Our Opinion
Please note that hotel standards in Cuba tend to be lower than in other Sun Destinations. Unless travelers are familiar with the resort or Cuban hotels, we typically recommend that travelers book a minimum 4 star resort when traveling to Cuba.
Located on the north coast in Miramar, the western part of Havana. It is a perfect setting for both honeymooners and businessmen. A family atmosphere compliments its comfort and services.
Location: Havana's Miramar District, approx. 25 min from airport

Good place to stay

We stayed here one night while in Havanna. Staff was very friendly and motivated. Room was huge with balcony and there was a hot shower with decent water pressure (not normal in Cuba) Everything was clean. The meals in the restaurant were quite delicious. Overall I would stay here again.

Fine, which is actually quite if you know Cuba

Room clean and spacious.Air con works and thankfully not too noisy.Small and friendly.Breakfast is fairly basic help yourself, but nothing to complain about.Coffee is instant but you can get espresso at the bar.Pool is salt water. Be careful if you want to relax as each day of the weekend it had been hired out for parties for locals. Good for Cubans who wouldn't normally have access to hotels, not so good if you want a bit of peace and quiet in small hotel. It's possible it was one off (on both days!) but I doubt it.Annoying that reception didn't have wifi cards on a couple of days during my five day visit. - sorry to say not surprising as par for the course in Cuba. There's usually something that is not available.Given hotels in Havana seem so full these days, this is a good, reliable option, especially if you like so,etching smaller with a pool.Food in evenings in bar and restaurant is fine.Hotel was very helpful when I had an early start and left before 7am breakfast. I was impressed by that.

THE hotel Was overbooked and we were transferred to the nearby Copacabana which was dreadful. In the lobby the toilets did not even have a lock or toilet paper. Everything else was being let down. To be avoided

Grosses hotel I've ever stayed at.

Very dirty. bed sheets were stained and had holes. Everything was dirty, unfortunately we got in to Habana late Saturday and everything else was booked. It has potential but it right now is very poorly managed.

Simply awful Hotel

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Not a good location, terrible customer service, 4 hour power black-out, nothing worked in the room and the sheets were dirty, restaurant food was terrible.....don't stay there.
