. There was nowhere to put clothes in the room, other than a wardrobe (with no shelves). And annoyed that I had a magazine taken from the room, while everything else, including a virtually finished bottle of water was left. So I doubt that this was just thrown away, but rather taken! I got a sorry from the hotel as I asked that the individual be spoken to, but that's it.Given that the area is not brilliant I won't stay there again. My search for a decent hotel in Brussels continues as most are disappointing...
