Lots of street noise

Nice hotel with a great location and good service but on a busy street with lots of street noise at all hours of the night. Frequent sirens, horns, etc. My second time at this hotel without a quality sleep.

Wedding Night at Wall Centre

We arranged our wedding block with Sheraton Wall Centre. My wife and her family stayed the night before the wedding. I spent our wedding night there and checked out the next afternoon.I had spent much of the night before helping my wife and family around the complex (rooms in the north and west building) and found staff to be very helpful where they could. Was just the logistics between getting things between buildings and the parkade that was a hassle.Had a great sleep on our wedding night and were given a late check-out the next day.Did not use many of the Hotel's amenities (didn't have time) but have positive memories of our stay at the Wall Centre.

Great City Location

Great walking location new shopping, sites and food. We visit 3-5 times per year and downtown rooms are our favorite as we love to walk. Robson Street (great shopping street) is a few blocks walk and Gas Town as well. Yale Town is also near by. Room views of City, water and mountains, WOW Vancouver is picture perfect and the Sheraton is a great choice to step out the door and start our adventure.Staff made check in so smooth and helpful wish our room upgrade! Thank you for making our visit enjoyable.

Outstanding service hotel in downtown area

The hotel is located in two towers the North and South Towers. There is one restaurant in the hotel located on the first floor of the North Tower. The North Tower is a new building across the courtyard from the South Tower. The South Tower was recently renovated. The Club Lounge is located on the 25th floor of the South Tower. My room was a suite on the 26th floor. The bedroom is in a separate room off the living room separate by a door. The bedroom is small with two end tables with deep drawers. There is a television and no dressers in the room. The bathroom is next to the bedroom. The bathroom has a large sink countertop. There is no bathtub only a shower. The living room is large and a large work table with four electrical outlets. The entrance to the room is a large closet. Next to the closet in the hallway is a dresser and a refrigerator. The countertop on the dresser is marble. On the countertop there is a coffee maker, bottle water and glasses. The Internet connection and speed was very good. The Club Lounge is two floors with the entrance on the 25th floor. The food and service was outstanding. We checked in around midnight and the front desk clerk was outstanding. A very warm greeting. The hotel runs a shuttle every half hour during the day to the Convention Centre. The main shopping center is a few blocks from the hotel.

Great stay

Really liked the Sheraton, which I found a great improvement compared to the other high rise Starwood hotel on Robson we tried during our stay in Vancouver last year. The Sheraton is within a 3 block walk of Burrard and Robson, what I think is the most central location in downtown. The room was nicely appointed and seems to have been renovated to a good standard the past few years. We stayed on the 26th floor of the north tower and the view, with floor to ceiling windows, was quite beautiful. From our window we had a view of the skyline, mountains, and water. The bar in the lobby was a comfortable place to count down the new year. Nothing special in terms of ambiance but good drinks and great service with little pretense. The bar served complementary glasses of champagne at midnight, I thought a nice touch.Overall service level was high, including front desk, reception, and housekeeping. And the hotel was well laid out and convenient. Look forward to coming again next time in Vancouver.
